Recepção atenciosa e gentil. Reserva e check-in tranquilo. Quarto limpo, confortável, chuveiro ótimo, ar condicionado funcionando e silencioso. Café da manhã bem servido. Única crítica é aos elevadores. Um estava parado para manutenção. E o outro congestionado e as vezes não parava corretamente no andar que chamou, gerando muita espera e as vezes necessidade de uso da escada, mas pareceu um problema pontual, hotel bem organizado, com muitos funcionários trabalhando para manter tudo ok. Ótima localização.

Staff was amazing. Location was perfect. Pool was good and enough. Beds were a little cheap, in that there wasn't much padding.. felt. Like a box spring with a thin layer of cloth on top. We made it work by getting more blankets and putting them under the sheet. Breakfast was good, basic but good.

o atendimento da recepcionista Simone bem esclarecido, achei otimo o horario do cafe da manha, a visão da piscina muito bacana, oferecem varios tipos de passeios, não fiz nenhum pois minha programacao ja estava definida, mas achei bacana eles oferecerem este tipo de servico, mas eles oferecem passeio para escola de samba salgueiro fiquei bem empolgada mas não conseguiram concluir este passeio pois não conseguiram falar com alguem responsavel. Fui no periodo 10/10 ate 13/10/24, os elevadores achei bem sujo, os lencois a parte do travesseiros achei fedidos, o banheiro na parte do box nas paredes bem sujas com crostas de sujeiras. Razoável, chegarmos, e o check in foi feito 40 minutos depois, não havia quarto disponível. No outro dia tivemos que trocar de quarto, o mesmo ainda estava com cheiro de tinta, o prédio passa por reforma.

We specifically booked this hotel because we would have five days in Rio de Janeiro and knew that we would be spending some downtime at the hotel and it was one with the pool. First day we got there. The pool was operational so we had planned to swim the next day after we went to Christ the redeemer. We get back in the pool has no water in it and they said they had to do emergency repairs and that it would be open the next day. The pool didn’t open the rest of the five days that we were at the hotel and it was just a very big letdown. We wish that we would’ve talked to them about putting us in a different hotel with a pool after the first day, but we are promised that it would be open the next day. Then on the third day of the trip, one of the two elevators broke and we were left with one elevator between 11 floors. The wait time was horrible. Other than these complaints, the staff was great. The breakfast was great and the room was great.

Me hospedei na suíte Rubi e achei o quarto amplo, com uma cama grande e confortável. O banheiro também era espaçoso, com chuveiro de pressão forte. O quarto estava próximo à piscina e oferecia uma vista para o Cristo Redentor. O café da manhã era bem completo, e o atendimento dos funcionários muito simpático, inclusive dando dicas de locais para conhecer na cidade. Com certeza, o Hotel Bandeirantes será minha primeira opção ao pensar em retornar ao Rio.

Kanske att de andra rummen som inte ligger högst upp är bättre. Rummet i sig var väldigt fint och stort. Men det var mögel i hörnen vid fönstret. Står att det ska vara ljudisolerat men vi hörde allt som lät från poolen och gymmet. Vill du sova, bo inte i sviten, lät som de körde centrifugering på tvätten hela natten. Gissar att det var någon motor på taket. Fruktansvärt, och inte mer än ett sorry när man sa till. De flesta i personalen var jättetrevliga! Det var ett plus. Lätt att boka utflykter. Bra område, stranden var inte allt för långt bort.

Stanze nella norma , più che un 3 stelle sarebbe da classificare 2 stelle e mezzo o 2. Nella stanza della mia compagna di viaggio il servizio di pulizia è stato decisamente scadente, mentre nella mia non ho avuto problemi. Personale alla reception cortese, ma troppo interessato a suggerire ristoranti dove andare a mangiare. Ottima l' ubicazione vicino alla spiaggia di Copacabana e la prima colazione.

En la habitación habían 3 camas, la primera al lado de la puerta el colchón tenía los resortes del borde sobresalidos por lo viejo que estaba, las sillas de la mesa empotrada estaban muy viejas. El TV no era smart, solo tenía canales locales pero no podíamos ver YouTube ni si quiera. El shampoo del baño es el más corriente que he podido utilizar, es el más barato que he usado, deja el cabello más que tieso

GREAT LOCATION as it's within walking distance of EVERYTHING noteworthy in the Copacabana/Ipanema areas. Extremely friendly and accommodating front desk team! Great great customer service and they engaged in relatively good English! The one older lady was truly the star of the front desk team, please give her a raise! The hotel is well maintained BUT the rooms are very very basic. No frills. Pillows are not plush so offered little support for sleeping. Water pressure in shower was awesome! Nice hot water also. Basically no amenities (teeny tiney bar of soap that would basically be done after using it to wash your hands once lol). I had to go to the store and buy a bar of soap. TV had only Portuguese channels! Wifi was good (not excellent) but good and allowed me to do the things I needed to do. I was there for the NYE celebration so the price was super high, waaay higher than the quality of the room you're getting deserves but I guess they had to increase their rates like every other hotel for that occasion. Breakfast was mediocre. Boring selections. Orange juice tasted like water with a splash of orange flavor (yuck). They need to work on the Breakfast. Anyway, I guess I'd stay there again if I just wanted someplace to S.S.S.S (Sh*t, Shower, Shave and Sleep lol) in Rio at a moderate price.

Kanske att de andra rummen som inte ligger högst upp är bättre. Rummet i sig var väldigt fint och stort. Men det var mögel i hörnen vid fönstret. Står att det ska vara ljudisolerat men vi hörde allt som lät från poolen och gymmet. Vill du sova, bo inte i sviten, lät som de körde centrifugering på tvätten hela natten. Gissar att det var någon motor på taket. Fruktansvärt, och inte mer än ett sorry när man sa till. De flesta i personalen var jättetrevliga! Det var ett plus. Lätt att boka utflykter. Bra område, stranden var inte allt för långt bort.

Como ponto alto do hotel eu destaco o atendimento, toda equipe é muito atenciosa e merece reconhecimento, especialmente o João da recepção, que cara sensacional! Nos fez sentir em casa, valorizem esse profissional. Como ponto de melhoria destaco apenas o ar condicionado do quarto 202 que estava pingando.

Staff was amazing. Location was perfect. Pool was good and enough. Beds were a little cheap, in that there wasn't much padding.. felt. Like a box spring with a thin layer of cloth on top. We made it work by getting more blankets and putting them under the sheet. Breakfast was good, basic but good.

Mesmo avisando sobre o vizinho de quarto baderneiro, nada foi feito. Pedi uma troca de quarto e simplesmente a resposta foi: Só podemos fazer algo se a partir de 22:00 fizerem barulho. Só que os baderneiros saíram e retornaram de madrugada. Resultado? No meio da noite fui acordado pela baderna e não consegui dormir mais. Também, quem se importaria com a minha prova no dia seguinte, não é? “Ah, mas o hotel não tem como controlar os hóspedes!” Negativo! Tem sim! E se esse é o tipo de hóspedes que vocês preferem “não magoar”, fiquem com eles! NÃO RECOMENDO!

O hotel tem uma excelente localização isso é fato, porém passei por um problema que eu considero gravíssimo, eu viajei com 8 pessoas, no total de 9 pessoas e reservei 3 quartos e em cada quarto ficaram 3 pessoas. Em um dos quartos houve um pequeno furto de um perfume importado com valor alto e no outro quarto teve um problema com as malas, no qual alguém bagunçou a mala da colega como se estivesse procurando algo. Eu sou uma pessoa que costuma viajar muito e tenho muita experiência nisso, fiquei muito chateada e com medo de mandarem limpar os quartos, passei todos os dias pedindo para não realizar a limpeza do quarto por medo de pegarem mais alguma coisa, em fim, perdi totalmente a confiança no hotel diante da falta de resolutividade dos funcionários e empatia. Detalhe outra hóspede também sofreu um furto de uma peça de roupa neste mesmo hotel e no mesmo período em que eu estava hospedada, pois no momento em que eu estava fazendo a reclamação essa pessoa também reclamou. Diante do exposto eu não recomendaria este hotel.

GREAT LOCATION as it's within walking distance of EVERYTHING noteworthy in the Copacabana/Ipanema areas. Extremely friendly and accommodating front desk team! Great great customer service and they engaged in relatively good English! The one older lady was truly the star of the front desk team, please give her a raise! The hotel is well maintained BUT the rooms are very very basic. No frills. Pillows are not plush so offered little support for sleeping. Water pressure in shower was awesome! Nice hot water also. Basically no amenities (teeny tiney bar of soap that would basically be done after using it to wash your hands once lol). I had to go to the store and buy a bar of soap. TV had only Portuguese channels! Wifi was good (not excellent) but good and allowed me to do the things I needed to do. I was there for the NYE celebration so the price was super high, waaay higher than the quality of the room you're getting deserves but I guess they had to increase their rates like every other hotel for that occasion. A experiência começou ruim pois aluguei pelo hotels.com um quarto de casal, chegando lá o quarto era com 2 camas de solteiro e me disseram que poderia ser conforme a disponibilidade do hotel, ninguém me ajudou e nem se responsabilizou nem o o hotel e nem o site. Em relação ao hotel o wifi não funciona, então se precisar trabalhar não indico esse hotel, o café da manhã é bom e as acomodações são limpas.

Infelizmente o hotel é bem decadente. As condições de uma maneira geral são precária e a realidade não se parece nada com as fotos. Fizeram um post convidando para a maratona, mas não forneceram o básico: café da manhã no horário adequado aos corredores.
