This hotels does not live up to its rating. Not sure how this place has great reviews. It starts off with a pharmacy smell when you walk into the lobby. Hallways are damaged and the building is in poor condition. Bathrooms are small and very poor condition. I would not give this place more than a 6/10 or 2 start. Not a 9.0 and 4 star review. I’m addition the breakfast supposed to be excellent. It was very basic, and not very good. Disappointed.

The strongest issue was the very strong smell in the reception area and parts of the building, which caused headaches and made the arrival experience uncomfortable. Check-in and check-out also took much longer than expected, with delays that could be improved for better guest service. The hotel itself feels outdated and could benefit from renovation or modernization. Breakfast was quite basic, and some of the items did not look very fresh, which was disappointing compared to expectations.

Had a great stay! Location was perfect; close to many tourist attractions and the park. Was great for running and walking around. Really enjoyed the neighborhood. The pool and breakfast were great as well. Would definitely stay again!
