Localização excelente e equipe atenciosa. A vista da piscina é de tirar o fôlego e o serviço de praia do hotel é excepcional. O café da manhã super completo e variado ganha ainda mais charme nas mesas da área externa com vista para o Morro Dois Irmãos e a orla da praia do Arpoador.

Coolest vibes in town with simplicity but sense of service. They took well cared of me and everything went great. If you need to book a massage, ask for Miguel. The breakfast is very tasty and healthy. Location is great. Can’t recommend enough!

O hotel é incrível, ficamos na suíte 50, no quinto andar com vista da praia. A vista é indescritível, o quarto muitíssimo confortável, com bom tamanho para um casal. As áreas comuns são muito elegantes, embora descontraídas. Excelente café da manhã. A piscina e a sauna, localizadas na cobertura, oferecem muito conforto e vistas espetaculares. Recomendo fortemente e voltarei com certeza.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Muita tranquilidade para acessar a praia. O atendimento é muito bom. Café da manhã otimo e diferenciado. A piscina, apesar de pequena, está em tipo de rooftop e tem uma vista muito bonita. Só 2 ressalvas: o quarto é muito pequeno, a gente fica esbarrando o tempo todo na cama. Não encontrei à vista, mas falta uma ducha para quando volta da praia, vi apenas um regador com água na porta🤔.
O hotel é muito bem localizado. Muita tranquilidade para acessar a praia. O atendimento é muito bom. Café da manhã otimo e diferenciado. The staff were lovely and very attentive. The breakfast view and food was brilliant. Rooms were extremely clean and kept to a high standard throughout our stay. We also loved the small details like the shower gels, amenities in room and great shower facilities to use long after checking out.

Lugar perfeito, hotel lindo, astral ótimo. Porém o quarto è muito simples pelo valor. Não tem onde colocar a mala, tive que abri-lá no chão e ela ficou imunda (o chão estava imundo, de pó, areia, cabelo). Um dia recebemos toalhas novas, no outro toalhas furadas (!). No segundo dia tivemos limpeza mas o chão continuou sujo, as toalhas foram levadas e não foram repostas, nem o copo, nem as amenities. Piso do banheiro rasgado. Enfim, o hotel è super bacana, mas o quarto precisa melhorar MUITO e a limpeza idem.

O atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente. As comidas do resturante muito boas, café da manhã excepcional. Fiquei em quarto de andar baixo de frente e a vista do mar é bloqueada pela calcada e árvores. A sensação de que dá é de falta de privacidade é grande. Não é muito silencioso (mas ok, fica em região movimentada). A cortina deixa passar bastante luz, acabei acordando muito cedo. O chão tinha umas manchas que deixavam um aspecto de sujo. Sinceramente não achei que tem um bom custo benefício... Mas com certeza voltarei pelo café da manhã.

Os quartos voltados para rua são extremamente barulhentos, principalmente do primeiro andar. A limpeza deixa a desejar o quarto tinha areia no chão quando chegamos. A localização é o café da manhã valem a pena.

The service there was gold standard. Everyone was very pleasant, helpful, and as a bonus for us, they all spoke English. The rooms were very clean. The only issue we had was our room was on the smaller side for 2 people. Closet space was tight and no real area to place our luggage where it won’t be in the way of navigating the room. Don’t know if all the rooms are the same size. I’m sure others are larger. All in all, a very good experience.

The reception team were welcoming and efficient. The room was comfortable and had a great balcony with hammock and an amazing view of Arapaho beach all the way down to Ipanema and Laos with Dois Irmaoes beyond. The ARP bar was great for breakfast, lunch or dinner with great food and drink at very reasonable prices given the location. It is a real bonus the hotel being right on the seafront with no need to cross a busy road to reach the sand. It is in a peaceful location and felt very safe

Hôtel très bien placé . Petite structure . Terrasse en bord de mer ce qui est un privilège. Très bon restaurant Chambres pour 3 trop petites . 1 lit additionnel est placé dans une chambre double … chambre peu fonctionnelle . Peu de rangements . We just stayed at Hotel Arpoador for 8 nights. It was a wonderful stay! The rooms are small, but we’ll appointed! You can not beat the location and dining with a view of the ocean and mountains. But was most special was the staff. Everyone and I mean everyone went the extra mile. Micael checked us in, checked on us the next day and was so welcoming! Toth, Alex and Rapha were just wonderful to us. We could not have had a better vacation. We loved Rio and everyone at the Hotel Arpoador.

The staff was wonderful. The restaurant was excellent. Paulo, a bell man, was amazing. He always had a smile on his face and spoke English quite well.He knew everything about Rio and seemed more like a friend than a hotel employee.

The location is wonderful, the view is incredible, staff are nice, the only problem is some staff cannot speak English which would be problematic sometimes. In iverall I would highly recommed this hotel to all tourists who want to visitt Rio and prefer to be in safe and nice neighberhood.

Staff was great Restaurant service a little slow. It seems kitchen staff is not very well organized. Waiters and staff (specially in leisure business) should put an effort to learn a little english to comunicante better with guests. Some areas of the Hotel seem a little deteriorated. Which makes it look unmaintained. Special mention to Marcus who was VERY HELPFUL with us. Overall we had a good experience. Thank you all at Arporador!! :)

We totally recommend it! The location is amazing—close to all the key points in the city. It’s the only hotel in Rio directly on the beach, without a road separating it from the sand. The restaurant has amazing views, whether you’re going for breakfast or catching the sunset while sipping caipirinhas. The entire staff was amazing—friendly, informative, and always very, very helpful and welcoming. Special shoutout to Marcus and Matheus at the front desk. Rodrigo and Bruno at the restaurant were the best!! We spent 5 days in Rio, then headed to Lençóis Maranhenses. When we came back to Rio, we had originally planned to stay at another hotel, but we canceled and decided to return to Arpoador. We’re definitely coming back in the future. Thank you for everything!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Arpoador. It was very convenient, close to everything. Walkable distance from copacabana, ipanema and leblon, and close to famous bars and restaurants such as Belmonte. The restaurant Arp is beach front, the little street that has access to the beach is fully secured and has a view to the arpoador rock and morro dois irmaos. Totally recommend and cant wait to go back!! Only downside is that the TV doesnt have the option to use streaming channels and the only channels available are local Brazilian ones. Considering this is a very international spot and many guests are from abroad, Arpodor should really consider upgrading the TV system.

Everything about this hotel was excellent! Great location, amazing food and drink and friendly, helpful staff. I’d highly recommend staying on Ipenema beach over Copacabana, it has a much more chilled out vibe and was a lot cleaner, plus it was only a 5 minute walk around the cove (via the street) if you did want to go to that side. The promenade felt safe to walk along and you could eat breakfast right beside the beach. Don’t look for any other hotels, just book this one!

O quarto que eu fiquei era bem pequeno, mas confortável, tinha tudo que eu precisava. A equipe bastante atenciosa e adorei a disponibilização de biciletas para os hóspedes. O que decepcionou um pouco foi o café da manhã. As frutas estavam sempre passadas e os ovos mexidos (que só tive coragem de pedir um dia) pareciam uma argamassa. As outras coisas que provei estavam bem gostosas, mas senti falta das frutas frescas.

This is a great location. The breakfast is actually very good there are many options and many of the staff were welcoming however I was disappointed at check in the host was very cold did not explain how the elevators work the hostess of the restaurant was kind and came ove to show me. Also I choose to stay at this place because I had heard great things about the roof top and I was not able to use on the night I checked, the form of imforning, was very impersonal. On the way out I was service by an employee that was extremely personal and very concerned about my experience. I hope the owners sees this, and Johnathan is rewarded for his service.
