The hotel provided instructions for late arrival (if after 10:00 pm). I arrived at 9:05pm and the hotel was locked up and the late arrive instructions were useless (no code box as described), they would not answer my calls. I could not enter and it and was below freezing. I had to find another hotel with rooms open by foot. The next day the hotel manager would not accept responsibility and said the hotel registration closes at 8:30 - despite the letter I received the previous day clearly indicating 10:00. She would not offer a refund for my prepaid booking - despite it costing me $$$ to sleep elsewhere. If you are looking to book here - DON"T go to the Neptun - it is wonderful. RUN RUN AWAY from these unreasonable and dishonest hosts.

Loved the hotel. Very quaint and clean. Beds were a little hard for me but otherwise a great place to stay.

The hotel is wonderful and located near the beach.Many shops close by.Excellent food for breakfast and convenient parking.The room was jr suite and was very nicely decorated.Highly recommended JB

This was a difficult property for older guests with heavy luggage. No help with luggage. There was an elevator, but not until you climbed a half-flight to the reception area and the elevator stopped either a half-flight above or below your room.
