The carpet was dirty in the room. The walls and curtians had stains on them. The beds were clean. The bath tub in the room did not drain properly. When we had a shower the water would rise above our ankles. The pool was "meh". The floor around the pool was deteriorating. Little pieces of it were in the pool and were tracked up the waterslide steps, which hurt when stepped on. The water slide needed more water pumped down it. It actually hurt when we went down from friction. Over all I believe we over paid for what we got. We will not be staying there again.

The check in went quickly and the lady at the desk was very personable. We arrived earlier than expected but they were able to accommodate us. They honoured our request to be on the ground floor which was much appreciated. The pool area resurfacing is showing a bit of wear and tear but the hot tub was wonderful! Staff were conscientious with hotel cleaning and also chemicals in the pool and the two hot tubs. Thank you.

The desk clerk was friendly and efficient during check in and check out. We liked that the breakfast was open at 6 am. It was great to have an indoor pool, two whirlpools, and the kiddies pool. Wish that my grandchildren were along.

The pool was extremely dirty, and murky. Room smelled strongly of BO and drier sheets. Breakfast was disorganized and very crowded. The hotel also seemed to be housing some permanent guests. Disappointing, as the previous Days Inn we stayed at was pretty good. (Although also too much Lysol scent). Some people have scent sensitivities and they should realize that in this day and age.

We did the online check in ahead of time, but the staff at the hotel didn't seem to see that and tried to preauth our credit card again. It took us insisting that we'd already done it before they looked into it and discovered we were right. They kept saying it was an Expedia charge on our card, not their preauth. The room was spacious, but the carpet is stained, and the furniture is very worn looking. The bathroom tub is stained, probably because it doesn't seem to be levelled properly and doesn't drain completely.

Check in was a little slow while you waited to be checked in you could hear the screaming of all the kids in the pool as it was right off the lobby. The pool was very small and always full we never got to use it. It was always constantly loud. I wish hotels had adult swim times. Our room was basic kinda what you expected, dated and in need of a Reno. There was only one outlet by the bed and nothing in the other side that kinda sucks. Our tub looked like they had just painted the bottom part. The AC I. Our room was so annoying it sounded like a plastic bag was stuck on the inside. We asked the front desk for extra pillows and we never got them. There was always people hanging out in the hallways or staircases. The parking lot could have been bigger. Overall not a awful hotel, you get what you pay for

Horrible front desk service would not honour a pre paid deposit with hotels.com…had to contact customer service. Tv had two channels and they didn’t fix it(claimed unsure why),maintenance had to tape two drawers shut on the desk to stay closed and no appliances were plugged in and half the outlets were broken or not working. A/c sucked. Not once offered a new room. Maintenance man was super great and tried hard to make it better which was nice.

First of all the front counter staff were amazing! I wish I could remember their names! They were truly fantastic! They checked me in early as I arrived earlier than anticipated and they did it without charging me an extra fee. The breakfast in the morning was really quite good and the staff that served the breakfast were the sweetest ladies! The pool wasn’t the cleanest but my kids enjoyed it! There was no parking on the one night to the point where I had to make my own parking spot. The staff was okay with that. The hotel room was clean and spacious I would definitely stay there again!

10/10 do not recommend this hotel. The front desk guy had a tough time checking me in. Gave me the wrong room. About an hour later I went to go into my room approximately 12am and he is pounding on the door, it’s midnight that’s highly unprofessional in my opinion. Then gives me keys to “my room” that don’t work. Will never be back.

Overall the stay was ok. The pool was too cold for my liking but the worst part was the breakfast. They ran out of most things and only slowly brought more and some items they said they were bringing more but then said they weren’t. Unacceptable
