The room had a splendid view of the area. The garden was well kept. The food and breakfast was great. The onliest thing we did not like is that the room wasn't extensively cleaned, which resulted in triggering our allergy.

Staff was not welcoming. They questioned my guest several times about what room they belonged to. I felt ostracized because this was not the same for people of other race. My room was never cleaned my entire stay, I had to request it the day before my departure. Visited Costa Rica before but this visit did not feel pleasant.

This is a nice option when needing to be close to the metropolitan area. The staff is friendly and the service is very good. The rooms could use some repair. A/C units are noisy and the showers leak into the main part of the bathroom.

Great location. Near Mall and lots of restaurants. Room was good. Rainfall shower not very powerful, no hand shower. Coffe cabinet was broken needs repair. Bathroom lighting very dim. I would still return, just being picky.

Excellent hotel and excellent staff! Rooms were clean, spacious, and well-designed. Hotel breakfast was delicious with many options, quick & polite service! Natalia was amazing! One of the Best hotel breakfasts I’ve experienced. Location was close many shops, dining, and the outdoor area was an excellent addition to an already fabulous hotel.

When arriving I was greeted by Kenya & Randall which helped me with a huge smile when checking in. After telling them that I was planning on taking a taxi to Guanacaste, they recommended me to take a flight due to the fact that it is cheaper and faster. They even helped me book a flight right there on the spot. If it wasn’t for them, I would still be sitting in the taxi on a 4 hour trip. The hotel was clean, room had everything I hoped for, breakfast was perfect and everyone was very helpful. Thank you Randall & Kenya for your great service. Will definitely be staying here in the future!

Made reservation for 5 rooms, they accepted it. But only gave me 4. Said thats all inreserved rven after showing them proof. Ended up giving one of our rooms to someone else. Also said he would work to get me refunded. Didnt see it through.

Excellent property, awesome breakfast! Only complaint was that an advertisement banner for the restaurant is covering the entry fencing from the main road and it blocks the view of oncoming traffic while exiting onto the side street.

Everything was great except it would be nice if you had an option with a continental breakfast. On the full breakfast I never saw any bacon or grits offered while I was there. The hotel for some reason doesn’t support having any newspapers available. It wouldn’t cost anything to have the papers available.

Cuando reservé incluía los desayunos para la totalidad de huéspedes, 2 adultos 2 menores y cuando llegué al Hotel me cobraron adicional el desayuno de mis hijas menores. La plataforma Nunca me indicó que el desayuno era solo para 2 personas, si no no hubiéramos reservado al ser una familia.

We had to change rooms the first night because the first room smelled like mold and I was having a hard time breathing. There was also a very large toe nail left over from a previous guest on the floor. The second room didn’t smell like mold but it did have a very lived-in-kind of smell. Still that was better than the mold smell. The third day we were there, we returned to a room that had not been serviced. We left the room at night so they could clean up the room. Shower water pressure wasn’t great and the shower door didn’t close all the way so half the shower water needed up on the floor.
