My stay at Hotel Arena Copacabana was truly exceptional and memorable from start to finish. From the moment of arrival, I was warmly welcomed by a team whose professionalism and courteous manner set a very high standard throughout my visit. I had the privilege of staying in one of the most beautiful apartments, complete with a stunning sea view. Waking up each morning to such a remarkable outlook over Copacabana was a genuine highlight. The accommodation itself was elegantly appointed, impeccably maintained, and offered a refined yet relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. What distinguished this experience most was the outstanding level of service. The staff were consistently attentive, charming, and highly professional, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was handled with care and efficiency. Great room with fantastic view. Great check-in with very friendly personell.

Quick check-in after our flight delayed 9 hours. Clean and comfortable room with a walk-in shower, which we prefer. Taxi from airport R110 cash, agreed in advance. Friendly and helpful staff - a big hello to Nancy at Reception. Enjoyed freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast. Like to return as a nice break from the Canadian winter.

Hi, no sorry, under my bed was not clean. Yoy should be better with that, especially with more expensive room.

AC was too loud for me to sleep. Bed smelled like old sweat. No balcony.
