Stayed 1 night

The staff was wonderfu, very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The bedroom was a good size; however, it was in desperate need of renovation. There was extensive mold on the walls and ceiling, and the metal fixtures in the bathroom were rusty. There was also a significant amount of mold in the shower area. In addition, the wardrobe door was broken, so I couldn't even open it. The bed was quite confortable, but the blanket provided was for a single bad, when I had a queen size. During my stay, there was a power outage, and none of the emergency lights on my floor were working. The hallway was completely pitch black. I tried calling the front desk to ask whether the elevators were still operating or if someone could assist me, as I was afraid to leave my room and accidentally get locked out. Unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Since I had a flight to catch, I eventually had no choice but to leave my room with all my luggage, using only my cell phone flashlight to find my way. Thankfully, the elevators were still working. When I mentioned the lack of emergency lighting to the front desk during checkout, the employee seemed confused and had no idea what I was referring to. Unfortunately, this incident left me with a very negative impression of the hotel, as I did not feel safe.
