Nice hotel in very good location. Only a couple of minutes walk to both Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. No car parking but there is a pay inderground car park just round the corner.

Apesar da equipe simpática e atenciosa, o hotel nos colocou numa torre em meio a uma reforma caótica, com somente um elevador imundo funcionando, demorando por demais. O quarto tinha problemas de acabamento e era extremamente simples. O hotel deveria fechar a torre enquanto reforma. Piscina tb nã funcionando e não foi avisado na hora da reserva.

No geral o hotel é bom. Ótima localização, atendimento rápido. Precisam melhorar os elevadores da torre1 e trocar colchão pois já estão gastos. Na nossa passagem não desfrutamos da piscina (ficou 7 dias interditada).

1 block from Copacabana Beach and The Fort (which you can enter free with your key card sleeve by the way), you cannot beat the location. The lobby is beautiful. The staff is amazing and all speak English. They have good drinks and snacks to buy in the lobby as well as beach toys such as soccer balls for kids to borrow. The $7 per day breakfast is huge and high value. The rooms were ok—I needed to extra-scrub the bathroom myself as I have gotten sick from hotel bathroom mold before. They had no fitted sheets on the beds so my flat bottom sheet kept sliding up.The A/C in the lobby and rooms and breakfast room were great. The hallways and elevators had no A/C, which I didn’t love. The rooftop pool is tiny but the deck is nice and they were retiling while we were there to improve it even more. You cannot get past Floor 1 without a key card, which I loved for safety. On busy New Years Eve, you had to have a bracelet to even enter the lobby. We had two rooms and received free Rio tote bags for each guest as well as a small comp champagne bottle and glasses. Nice surprises. In one of our rooms, the bathroom door hit the toilet, so you could not fully open it. And the bathrooms disappointingly didn’t have A/C, which I view as critical during hot Rio summers. So mixed, but it’s near family for us so we’ll likely be back. Overall a good experience and sharing this feedback to be constructive to the management!

O hotel é muito bom. Nitidamente passou por uma reforma recente porque está tudo novinho. Logo no check-in fomos atendidos por uma moça super simpática que nos alocou no quarto 805 que era muito bom. Quarto espaço, cama grande e muito confortável, roupas de cama deliciosas. A varanda tinha vista para o mar de copacabana, uma delícia. O banheiro era pequeno, mas funcional, abastecido com sabonete líquido e shampoo 2x1, o que achei um diferencial. As toalhas também eram ótimas. O café da manhã era delicioso, super diverso e tudo era reposto com agilidade, colaboradores cordiais e simpáticos. A localização é impecável, entre Ipanema (Arpoador) e Copacabana, andamos muito a pé, tem de tudo ao redor. A rooftop tem uma vista linda pra toda cidade, a piscina é pequena e parece gostosa, mas não utilizei. Dois pontos que deixaram a desejar: os elevadores da torre dois são muito lentos, e o wi-fi é pessimo; a tv era smart, mas não conseguimos usar porque nada carregava, no celular era melhor manter no 5g; meu esposo usou a internet roteada do celular para trabalhar. Dois pontos mínimos que pouco comprometeram a experiência mas que merecem atenção. Pretendo voltar outras vezes.

Hotel is well located near Copacabana and Ipanema beach. Hotel is over 2 blocks and our block was under refurbishment. This was not mentioned before travel or upon check in. It resulted in only 1 lift in service which created long wait times and construction workers also using lift meaning it was dusty and dirty. Noise of construction stopped in evenings but it meant daytime it was preferable to stay away from hotel. Restaurant was closed for refurbishment so a temporary facility was created in an events room meaning poor atmosphere, lack of comfort, lack of food variety including no coffee machine. We had to walk through construction site to get to breakfast. Room had been refurbished which was fresh and modern to look at and spacious enough. However bathroom was an issue due to water pressure so could not always get hot water or temperature changed quickly in shower. Shower design meant it did not drain fully so had to sweep water down drain after shower. Room door failed so had to call maintenance who arrived promptly but had to break down door causing mess to room, corridor and clothes. Luckily it occurred near to end of stay as it wasn’t pleasant to look at and was not offered another room. Balconies in our block were not great due to size being small, having large aircon machine taking up lots of space, no chairs/table, unfinished floor with cracked tiles and entire balcony covered in netting (presumably due to construction) as the other block did not have this.

Fiquei hospedada por 3 noites no hotel e em nenhum dia teve serviço de limpeza no quarto. No 2º e 3º dia, eu reclamei na recepção e disseram que iam arrumar, mas quando retornei para o hotel à noite, o quarto estava desarrumado, as toalhas de banho no chão. Precisei pedir toalhas limpas na recepção! O hotel tem uma ótima localização, um ótimo custo benefício, mas o serviço de limpeza é péssimo!

It took two hours (!) to check in, the room was dirty and moldy, and there was a sock on the floor. We got another room that was checked by the staff, but the sheets were stained, there was mold on the chair and ceiling and there were hairs on the floor, on the sink and in the showers. Coffee was good.

Apesar de o staff ser gentil, infelizmente tive uma experiência ruim no hotel. Meu quarto, além de virado pra rua e sem um isolamento acústico adequado (o que nos fez acordar assim que a rua começou a ter algum movimento de carro), estava em péssima condição de limpeza. O lençol de uma das camas estava com mancha, mas o pior foi o chão do quarto…estava com um “sebo”, como se tivessem passado óleo de cozinha no quarto todo… o pé grudava e não conseguimos ficar sem sapato. Também senti que falta um pouco de manutenção na estrutura geral do quarto, como, por exemplo, a porta do quarto que estava com o batente (que contém o trinco) solto.

Não sei se foi o lado do hotel que ficamos, mas o hotel é velho, muito mal cuidado, o quarto precisa de uma reforma urgente, a "sacada" está caindo (!!!), paredes riscada, o quarto estava sujo quando chegamos (não dava para andar descalço!!!) e permaneceu sujo mesmo com a limpeza do quarto, cama e travesseiros desconfortáveis. O elevador é devagar demais, antigo e apresentou várias falhas. O hotel está numa região muito barulhenta e o quarto não tem nenhum tipo de isolação acústica, ou seja, quarto barulhento demais até de madrugada. Apesar da região barulhenta, a única coisa boa do hotel é a localização, mas não voltaria a me hospedar.

I really regret staying here. The only positive thing I can say is that the air conditioning worked well and kept the room cold. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The entire hotel is dirty — while the sheets were changed, it was clear the room itself wasn’t actually cleaned. There was visible mold in several areas and a strong musty smell that never went away. There is absolutely no soundproofing, so sleeping was nearly impossible. We could hear every car, motorcycle, and conversation from outside all night long. Customer service was nonexistent; staff seemed indifferent and didn’t address any concerns. We weren’t the only ones unhappy — we heard multiple guests complaining in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, so this clearly wasn’t an isolated experience. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It badly needs cleaning, maintenance, and proper management. The AC shouldn’t be the only thing that works in a hotel.

Super Lage in einem Wohnquartier, zwischen Copacabana und Ipanema Beach. Restaurants, Shops in Fussdistanz. Sauber und sicheres Quartier z.B. grosse Präsenz von Polizei zur Prävention. Hotel mit neuen Deluxe Zimmern sehr schön mit Balkon. Grosszügig, sauber, Klimaanlage. Toilette und Dusche sind schlecht durchlüftet, dadurch bleibt die Feuchtigkeit hängen.

Devido hotel ficar de frente para rua com bastante circulancao de veículos e pedestres, o barulho é intenso durante o diace a noite, o que prejudica muito o conforto e o sono. Nao aconselho aos clientes optsrem por apt vom vista para rua principal/mar.... o hotel poderia estudar a possibilidade de instalar vidros anti ruídos.

Quarto, travesseiros, chuveiro e secador de cabelo bons! Cama francesa não foi bem montada, dava pra sentir um vão no meio. Exaustor do banheiro não funcionava. TV pequena demais levando em consideração a distância da cama e a imagem tinha uma qualidade ruim. Localização ótima! Perfeito pra quem tá indo visitar o Rio pela primeira vez. Vista do terraço maravilha pra caramba!

Fiz check-in in às 14:10h, mas só consegui ir pro quarto às 14:50h, pq não estava disponível antes. Por isso, acabei me atrasando para um compromisso de trabalho. E tb por isso não pude reclamar na hora, ja que paguei por um quarto triplo superior e me deram um quarto duplo bem básico. Além disso, o controle da TV não funcionava. Como estava saindo, deixei pra resolver na volta. Qdo voltei, às 23h, o rapaz da recepção me disse que não havia mais ninguém da manutenção. A solução sugerida foi que eu trocasse os canais na própria TV...depois de reclamar que não era solução, ele se propôs a procurar outro controle que fosse compatível. Apos algum tempo, esse problema foi resolvido. Consegui descansar. Até às 8:50h, qdo fui acordada por uma camareira estressada, perguntando se eu ainda ia demorar a sair...(?). Como assim, eu estava sendo expulsa? Qdo disse que não ia sair, ela disse que estava marcado no calendário dela. Pediu desculpas, mas ja tinha me acordado. Enfim, aproveitei para ir embora, pra nunca mais colocar meus pés nesse hotel!

Fiquei no hotel durante 3 dias. Desde o primeiro dia, solicitei um late checkout que não foi visto de primeiro momento, e sim solicitado a fazer no meu dia de partida, obviamente ao fazer na data eles me informaram que o hotel não estava lotado. Porque não me avisaram no primeiro dia?! Para que eu me organizasse. A equipe está sempre ocupada e sempre sem tempo para atendimento. Eu esqueci o meu carregador no quarto, pedi para um amigo ir verificar sobre o objeto, primeiramente ele esperou por mais de 2 horas uma camareira verificar se o objeto estava lá no Achados & Perdidos, sem sucesso, pediram para ele voltar depois, e pasmem, o meu carregador não foi encontrado o mesmo que deixei na tomada. Das duas uma ou o quarto não foi checado e limpo e organizado de forma correta, ou o carregador foi encontrado e não foi devolvido. Por fim, no meu check out, tive que deixar as malas no locker e me prometeram que poderia usar o banheiro da piscina para um banho: não tinha toalha, quase perdi meu voo aguardando alguém pegar um, e ninguém o fez, tomei banho num chuveiro frio, sem shampoo, sem sabonete, e existiam pessoas utilizando o mesmo banheiro, algo totalmente desagradável. O hotel me deve um bom atendimento e um carregado! MUITO RUIM!!!!

Rooms are old, very noisy street breakfast had spoiled milk, non working coffee machine for 2 days. coffe is powdered. Cheese was spoiled. AC was not working so sitting in a small restaurant was nearly to impossible Hygiene is not the strongest there The toilet was not working for 2 days despite telling the receptionist 3 times. We had to use washroom in the lobby. NO AC in the lobby either. Staff does not speak English. Overall impression was very unpleasant. Family of 4, no kids. It might be Ok for some people, but we would NOT return

O quarto estava ok, se bem o frigobar não estava funcionando bem, o que não interferiu na estadia. O local do café da manhã poderia ser mais limpo. As bandejas estavam molhadas, quando não estavam sujas. As mesas não eram limpas logo após o uso. Mas a diversidade da alimentação oferecida estava ok. No mais, foi satisfatório.

Hotel is well located near Copacabana and Ipanema beach. Hotel is over 2 blocks and our block was under refurbishment. This was not mentioned before travel or upon check in. It resulted in only 1 lift in service which created long wait times and construction workers also using lift meaning it was dusty and dirty. Noise of construction stopped in evenings but it meant daytime it was preferable to stay away from hotel. Restaurant was closed for refurbishment so a temporary facility was created in an events room meaning poor atmosphere, lack of comfort, lack of food variety including no coffee machine. We had to walk through construction site to get to breakfast. Room had been refurbished which was fresh and modern to look at and spacious enough. However bathroom was an issue due to water pressure so could not always get hot water or temperature changed quickly in shower. Shower design meant it did not drain fully so had to sweep water down drain after shower. Room door failed so had to call maintenance who arrived promptly but had to break down door causing mess to room, corridor and clothes. Luckily it occurred near to end of stay as it wasn’t pleasant to look at and was not offered another room. Balconies in our block were not great due to size being small, having large aircon machine taking up lots of space, no chairs/table, unfinished floor with cracked tiles and entire balcony covered in netting (presumably due to construction) as the other block did not have this.
