Muito razoável! A limpeza do hotel em geral deixa a desejar. Vi barata no espaço do café da manhã e no corredor do no quarto. Nosso box do banheiro ficou com areia o tempo td pq nunca tiravam. Esqueciam de dar toalhas limpas, a tampa do lixo fora, parecia q passava um terremoto em casa “limpeza” do quarto. O Ar condicionado é 8 ou 80. Complicado.

O Hotel é antigo e sabiamos disto ao reservar. Mas o hotel é muito mal cuidado e sujo. Ao chegar a porta do meu quarto estava aberta, o quarto estava arrumado, mas o chao estava sujo de areia e tudo muito empoeirado. Havia sujeira no corredor na frente do meu quarto e nao foi varrido durante os tres dias que fiquei la. No cafe da manhã um hospede acidentalmente derrubou o dispenser de aveia e os garcos ao inves de descartar o que caiu na bancada (que estava suja) recolocaram a aveia de novo do pote. O ovo mexido estava cheio de casca de ovo. Enfim, horrivel a experiencia e uma pena pela localizacao e historia do grupo Oton.

Hotel da rede Othon, pensei que seria um bom hotel. Precisa urgentemente de reforma, os móveis são velhos, guarda roupa, armarios, etc. O pior é o banheiro que é muito pequeno e para espanto, o chuveiro não tem box de vidro, eles usam uma toalha de plástico, o que não é mais usado em nenhum lugar do mundo.

The rooms are run down and the photos are deceptive. Staff on the front desk are the worst I have ever experiened. The woman who checked us in was rude, arrogant and incompetent. It seems she gave us the worst rooms she could find - unless they are all this bad. Requested two rooms together in advance, multiple times, and she tried to put us in one room. Then blamed us for not requesting the two rooms, together. Checkout was almsot as bad as we had to wait whilw the two people on the desk finsihed their jobs and converstion before even acknowledging us. O banheiro não é com chuveiro convencional, é aquela ducha sob uma banheira (eu, particularmente, não gosto, acho apertado e acaba molhando o banheiro inteiro) O ar condicionado é muito barulhento, e mesmo desligando ele, entra muito ruído vindo de fora, e olha que eu estava no 12 andar. O checkin foi o mais demorado da vida! Apenas um atendente para check in e checkout, uma fila enorme e mais de 1 hora para conseguir deixar as malas no maleiro. Café da manhã sortido, mas em todos os dias foi o mesmo cardápio, não teve variação.

Definitely very different to photos. View was AWFUL and people were dropping brownwater from the windows from the buildings. It looked old and not cared for. There was no option to choose another view, and you get stuvk looking at a wall from the window. I was glad i only stayed for a night.

Muy buen hotel con excelente personal y servicio. Queda cerca de todo, el centro comercial y la playa. La zona es tranquila y segura. El hotel super cómodo, limpio y el desayuno muy variado y rico. Lo único en lo que estoy descontenta es el horarios de checking: 15 hs y como tiene muchos huéspedes se pierde más de una hora para poder ingresar y a las 16 hs ya es tarde. Sería bueno q las 12 o 13 hs así se puede aprovechar la tarde.

Como sempre muito bem atendidos pelos funcionarios do savoy othon. Principalmente e quero registrar a amabilidade, respeito e fidalguia com que fomos tratados pelo recepcionista de nome Marcelo. Recomendo demais e quiçá todos os hotéis pudessem ter peofissionais dessa qualidade

O hotel é muito bom, apenas uma coisa me incomodou, a quantidade de pessoas na recepção é insuficiente. Então entre às 9h e as 13h fez fila na recepção quase todos os dias. As vezes que precisei falar na recepção precisei esperar até 45 minutos na fila. Principalmente no check-out, foram quase 30 minutos.

A equipe do Savoy Othon é muito atenciosa para com seus clientes. Muito bem localizado o hotel oferece a seus hóspedes a poucos metros de distância passeios na orla de Copacabana bem como usufruir da praia e banhos de mar. Além disso o hotel é cercado de inúmeros restaurantes de excelente qualidade!

A equipe do Savoy Othon é muito atenciosa para com seus clientes. Muito bem localizado o hotel oferece a seus hóspedes a poucos metros de distância passeios na orla de Copacabana bem como usufruir da praia e banhos de mar. This is a 2 star hotel. The process at the reception is very bad, but the staff on the reception is very calm and kind. The breakfast is not well and it was to noisy based on to many people on a small place.

Hotel bem localizado e com quarto ok. Deixa a desejar com relação ao café da manhã que além de fraco de opções a partir das 9h praticante não tem mais reposição. Area do chuveiro poderia contar com um Box ao invés de uma cortina.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location. At breakfast, the selection was limited. I did not enjoy my stay at this place. If I return to Rio, which I probably will, this hotel is off the list of places to stay. At the front desk, and everyone else, were very disconnected and vague about everything. Anyway, it is behind me now, but I learned from this experience.

O quarto é bem espaçoso, mas muito antigo. O banheiro não é com chuveiro convencional, é aquela ducha sob uma banheira (eu, particularmente, não gosto, acho apertado e acaba molhando o banheiro inteiro) O ar condicionado é muito barulhento, e mesmo desligando ele, entra muito ruído vindo de fora, e olha que eu estava no 12 andar. O checkin foi o mais demorado da vida! Apenas um atendente para check in e checkout, uma fila enorme e mais de 1 hora para conseguir deixar as malas no maleiro. Café da manhã sortido, mas em todos os dias foi o mesmo cardápio, não teve variação.

The rooms are run down and the photos are deceptive. Staff on the front desk are the worst I have ever experiened. The woman who checked us in was rude, arrogant and incompetent. It seems she gave us the worst rooms she could find - unless they are all this bad. Requested two rooms together in advance, multiple times, and she tried to put us in one room. Then blamed us for not requesting the two rooms, together. Checkout was almsot as bad as we had to wait whilw the two people on the desk finsihed their jobs and converstion before even acknowledging us.
