Ficamos 8 dias hospedados no Hotel. Minha esposa fez cirurgia e optamos por um quarto mais amplo com uma estrutura confortável. Foi a melhor escolha que pude fazer. O quarto é amplo, tem lavabo, geladeira, fogão, etc. Minha filha ficou muito a vontade. O que mais me impressionou é a qualidade do atendimento da equipe, são muito atenciosos e competentes, desde o mensageiro ao pessoal da limpeza, me sentia como se estivesse em casa. Além de tudo, o restaurante em anexo serve pratos muito bons e entregam no quarto. E para melhor mais, a localização é fantástica, tem farmácia, mercado, restaurantes, em fim, tudo muito perto. Usei a academia e sauna do hotel, que é muito limpa e organizada. Vale a pena se hosdepar, fiquei muito grato ! Obrigado a toda equipe pelo carinho que tiveram com minha família.

Es un excelente hotel de 5 estrellas muy bien situado en una zona segura, con servicios muy sercanos como farmacias y supermercados, muy próximo a la zona de shopping importante del área. La suite de lujo es prácticamente un departamento con ducha y bañera separadas, todo muy limpio. La cocina está totalmente equipada con utensilios para estancias largas. El wifi es bueno en rapidez, el personal amable un poco limitado en el inglés. El único detalle fueron las batas de baño con un mal olor a humedad de ropa sucia, pero bajo petición las cambiaron, aunque no se erradicó de todo ese olor en la ropa blanca, podrían 0oner mas atención a esos detalles.

Very friendly staff, great location, rooms were amazing, and so were the amenities. Recommendation, find a better way of tracking what is taken from the minibar/refrigerator. We purchased our own wine and water from A store around the corner and put it in the refrigerator. When we left were told we drank water from the fridge and had to pay for it. We did not as we bought ourselves and just stored it in the refrigerator. They were very nice and reimbursed us, but it was uncomfortable being accused of taking something we didn’t.

Hotel elegante, muoto bem localizado nos Jardins, com fácil acesso a mercados e restaurantes. O hotel dispõe de piscina, mas infelizmente não estava em funcionamento naquele dia. Há uma academia boa e sauna. O quarto bem amplo, com móveis novos. A cama king é magnifica, muito confortável. O café da manhã é bom. Estacionamento cortesia. Gostamos muito.

Ricardo at the night front desk was friendly and helpful. Also there was a doorman also named Ricardo who was friendly. Stayed with 2 kids so the 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our needs. They also have a playground the kids enjoyed. Right next to Oscar street for food and shopping. Super market 1 block away. Safe area. They have free access to laundry machines also which was convenient.

Café da manhã MARAVILHOSO com excelentes opções de pães, frios, frutas, bolos, iogurtes, opções de pratos quentes nos rechauds e opções da cozinha como omeletes (maravilhosos), tapiocas e muito mais (tudo incluso). Simplesmente AMAMOS (minha família e eu) nos hospedarmos no George V Casa Branca. Em especial, meu agradecimento ao Jean (gerente), Neide (restaurante) e às recepcionistas Carol e Tati, por prestarem com excelência o atendimento aos hóspedes.

O hotel é muito bom. No quesito limpeza deixa a desejar. Não sei dizer se o ar condicionado ou outra coisa, mas o cheiro de mofo muito intenso. Penso que seria necessário uma profunda higienização do ambiente. Aí poderia dizer que seria incrível.

Péssimo café da manhã. Incompatível com custo Hotel. Atendimento ruim, pouca qualidade , pouca variedade . Café da manhã de hotel 3 estrelas. Quarto defasado. Travesseiros riuins, limpeza grosseira e reposição itens com falhas. Reforma da recepção atrapalhando, fazendo barulho, atendimento sem cordialidade. Tudo básico sem encantamento. Não dá para voltar .

O hotel não está no ápice da modernidade, mas está em ótimas condições. Suíte ampla, confortável, muito bem equipada. Equipe boa, fomos bem atendidos, sempre com cordialidade. Muito bem localizado para quem quer ficar na tranquilidade dos Jardins. Ampla gama de comércio e restaurantes por perto. Minha única crítica vai para o café da manhã. O mesmo está muito aquém do estabelecimento. Não digo quanto à qualidade do que foi oferecido. Pobre em opções, passaria fácil como café da manhã do Ibis. Se fosse num hotel 2 estrelas, seria um café honesto. Já para um hotel desse nível, que cobra essa diária, precisa melhorar muito para ser ao menos razoável. Fora as opções, há algumas mesquinharias incompreensíveis. Por exemplo, é cobrado à parte o café expresso (!). Isso num hotel cuja diária de balcão é superior a R$ 2.000,00. Não dá para entender.

Quarto amplo e vista linda. Banheiro velho que precisa de reforma. Parte terrível da estadia foi o ar condicionado. Muito fraco e não deu conta do calor de Manaus. De noite quarto e camas quentes. Não consegui dormir. Péssima experiência.

A localização desse hotel é incrível, muito fácil o acesso a Oscar Freire e suas lojas e restaurantes. O quarto tem cozinha, banheiro e até lavabo. O hotel é mais velho, por isso as condições não são 100%, mas mesmo assim é super confortável e bacana. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor.

Hotel 5 estrelas, com preço de 5 estrelas, mas pra mim deveria ser no máximo 4, instalações muito antigas. Bem cuidado, mas muito ultrapassado. Não tem sequer smart tv no quarto. Equipe nota 1000 no café da manhã e staff em geral muito atencioso. Muito boa localização.

Hotel muito mau para o número de estrelas que possui. Café da manhã mau, quarto com boas dimensões mas muito barulhento, por via da geladeira e do ar-condicionado. A acrescentar, o hotel teve um problema que necessitou obras durante a estadia e não houve o cuidado de aviso prévio quando da reserva. Durou dois dias para resolver o problema, o que provocou falta de água e muito barulho durante a estadia.

Hotel maravilhoso. Ótima localização, funcionários muito educados e atenciosos. Quarto excelente. Pra quem gosta de conforto e espaço pode se hospedar que vai amar.

Café da manhã MARAVILHOSO com excelentes opções de pães, frios, frutas, bolos, iogurtes, opções de pratos quentes nos rechauds e opções da cozinha como omeletes (maravilhosos), tapiocas e muito mais (tudo incluso). Simplesmente AMAMOS (minha família e eu) nos hospedarmos no George V Casa Branca. Em especial, meu agradecimento ao Jean (gerente), Neide (restaurante) e às recepcionistas Carol e Tati, por prestarem com excelência o atendimento aos hóspedes.

My husband and I loved our stay at this lovely hotel in an excellent location. The staff could not have been warmer, responsive, or efficient. Juli Ravi, Guest Relations, was great. She even had a cake delivered to our suite on my birthday. We recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to São Paulo. We will stay there again when we are next in São Paulo. Highly Recommend!!

My wife and I stayed in the George V (Deluxe suite) for four nights in October 2024. It is a lovely hotel, with very sizable and well-appointed apartments, and located in a very nice neighborhood, with many stores and restaurants nearby (we shopped in the huge Carrefour hypermarket, a short walk across Av. Nove de Julho). The Apt had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is also great, though a little limited in choices, with plenty of delicious, fresh food. Best of all though is the Staff; they are super friendly and helpful. If you are going to Paulista Ave from the hotel, I suggest you take an Uber as the walk is all uphill, and quite steep in places. Overall, it is a great place to stay and good value for money, given the area it is located in.

I stay there in January 2024 Visiting from the USA, and again in July 2024. The staff is very accommodating. The room is comfortable. Their breakfast is pleasant. And it’s an easy walk to Avenida Paulista. I will be visiting Brazil again and probably staying there again.

Ricardo at the night front desk was friendly and helpful. Also there was a doorman also named Ricardo who was friendly. Stayed with 2 kids so the 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our needs. They also have a playground the kids enjoyed. Right next to Oscar street for food and shopping. Super market 1 block away. Safe area. They have free access to laundry machines also which was convenient.

Hotel muito mau para o número de estrelas que possui. Café da manhã mau, quarto com boas dimensões mas muito barulhento, por via da geladeira e do ar-condicionado. A acrescentar, o hotel teve um problema que necessitou obras durante a estadia e não houve o cuidado de aviso prévio quando da reserva. Durou dois dias para resolver o problema, o que provocou falta de água e muito barulho durante a estadia.

We booked a lux apartment. Check-in was easy, and our bags were quickly taken to our suite. The suite was beautiful, with a well-equipped kitchenette, very comfortable lounge, good sized bedroom with very comfortable bed, well equipped dressing area, safe, and a fantastic luxurious bathroom. There was also a separate small washroom. Outside, there was a full length balcony running the length of the lounge and bedroom. The hotel itself is in a fantastic area that felt very safe well into the evening and had many great restaurants, bars and shops within a 10-15 minute walk. I would 100% come back to this place if I was in Sao Paulo again, it is 10/10. The only slight criticism is the breakfast is just okay - not bad, but not great - but the one time we ate dinner we had fantastic service and delicious food. The second reason I would recommend this hotel is because of the outstanding staff. I was travelling with my wife for our 25th wedding anniversary, and I very stupidly left my gold wedding ring in the room and didn't realise until I had passed through airport security. At many hotels I think you may not get such a valuable item back, so I was immensely relieved and grateful when I called them to be told they had it. They very kindly arranged for the ring to be returned to me in the UK (at my expense, of course) and they patiently dealt with the courier DHL (who were incompetent throughout) over several days. Thanks to the staff, I have my ring back - thank you!!!
