I tried to change my stay due to a serious illness and they tried to charge me almost £400 to do so! I had no contact from the hotel and could not even cancel without ridiculous penalty. I lost a substantial amount of money I think the hotel need to rethink their care about people and not be so financially driven over human compassion

The hotel is well-located and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping malls, and more. My experience was not great. Internet service was poor, not supporting WhatsApp calls or texts, and it was complicated to request an Uber under those circumstances. Hotel staff was not friendly at all, particularly the front desk; I’m not demanding that all of them be nice, but the main one must be. A/C broke off late at night; not resting was hot for me. The next day, the A/C technician, without knocking, got into the room; I was without clothes. The housekeeper knocked to check how many beverages and snacks had been taken from the minibar. I was not interested in interacting with so many people in the morning, but unfortunately it happened. I need an extra day, but the front desk people told me there was no availability at the moment. I have to find a new hotel where I can rest and be supported by hotel staff who will help the client find solutions rather than be rigid, especially when we are far from home. Based on my experience, I don't recommend it. Very unsatisfying experience
