Buen lugar, habitaciones cómodas, la nuestra Justo daba a un pozo de aire o sea no disfrutamos de una buena vista, también son muy poco insonoras y la piscina pequeña pero muy limpia y buena vista de la ciudad desde la azotea. El desayuno muy bueno principalmente si lo disfrutas en las primeras horas.

El servicio excelente pero necesita una renovación urgente además la piscina es inservible de noche porque no tiene luz y es peligrosa. Pero reitero, los trabajadores un 10, está limpio y el aire funciona bien. Desayuno muy bien.

A localização é ótima, atendimento cordial. As instalações são velhas, as paredes do quarto eram rachadas, os elevadores lentos e um não estava funcionando. No fim, é um bom hotel para uma diária que seja barato. Pelo valor que paguei na diária, a percepção final é de “prejuízo”

Had a great stay at this hotel and keen to come back. The pool was lovely, the breakfast plentiful, cocktails delicious and well priced - just under 30 for a caprihinia. Good location for sunset or dinner options. Best of all were the staff who were super friendly and helpful, really appreciated them.

Gostei bastante do hotel, com certeza irei voltar, o pessoal da recepção são bem simpáticos adorei o atendimento , piscina e rol bem limpos, só não gostei dos elevadores precisa urgente de reparos, mas não atrapalhou em nada, localização perfeita!

Room was only ready 1.5 hours after check in time. Bathtub had black mold in it. We were moved to another room because of this but that room had no soap in the bathroom, safe was not reset and the room smelled liked chemicals. Breakfast was decent. Staff took my concerns but didn’t do anything about it. Would not recommend.

Hotel muito bem localizado, entre Copacabana e Ipanema, a poucos passos da praia. Funcionários extremamente receptivos e sempre bem-humorados, tornando a estadia ainda mais agradável. O quarto estava limpo, organizado, com cama confortável e banheiro equipado com shampoo, condicionador e secador de cabelo. O café da manhã também merece destaque: variado e saboroso. Recomendo!

A equipe da cozinha e atendimento do salão na hora do café maravilhosos. Amamos. Um destaque ao Valdemir, que nos atendeu super bem e nos ajudou em tudo no salão e na hora do café, nota mil. Unfortunately the hotel os very old and is in very poor condition. The bathroom had black mold in the grout and had a smell of sewerage. Our A/C unit leaked water and was extremely loud so we had to change rooms. The next room had a plugged toilet…. Fortunately the front desk people were very accommodating. I’m guessing they are doing some renovations because we could hear the very loud sound of tools and workers early in the morning. The location and water pressure were the only positives and of course good staff. We would not stay here again and it hurts me to write this but I have to be honest about our stay. No value here considering the price.

Colchao PESSIMOS, SENTIA A MOLA NAS COSTAS. Quarto frente rua e no 1 andar, barulho sem parar. Barulho de carro, de maquinas, de descarga de banheiro, de elevador e por ae vai. Formigas no chao e na cama.nao ha flexibilidade no check in.

El hotel tiene una ubicación ideal, cerca del metro, cerca de Copacabana, cerca de Ipanema. La habitación tiene buen tamaño y distribución, si se ve que son habitaciones viejas pero son totalmente funcionales. El personal siempre muy cordial, muchas gracias a nuestro recepcionista pues nos pudo hacer un cambio de habitación al momento de llegar ( camas). El desayuno es muy completo, frutas, pan, café, tés, cereales, sándwiches , huevos y una opción adicional de algo salado pero, como en algunos comentarios ya está, siempre es lo mismo. Si podemos jugar a hacer variaciones pero si te quedas más de tres noches posiblemente necesitarás mejor salir a probar otros sabores :) El servicio de limpieza muy puntual y correcto. 👍 No tuve oportunidad de usar la alberca pero subí a conocerla y se ve que es muy amena. El internet bien, aunque no lo use para trabajar, las redes sociales todo en orden. Muchas gracias por su cordial servicio. ;)

Staff gentil. Café da manhã bom e ótima localização. Limpeza do quarto boa, porém necessitando de manutenção no banheiro (azulejo e rejunte) e ouvia-se o barulho de outros quartos, pois na parte da janela havia pequenos vaos. Ar condicionado um pouco barulhento. No geral, satisfatório.

The hotel is set back a way from the beach so it's a good 15/20 minutes walk to Ipanema Beach and surrounding nightlife. The room was surprisingly large, as was the bathroom. My only criticism would be the bed sheets were woefully thin and worn with tiny holes. Staff friendly, helpful and engaging. Breafast was served in the large dining area and was standard fare of 'cake', bread, ham/cheese slices and fruit. Juice and coffee. Quiet area at night, immediately surroundings had shops close by. We'd stay again as was also good value for money.

O quarto é espaçoso e reformado. Cama boa e lençóis bons. Chuveiro excelente. O café da manhã deixa a desejar e o espaço é pequeno e quando o hotel está lotado, não tem mesa suficiente para todos os hóspedes. A Variedade é pequena e todos os dias o cardápio de repete.

The hotel is a little bit run down. Front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice. Selection for dinner was a bit fast food-ish. The room - well, the beds are not much more than a piece of plywood with a sheet. Super hard and uncomfortable. My body was aching all week. Other than that, it is clean and the bathrooms are nice. Close to Copacabana Beach and we felt safe in the area.

Café da manhã mediano, elevadores ficavam estralando e as vezes começavam a parar em andares aleatórios, qualidade de wi-fi deixou muito a desejar e o custo do estacionamento achei um pouco elevado. Mas tinha um bom chuveiro e um quarto confortável para dormir.

The location of the hotel is pretty nice, at least for us, not far from the beaches (3 of them). Close to Subway aswell. The hotel is a bit old and dated, one of the lifts was not working, but everything was pretty clean. Room was ok, decent beds, but def not the best i’ve slept at. No soundproof at all so if you want to sleep and there are noisy guests around (our case) you are in trouble. Staff was good but could have dealt with our problem mencioned earlier in a better way, despite my wife telling them that plenty of times (like 3 at least). Breakfast was pretty good.

The hotel is dated and tired, but worth the price we paid. We had hot tub suite (e.g. jacuzzi bath, not an actual hot tub). The room was huge, but stripped of everything. No artwork, two plastic cups, worn corners, stained upholstery, not even a cork screw. It felt abandoned. With a little care it could actually be very cool because it’s so vintage that it’s almost back in style. Jacuzzi bath was nice, but all of the shampoo and conditioner was bolted to the wall in the shower… so if you wanted an actual bath you had to run back and forth between the two for soap. Front desk staff was friendly, but a little old school with the hard sell on tours and restaurant recommendations that are clearly tourist joints they have an agreement with. Also clearly an organized tour group stop, so the lobby area was often full of luggage and large groups of people waiting to board a bus. Great location though, and affordable.

Em relação ao hotel, maravilhoso! confortável, familiar e silencioso. Tenho duas reclamações a fazer: o box estava com vazamento de água, assim, molhando o banheiro inteiro. o Blindex só na metade do box e a outra metade tampada com cortina. não tinha ao menos um pano de chão p secar os pés. segunda reclamação: meu esposo e eu chegamos no hotel no dia 14/11/2024, por volta das 20:30h. a recepção péssima! era a nossa primeira vez no hotel e o Sr. que nos atendeu, não deu as orientações de forma correta, fomos mal recebidos. Foi bom, mas poderia ser melhor. Houve um pouco de demora no check in, por ter apenas um atendente. O que eles oferecem a quem é do hotéis.com gold, é 20% de desconto no restaurante, mas você tem que solicitar, pq, senão eles não dão. Pedi pra fazer um upgrade, mas não foi autorizado, só Pagando a diferença.

O hotel tem uma localização excelente, a duas quadras da praia de Copacabana e a 3 quadras do Arpoador, o que nos permite uma ampla opção de praia, comércio, restaurantes e atividades de lazer em geral. El hotel tiene una ubicación ideal, cerca del metro, cerca de Copacabana, cerca de Ipanema. La habitación tiene buen tamaño y distribución, si se ve que son habitaciones viejas pero son totalmente funcionales. El personal siempre muy cordial, muchas gracias a nuestro recepcionista pues nos pudo hacer un cambio de habitación al momento de llegar ( camas). El desayuno es muy completo, frutas, pan, café, tés, cereales, sándwiches , huevos y una opción adicional de algo salado pero, como en algunos comentarios ya está, siempre es lo mismo. Si podemos jugar a hacer variaciones pero si te quedas más de tres noches posiblemente necesitarás mejor salir a probar otros sabores :) El servicio de limpieza muy puntual y correcto. 👍 No tuve oportunidad de usar la alberca pero subí a conocerla y se ve que es muy amena. El internet bien, aunque no lo use para trabajar, las redes sociales todo en orden. Muchas gracias por su cordial servicio. ;)

Had a great stay at this hotel and keen to come back. The pool was lovely, the breakfast plentiful, cocktails delicious and well priced - just under 30 for a caprihinia. Good location for sunset or dinner options. Best of all were the staff who were super friendly and helpful, really appreciated them.

It was a decent location near transportation and a good walk to beach. Breakfast options didnt change much and there was often no seating and running out of some of the foods but we were there during Carnivale when extra busy. This place was a good price during this time but i would choose elsewhere if i came again.

It’s a good hotel. The room is big and nice and staff is super helpful, pool is good. Breakfast is good as well. The area is close to the beach in Copacabana, at night it might get creepy, but ok still. My only critic is the room at some points during the day smelled like pipi, so did the AC.

Reception was wonderful. Our host spoke some English and was even a fan of American music. He made us feel at home and we were given a nice room. The room was spacious and clean and the A/C worked perfectly. Breakfast the next morning was wonderful. No complaint. I would stay there again and recommend it 100%.
