O atendimento é um diferencial. Todos muito cordiais e atenciosos o tempo todo. A questão do corredor é dos elevadores mais escuros causaram um estranhamento no início, mas vemos que é parte do estilo do prédio. As comodidades são ótimas, a piscina aquecida é uma delícia, o atendimento no spa foi ótimo e o restaurante é especial.

Nos decepcionamos com alguns pontos do hotel, pelo peso e nome que tem. A banheira do nosso quarto estava péssima, com manchas e completamente sem condições de uso. A água que deixaram como cortesia em nosso quarto foi lançada pós checkout. A piscina externa aberta também para pessoas externas do restaurante é pouco desagradável, sem privacidade. Coloco como serviço de alta qualidade o atendimento da recepção e o café da manhã.

Atendimento incrível em todas as etapas. O check in foi ágil e gentil. Ficamos muito gratos pelo upgrade de quarto devido à comemoração de nosso aniversário de casamento. Fomos recebidos no quarto com balão decorativo e docinhos. O quarto era espaçoso e com climatização confortável. Estava perfeitamente limpo com o mobiliário bem conservado e muito vistoso. Cama, roupas de cama e travesseiros muito aconchegantes. Amamos o kit de amenities. Ducha muito agradável em todos os aspectos. Tínhamos reserva para jantar no Skye. O atendimento foi excepcional, todos os pratos incríveis e agradecemos também a sobremesa de cortesia que nos foi oferecida. Atendimento na recepção falaram que iriam me enviar informações sobre o spa e não mandaram. Tirando isso, foi bom, mas nada especial. Já atendimento do Skye foi ótimo. Na minha última noite, meu ar condicionado estragou por volta das 23h e tentei dormir de janela aberta. Porém pedi para ir a manutenção pela meia noite e além de não consertarem, não me ofereceram nada. Para um hotel desse nível e preço, foi a pior noite dormida (se posso dizer que dormi).
Atendimento na recepção falaram que iriam me enviar informações sobre o spa e não mandaram. Tirando isso, foi bom, mas nada especial. Já atendimento do Skye foi ótimo. Na minha última noite, meu ar condicionado estragou por volta das 23h e tentei dormir de janela aberta. O hotel é bom mas pelo valor da diária não entregou o básico. Canal de TV aberta não funcionava . Fiz a reclamação com a equipe noturna da da recepção. Falaram q era geral mas q resolveria . Netflix, globoplay e etc tb não tem no quarto. Deram a opção de fazer o espelhamento pelo celular, mas até eles tiveram dificuldade para fazer o processo. No outro dia ninguém se preocupou em dar uma satisfação. Tive q enviar msg com as mesmas queixas no domingo a tarde.. Aí me deram um quarto melhor com funcionamento normal. Mas demoraram pra resolver a situação. Mha diária terminava na segunda. Café da manhã é ok. Pouca opção! Acho um absurdo colocarem itens no café para pagar a parte. É melhor não colocar. Funcionários maravilhosos do restaurante. Wagner é show! As diárias todas foram pagas com café. No primeiro dia queriam q assinasse o valor do café. Tive q pedir e esperar conferir. Como avisei no checkout: a TV nao funcionou, trocamos de quarto e a mesma coisa. Minha esposa nao dorme sem tv. Absurdo ter que ficar reinicia do equipamento ate para tv aberta funcionar. Saiam da Nonius. Nao funciona em nenhum hotel. Nao sei o que eles tem para serem contratados, mas nao funciona em nenhum lugar, falo como cliente.

O nome fala por si só. Arquitetura e ambiente icônicos. O hall dos andares e os elevadores são um tanto quanto escuros, mas isso faz parte da proposta do lugar. No começo pode parecer um pouco estranho. Quarto espaçoso, confortável e bem equipado. A TV é equipada com Chromecast e há integração com Spotfy. Todo o staff bastante atencioso e prestativo. Serviços, sob todos os aspectos, muito eficientes. O bar-restaurante Skye é uma experiência a parte, embora tenha achado relativamente caro. Lá são servidos o almoço, o jantar e o café da manhã. Por estar no rooftop, a vista realmente é muito bonita. Sem dúvida uma das estadias mais singulares que já tive.

Atendimento na recepção falaram que iriam me enviar informações sobre o spa e não mandaram. Tirando isso, foi bom, mas nada especial. Já atendimento do Skye foi ótimo. Na minha última noite, meu ar condicionado estragou por volta das 23h e tentei dormir de janela aberta. Porém pedi para ir a manutenção pela meia noite e além de não consertarem, não me ofereceram nada. Para um hotel desse nível e preço, foi a pior noite dormida (se posso dizer que dormi).

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. I was looking forward to a relaxing stay due to an overnight flight connection. I was greeted with a glass of champagne and a warm welcome. I had a reservation at the rooftop restaurant upon my arrival. I was exhausted and wanted a quick gourmet meal. I stated to the server I was looking to return to my room quickly. My main course took an entire hour to be served. The server never placed the order. The meal was delicious so I chose not to complain. Upon my arrival to my room I found the dinning room chair pulled and a meal served on the table. I was startled. I looked at the meal and it was half eaten. I immediately called downstairs inquiring if somebody was in my room consuming a meal. I was told 1/2 hr later it was a mistake from the kitchen. Once again I let it go. I then wake up early to make certain I eat breakfast at 7am so I can make my connecting international flight. I attempt to use my elevator key. I am unable to press the rooftop. I then ask an employee to let me up to the rooftop. He is unable to press the rooftop. He asks for help. The other employee is unable to press the rooftop. We are then told we should walk up the stairs. The stairs are locked. Finally 1/2 hr later I am let up to the rooftop. Leaving me 10 minutes to eat breakfast. In other words, the beautiful architecture and room design were overshadowed by these horrible experiences. Very disappointing.

What an amazing hotel. Great staff, good location, and amazing pool/restaurant. Would def recommend to stay here if you’re in São Paulo. The architecture of the hotel is amazing (like the rest of SP). The staff was very very friendly, and kept in touch with me all the time when I needed help with restaurant recommendations, or tours, or anything.

Uma experiência razoável. Por volta das 17h quando estávamos descansando no quarto, fomos interrompidos incessantemente por 3 funcionários. O primeiro anunciava "serviço de quarto", depois outro anunciava "governança" e chegou a abrir a porta do quarto, eu acordei assustada, o funcionário com uma lanterna pediu desculpas e fechou a porta, até agora não entendi o motivo dessas perturbações. Passou uns 30 minutos ligaram no quarto perguntando se podiam levar a conta do consumo do bar para assinatura, eu disse que passava lá depois, mas, mesmo assim, mais ou menos 1 hora depois bateram na porta para pegar assinatura. Achei muito desnecessário todo esse desespero por uma assinatura, já que tínhamos um valor de caução debitado e penso que se a assinatura é tão importante, deveriam ter mais atenção lá no bar, para pegar a assinatura antes dos hospedes saírem. Fiquei muito constrangida e chateada com o ocorrido.

My Husband & I Enjoyed Hotel Unique to the Fullest. The staff especially their Concierge Team was Excellent. From the 1st day we reached out to the hotel before our arrival to the day we left they went over & above. With the Carnival in town they really wanted to make sure that we had the Experience & We DID! Hotel Unique is just that, The UNIQUE Hotel!

Modern, quirky building… our room was super comfy and stylish. The gentleman that checked us in was lovely and we are very grateful for the help with getting us a reservation at the restaurant we wanted to try. The surrounding area felt safe but there’s almost nothing you can walk to (but that’s São Paulo in general). Not much vibe in the bar area but good drinks selection.

Excelente estadia, o hotel é muito bem localizado, numa zona tranquila, duas quadras do Parque Ibirapuera, do qual se usufruímos a vista do nosso quarto e no restaurante do terraço no café da manhã maravilho e nas demais refeições, além da vista o restaurante é ótimo. Destaco como a cereja do bolo, o atendimento atencioso de todos os colaboradores do hotel, aos quais deixo o nosso agradecimento.

O hotel é bom mas pelo valor da diária não entregou o básico. Canal de TV aberta não funcionava . Fiz a reclamação com a equipe noturna da da recepção. Falaram q era geral mas q resolveria . Netflix, globoplay e etc tb não tem no quarto. Deram a opção de fazer o espelhamento pelo celular, mas até eles tiveram dificuldade para fazer o processo. No outro dia ninguém se preocupou em dar uma satisfação. Tive q enviar msg com as mesmas queixas no domingo a tarde.. Aí me deram um quarto melhor com funcionamento normal. Mas demoraram pra resolver a situação. Mha diária terminava na segunda. Café da manhã é ok. Pouca opção! Acho um absurdo colocarem itens no café para pagar a parte. É melhor não colocar. Funcionários maravilhosos do restaurante. Wagner é show! As diárias todas foram pagas com café. No primeiro dia queriam q assinasse o valor do café. Tive q pedir e esperar conferir. Une hôtel vraiment populaire par les Brésiliens car le rest et vu du toit est génial! Le service du personnel sur le toit est exceptionnel pour les personnes qui sont à l hôtel! Si le séjour est long à la même hôtel je trouve que le menu n est pas assez grand et variées. Mais malgré cette inconvénient je la recommande fortement!
