Reservei pela proximidade de onde ocorreu evento familiar (facilidade logística, ainda mais com criança). Esperava mais pelo preço e fama da rede. Ponto positivo: cortesia dos funcionários/excelente atendimento. Pontos negativos: colocaram uma torradeira no café do último dia de estadia, meu filho gosta, pediu, mas informaram que a tomada da mesma não estava funcionando. É um pouco o mal das empresas hoje, atentam para algumas questões, ao meu ver, bobas/tolas, como as mensagens de "motivação/auto-ajuda" na mesa do café, mas não atentam para algo tão elementar como uma tomada não funcionando. Agora, a derradeira crítica: no sábado pela manhã, meu filho quis ir à piscina. Se tivesse visto antes de entrar, não tinha nem entrado, os ralos no entorno da piscina estavam em condição deplorável, nojenta é a palavra apropriada, cheio de cabelos. Avisei a funcionária da recepção de maneira discreta. No dia seguinte, fiz questão de ir lá conferir. Se tivessem limpado, creio que não postaria isso na avaliação, mas estava tudo da mesma forma, ou seja, alguém não tomou a simples e devida providência de ter feito/ordenado a limpeza dos ralos. Não vou postar a foto, pois é de "embrulhar o estômago".

Location is great. Centrally located with easy access to the best of São Paulo city. Property is old and not well kept. I had chipped and broker furniture in the room I stayed. The spa does not have locker rooms. There is one shared bathroom only. That is the only option to change before and after a massage.

Is all about location now...that is awesome if you have business to do @Faria Lima region in SP. But hotel was only partial renovated. I stayed in an executive suite that is pretty decent...BUT both bathrooms were just old and disgusting. Lot of options at breakfast, but quantity doesn't mean quality at all. The cherry on top were the elevators during my stay...there were days that took me almost 10-15 minutes to get from my room at the 25th floor to lobby in the morning.

For a relatively expensive hotel, the level of cleanliness was disappointing. Almost all of the towels and sheets had stains and holes. I spilled some water, and wiped it up with a towel, and the towel came away covered in brown dirt - so they were not mopping the place effectively at all.

Ruim! Tentei contato antes por email, telefone e wats para avisar que chegaria um pouco antes do horário do checkin, com uma criança pequena para tentar um quarto, mas não tive resposta em nenhum dos canais de atendimento. Toalhas velhas, banheiro cheio de lodo, pedi uma toalha a mais pois so tinham colocado 2 e não levaram, blackout das janelas não veda a luz completamente, vi uma barata no saguão do hotel. Na hora do checkout me apresentaram o valor do meu consumo sem apresentar o que foi consumido. Ruim do começo ao fim.

realmente não foi muito boa a estada, toalhas com cheiro ruim, café da manhã deixou muito a desejar considerando que era da rede Blue Tree e além de tudo estavam fazendo manutenção da subestação elétrica e ficamos a maior parte da noite sem AC.

Quarto espaçoso, mas com moveis e banheiro muito antigos (no banheiro a torneira e o chuveiro pingavam), com sinais de desgaste. Cortinas nao vedam bem a claridade e as chaves a toda hora desmagnetizavam (o que gerou um transtorno grande com tantos quartos e um dos tres elevadores quebrado. Café da manha muito fraco para o porte/nivel do hotel (paes velhos, sem opções para quem é intolerante a gluten ou lactose, por exemplo). Hotel que, em síntese, não entrega o que propõe.

Atendimento muito bom, (principalmente no check-in), localização privilegiada, quarto e cama muito confortáveis, chuveiro ótimo e café da manhã nada excepcional, mas gostoso. Durante a estadia, utilizei o aplicativo para solicitar um serviço de quarto e sem saber o motivo, meu pedido foi cancelado. Não ligaram para avisar que não poderia atender ao pedido. Utilizei a academia e o filtro de água estava em manutenção… Sugiro, nestes casos, deixar água disposição dos hóspedes. Precisei trocar meu cartão 3 vezes porque simplesmente não conseguia ser lido na porta e no elevador.

O Hotel está muito bem localizado, a recepção foi excelente, como cheguei tarde solicitei um Late check-out, o qual o Cristian atendeu prontamente e de forma muito atenciosa. Os quartos são muito confortáveis. Só o serviço de quarto que não funcionou do meu agrado, solicitei serviço de quarto e depois de 45 minutos liguei para saber quanto tempo ainda iria demorar, para minha surpresa eles nem haviam começado a preparar, pois segundo eles não havia chocolate para fazer um, o qual eu havia pedido. Acredito que faltou atenção, pois deveriam ter me informado logo que tivessem constatado o problema. O pedido havia sido feito para o nosso jantar. Devido a UM chocolate, solicitei o cancelamento de todo o pedido feito.

it was a very safe, clean unit, and well decorated. Only negative is the water or at least 2 small bottles of water should be free per day, and the hotel bar, says their open til 1am, when in fact its not. well managed, happy and friendly staff and on their game for recommendations and places to go to.

Room was confortable, clean and spacious enough for a couple. Bathroom somewhat outdated but funcional with an excelent shower! Gym center very nice. Breakfast was nice. Personnel fantastic! Congrats to the staff
