Location is great, right in between Copacabana and Ipanema. Rooftop bar and pool are great, considering that all properties in Copabana have limited space, incredible views. The staff is great, Luis and the rest of the team in the front desk were amazing, also the staff in the restaurant for the breakfast in the morning, super friendly and excellent service.

Room wasn't ready when we arrived early. We waited an hour until check in and then they still couldn't find us a room. After another hour i think they put us in their worst room. Room was fine. Nothing special. Window opened into a brick wall. No view. TV was unwatchable. Breakfast was good, lots of variety. Nice roof top with table service, a gym and a very small pool. Too cold to use. Stunning view from the roof. Great location for both main beaches.

Staff got me a room at 11am on the day of check in, way earlier than the regular check in time, that is awesome because I needed some sleep from a redeye flight. I checked out at 12pm but stored my luggage and they have shower facility for a fee of less than US$3 which is very inexpensive. The breakfast was awesome, so much selection in the buffet. The pool is small, I did not use but the steam room on the rooftop one floor above the pool works really good. I’ve been to Rio 11 times and I stayed different hotels and this is highly recommended. All the staff I met was courteous and friendly.

Check-in was welcoming and professional. The room was clean and comfortable with a great view of Copacabana beach. The hotel is also a short walk from Ipanema beach (where the sand and sea was much cleaner than Copacabana). There were beautiful views from the rooftop terrace and rooftop gym. The bike and one of the running machines could have been better maintained. Good breakfast buffet with very attentive staff. Overall, a very pleasant two-day stay.

Good hotel right on the beach amenities as advertised with a nice roof terrace. Only slight downside is the fact that there is no parking at the hotel but there is a garage one block away with acceptable prices.

Skønt hotel med en dejlig bar ved poolen øverst oppe. Poolen er meget lille og ikke for ren. Fitness rummet er småt men brugbart. Udstyret slidt og crosfit maskinen larmer helt vildt når der sættes belastning på. Der er ikke service på maskinerne. Vi blev bedt om at betale for øl og vand fra minibaren som vi ikke havde drukket, men slap efter en snak. Kommer alligevel gerne tilbage til hotellet igen.

The first room I received was terrible. The sheets were stained. The pillowcases were stained. The bathroom was dirty as though no one even took time to wipe the vanity so I requested another room. The staff were accommodating and gave me another room. It was cleaner but the sheets and pillowcases and towels are very very old. It need to be replaced. They were also stained. The only good thing about this hotel that he did have stunning views from the top of the roof and the breakfast was pretty OK but if you are like me and you use to luxury hotels, this is not the place because the bed is very hard in each room.

Equipe muito cordial, me ajudou a entrar mais cedo para que eu tivesse tempo hábil de me arrumar para um casamento. Tem também uma ótima localização no Arpoador. O hotel é relativamente novo, com bom café da manhã, cama e chuveiro. A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar. Tinha muita areia no chão do meu quarto e pó em cima das mesas.

Good location, good breakfast, attentive and kind staff. The room was somewhat run down, a bit of mold in the bathroom, lacking noiseproofing and the windows were not closing properly either making it quite noisy at night.

Fui super bem atendida. Gostei bastante. Fizeram upgrade por causa dos benefícios e ainda assim não gostei na vista do quarto e foram muito atenciosos. Até na hora de pegar o Uber à noite foram gentil comigo de me acompanhar ao Uber. Certas coisas não tem preço. Excelente. Parabéns. Voltarei sim. Só não gostei muito da limpeza do banheiro. Achei que poderiam dar mais atenção. Especialmente ao banheiro.

Hotel muito bem localizado e confortável. Atendente Bruno nos concedeu um early check-in. Café da manhã excelente e toda equipe muito educada e prestativa. Moça da limpeza muito eficaz e atenciosa. Quarto super confortável. Único ponto negativa dessa hospedagem foi que nosso quarto era de fundos (Av. Nossa Senhora de Copacabana), andar baixo (4°), e fazia muito barulho da rua, de ônibus, dos caminhões que abastecem o supermercado que tem na rua durante a madrugada toda. Fora isso, a nossa estadia foi muito boa.

We were disappointed with our recent stay at this hotel. The building appears to be old and worn, with peeling wallpaper, shabby corners, and outdated furniture. The floor in our room was uneven, and the space was small and cramped. Our room lacked a view, and the curtains were uninviting. To make matters worse, construction noise started at 8 am, despite our midnight check-in. The front desk claimed the noise was coming from a different building, but it was clearly audible and they will continue daily from 8 am to 5 pm. The rooms lack soundproofing, allowing noise from neighboring rooms, including conversations, TVs, showers, and toilets. The refrigerator was also noisy, and our safe didn't work. Good location but not worth the money for sure.

From the warm welcome by Fabrizio Reis to the complimentary late departure, the staff couldnt have been nicer. The breakfast was super, the lounge area with its view and beach towels to use, we certainly got our monies worth. We were surprised the rooms were very small, but we were comfortable. If we get back to Rio, we will stay there again.

Inicialmente o check in atrasou muito , quase 1 hora para liberação do quarto, com um atendimento muito ruim da atendente da portaria. Fui comemorar meu aniversário com mais 8 amigas. Solicitei a concessão de um espumante ou uns drinks para brindar meu aniversário, uma vez que éramos 9 pessoas hospedadas no hotel, mas o atendente disse que era para solicitar no restaurante, depois pediu para eu solicitar no bar piscina, enfim, foi um jogo de empurra e não concedeu nada. Mas tudo bem, não era obrigados a conceder nada, seria apenas um agrado, como é concedido em outros hotéis. No final, me concedeu 2 drinks de boas vindas, que eu teria direito, pela minha reserva pelo Hoteis.com, mas só foi fornecido depois de muita insistência, mesmo assim foram só 2, e não os 4 que eu teria direito pela reserva dos 2 quartos. Depois compramos um bolo para cantar parabéns na piscina, solicitei talheres e pratinhos para servir o bolo, também foi negado. Concluindo o atendimento não foi nada bom. Localização, limpeza e conforto muito bons. Atendimento ruim.

Excellent location right on the quiet end of Copacabana beach, also 10min walk from Ipanema beach. Plenty of nice food options in walking distance. Building is a bit old as all other mid-range hotels there: windows not very soundproof, bathroom in need of a refresher but not a disaster. Just can’t put 5-star just of that really. Breakfast was amazing! And service excellent.

The Orla is in a great section of Copacabana beach and is very walkable to Ipanema beach. The rooftop bar and pool are very nice with great views. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are many great restaurants nearby.

This is a lovely hotel in a perfect position located at the southern end of Copacabana and 5 mins walk from Ipanema. We've stayed here twice and would always come back. We booked the wrong room on the second booking and the guys on reception did their absolute best to find us a the best room they had. I would strongly advise paying the bit extra for the sea view and generally to be at the front of the hotel. The cocktail bar on the roof has an amazing view along the beach

The property was in a great location for us at the end of Copacabana Beach and near Ipanema too. It allowed us to see most of the sights within walking or a short taxi ride away. The rooms were fine and service was great for us. It is a small hotel so don't expect grand entrances and large common areas.

Pedi room service antes das 21:00, mas o recepcionista disse que não tinham mais o serviço. Café da manhã em espaço pequeno e caótico. No café da manhã não há bebida e café disponíveis para livre consumo, tem que pedir para o garçom e ficar esperando eles te trazerem. Então demora um pouco. Localização boa. Como fiquei num quarto de fundos, o visual era os "telhados" da vizinhança. Funcionários cordiais e atentos à quaisquer necessidade que se faça necessário. Localização do hotel muito boa, num trecho mais tranquilo da Av. Atlântica O visual, do terraço, é deslumbrante! Quanto à pisicina, não se pode chamar de piscina e sim de um ¨tanque decorativo¨. O café da manhâ é muito bom, com variedades e frutas saborosas. Apenas o ambiente onde é servido o café da manhã é pequeno daí, as mesas ficam muito juntas, de forma que a circulação fica prejudicada e, se o hotel estiver cheio, como foi nesse periodo em que me hospedei, acaba ficando meio confuso esse momento...mas parabéns aos funcionários desse ambiente que acabam tendo que "se virar nos 30". e acaba dando certo.
