It is an amazing Hotel. Beautiful view. Great Terrace at the front rooms. Pool is gorgeous but could close a bit later since it closes at 6 pm in a hot and beautiful town like Rio. Other than that staff is very friendly and the room was very clean. Top terrace is wonderful. Thank you!!

It's a great location on Copacabana with a nice breakfast, although quite busy because if the size of the place. Decent minibar. Rooftop pool with amazing views, bar and meals. However, it closed at 5pm. As with many hotels on Copacabana, its approaching time for a refurb but I had a lovey experience!

Lo malo: - No se solicitó carnet de vacunación al ingreso. - Las llaves de las habitaciones no funcionan todo el tiempo (se cuidó de no colocarlas cerca de celulares) y es necesario regresar a la recepción a magnetizarlas con una gran pérdida de tiempo. - La vista al mar desde la habitación es inexistente… resulta necesario asomarse a una ventana. - Las ascensores son lentas y una de ellas no funcionaba al ingreso. - El horario de pileta se ha restringido hasta las 17 hs cuando es habitual que las personas utilicen la pileta a la salida de la playa. - La pileta se ha reducido en tamaño mediante la colocación de paneles de acrílico. - En la terraza se permite fumar cigarrillos y puros lo que resulta muy molesto para los demás. - No se controlan las normas de seguridad: personas sin guantes plásticos en el desayuno, personas sin barbijo en áreas comunes. - Todos los días fue necesario pedir el servicio de mucama ya que a las 18 horas la habitación no había sido arreglada. - No se cumple el lapso de 24 horas entre la salida de un huésped y el ingreso del siguiente tal como se afirma en la web. - No hay opciones disponibles de alimentos envueltos por separado. - El wi fi es extremadamente lento. Lo bueno: - Excelente ubicación. - Desayuno grandioso. - La vista de la terraza. - Es barato.

O Hotel por ser um 4 estrelas não é novo. Ficamos em um quarto que parecia quarto de motel com pouca luz a noite, muitos espelhos, e sem privacidade no banheiro. Pedimos camas separadas e nos deram cama de casal. Ar não funcionava direito e controle remoto também não funcionava. Quarto 204. No bar você tinha que levar dinheiro ou cartão para pagar, não aceitavam pix. Faltava cadeira de praia do hotel na praia. Em compensação, o café da manhã era excelente. Hotel bem localizado, vista linda, perto da praia e barzinhos e lanches. 3 funcionários foram muito bons conosco: junior, manoela e clara. Alguns outros bem atenciosos. O rapaz do SPA. Não pudemos utilizar a sauna e nem a jacuzzi porque estava em reforma. Não achei compatível com um hotel 4 estrelas pelo custo-benefíco, não vale o preço o quarto.

Wonderful location across from beach and many restaurants nearby. Friendly, accommodating staff except for one afternoon fellow. Clean. Nice breakfast buffet, with all nice staff and at the egg station!. Rooms a bit basic and small showers and small doors to go into the shower but there is a renovation going on at the hotel so maybe this will be changed. Also special attention to the internet connection, not very stable at times. For the price I thought this was a very nice place with pleasant common areas in lobby and a spectaculair view at the roof top. Don't miss it! The gym is also well equipped.

El estado del hotel no es adecuado. Huele a humedad en todas partes. La ducha tiene moho y huele fatal. Las sabanas pegadizas. Polvo en el suelo de la habitacion. Encontramos una cucaracha viva y grande en la habitacion. No hay enchufes al lado de la cama. En la piscina hay muy pocas hamacas y casi no hay sombra. La localizacion era lo mejor. The hallways were not air conditioned plus our air conditioner was working one night we woke up at 5am sooo humid couldnt sleep..they told me when i asked that i didnt need wifi password that it would just connect i had frustrating internet issues complained upon checkiut and yhey then told me with iphone i needed the password…communication terrible…room had small bugs by the fridge and bath tub…tv placed in a poor pisition to watch and couldnt move it…very hard to find free water …breakfast was very good a lot of food…overall wasnt the happiest but they did refund one night after complaint but still would never stay there again…

The biggest pros of the property were the location and the people who worked there. Everyone was so nice and attentive. The room was a bit run down and didn’t really match the pictures online. We had holes in the ceiling and mold in the shower. Breakfast was good and the walk to the beach is just across the street.

No geral, um hotel ok. Boa localização, funcionários simpáticos, em sua maioria. Check-in muito demorado. No quarto, a porta de correr do banheiro estava emperrada. Era preciso pedir à outra pessoa para empurrar e fechar ou abrir por fora. Considerando que havia espelhos de ambos os lados da porta, o risco de um acidente era alto. Consertaram e logo voltou a emperrar. Travesseiros finos e colchão velho, o que prejudicou o sono. Café da manhã com muitos itens, mas qualidade não tão boa. Funcionária responsável por omeletes e tapiocas extremamente rude no atendimento aos hóspedes.

Mein Bruder und ich hatten 11 Nächte in diesem Hotel gebucht. Direkt an der Copacabana, Strand, Mega Ausblick von ganz oben. Schade das ich keine bessere Bewertung geben kann. Die Balkontür ging nie richtig zu, daher war es sehr laut abends. Noch dazu der Lüfter oder ähnliches was draußen am Balkon ist. Dies war nicht so schön. Das Zimmer war ok. Das Personal sehr nett. Essen war auch ok.

My room did overlook a portion of the beach. The breakfast was excellent and diversified. The room was spacious and clean. The majority of the staff, including Igor, and Moicir were very friendly and accomodating. The only problem that kept me from giving this hotel a 5 star review, was Humberto, the receptionist from Peru who was a real jerk and did not fit the overall friendliness of the hotel. , Larry Carli, California USA.

Stayed in Premium Suite, the view was amazing, bed was super comfortable but these is lack of maintenance with doors between room and bathroom not sliding, balcony doors don't lock at all, air conditioning very noisy and not always works as selected, mini bar very pricey when it should be a perk on the suite due to the high price tag of the room, parking only available as a valet which wasn't a big issue but again when staying in a 2k suite you expect to be treated or have some of the facilities added to your experience... VIP breakfast for premium suite customers it's very poor in choice so we end up using the main breakfast instead.

Quarto confortável, porém estava suja quando chegamos. Pelo preço altissimo que pagamos, queríamos pelo menos uma limpeza perfeita. E quando pedir algum serviço, sempre demora muito. Esperamos 3h para limpar o quarto. Esperamos 1h30 um ferro de passar. Cada vez temos que pedir novamente 3, 4, 5 vezes, é cansativo, e não digno de um hotel desse preço.

The hotel was fine, but the guy at the reception (Marcos/Marcis) was awful. I will never return to the hotel only because of this guy. The rest of the staff was great, except for this person. He doesn't know how to treat customers. I've never felt so embarrassed in my life in front of a friend.

Hotel cancelled our rooms after we were late checking in due to a several hours delayed flight. However, they did not cancel the charge. Hotels.com wasn't helpful so we had to file a complaint through our bank to cancel the charge. Horrible. Staff at the hotel was very rude, ill-mannered, and unapologetic. Very unexpected given that most people in Rio are quite warm and friendly. Stay away from this "pest"!

The staff at this hotel was beyond amazing! Everything from front desk in particular two people i want to recognize (Manoela, and Gregory) they helped me with everything and provided me with some very amazing services. They were able to tell me everything about the surrounding areas, and they helped me stay safe with recommendations. The staff upstairs at the Bar were just as amazing, thank you and with out a doubt one of the best stays I have had in a long long time! Highly recommend the 1201/1202 rooms and views! :)

Staff super atencioso. Excelente localização. Vista do bar da piscina exuberante. Boas opções de drinks. O hotel é 4 estrelas, mas o café da manhã é bem normal, padrão 3 estrelas. Poderia ter mais opções. Tinha alguma fruta passada do ponto na salada de frutas, não deu pra comer no 1o dia e no 2o eu nem provei pra não arriscar. A limpeza do quarto é padrão 2 estrelas, deixou a desejar. Quando chegamos tinha cabelos no banheiro e no box e também migalhas de comida dentro do armário de roupas, perto do cofre! Falta manutenção, o piso laminado do quarto estava danificado em vários locais. A janela do quarto tem vidro bem fino então você ouve o barulho dos carros e das pessoas na rua. Enfim, pelo preço cobrado, não vale a pena. Eu não voltaria, existem outras opções na região que entragam mais pelo mesmo valor ou até menos.

The Pestana is a good, no frills choice if you don't plan to be in your room much! It's centrally located on Copacabana, walking distance to cute restaurants and shops. The breakfast is convenient and fine, but crowded and a bit chaotic. Beach towels could use some updating, especially since it's the only beach amenity offered.

Beautiful stay for our first family Rio trip! The room was spacious with a living room space seperate from the main bedroom. We had a partial beach view from our room ,which was a nice bonus. But the view from the rooftop was exquisite! The rooftop bar was also very convenient, and the complimentary welcome drinks (caipirinhas) were delicious/strong and got us in full vacation mode! The breakfast buffet was delicious, fulfilling, and got us ready for exploration. This location was perfect , right in the middle of Copacabana beach. Plenty of restaurants ,shops, and bars in walking distance. Walking distance to Praça do Lido for tickets and van ride to Christ Redeemer. Short bus ride or Uber to Ipanema. We were disappointed though, to find that the statement in the listing that they're located across from a beach that would provide complimentary chairs and umbrellas, was not true. The hotel does offer towels . But I asked staff about the chairs and umbrellas mentioned in the listing and they had no idea why that was listed. No one on the beach offers these items for free for guests. We were fine without them though. Would absolutely stay here again .

And makes comfortable bed and bedroom breathtaking views over Copacabana Beach spacious wealth fit fitted out apartment staff Will class multilingual sensitive needs and very very willing to help. We stayed in a suite so had private dining on the rooftop each morning which added to the whole holiday experience. The pool was great. The hotel was clean and tidy and very safe. The only issue we faced was the lack of cleaning in the room is done every two days which isn’t enough when you’re travelling to from the beach every day. The floors were constantly dirty.
