Excellent staff, very helpful. Good location. But if you want to relax at night then the mattresses are very uncomfortable,old and sinking in. The staff tried to change my room but the other room also had old mattresses may be 20 years old. Toiletries are very few so better to carry own. Cleanliness was ok. No kettle or microwave, 1cup hotwater is $5.

The jacuzzi would have been nice to have been heated, even if it was heated externally at night when not in use.
