I Booked a doble-deluxe-room – the room was not nice, not clean and for sure not Deluxe. Hair and mold in the bathroom. The security box did not work – calling the staff 4 times – nothing happened The breakfast was on the lowest level you can imagen. I wonder who would rate that es “Muy Buena” 8.4 ?

Room was well appointed and clean. Huge bed and ac functioned well. Close to the beach with only a 2 minute walk.
