El personal de recepción muy muy atento , el buffet de desayuno en lo más mínimo , la comida la misma , y los chicos que atienden son muy jóvenes , y te atendían a la carrera , como si no quisieran que hubieres llegado . La recepción y lobby está muy descuidada, muebles llenos de polvo , al igual que el balcón del desayunador, totalmente abandonado . El gimnasio en un sótano sin luz que ni ganas de hacer ejercicio te dan , parece un calabozo .

Great location in walking distance to all old town sights. On the downside the bed was not that good and they do not have parking (even if in Hotels.com it was advertized). Public parking garage is in walking distance though.

Great location, lovely big room but was located next to a public path which was quite noisy with revellers walking past in the early hours of the morning. Parking wasn’t available at the hotel during our stay but literally 5 minutes away was the public Cathedral car park which cost €17 for 24 hours.

Nice clean hotel, helpful and pleasant staff. Very nice rooms with fridge and comfortable beds. Bathroom stocked with all the necesities. Hot water with great water pressure in the shower. Excellence location. A few minutes walk to the plaza, cathedral, alcazar, aqueduct, restaurants. Buffet breakfast has a variety of meats, cheese, breads, cereals, yogurt, pastries, fruits, juices, tea, cofffee machine, warm eggs and BACON! Well worth the $10 euros. Our stay was very pleasant. Beautiful town to rest and relax for a few days. Highly recommend staying here.

El entorno es bonito. El desayuno está bien. Las almohadas son XXL. Una cama bastante cómoda. Pero deberían tener más cuidado de airear la habitación tras el cambio de huésped y deternerse en la limpieza del cuarto de baño. Hay habitaciones con cuartos de baño adaptado para minusválidos sin mampara en la ducha. Existen habitaciones interiores que parecen un submarino.El wifi es una kk.

O hotel encontra-se bem localizado no centro histórico da cidade, perfeitamente acessível a pé. Trata-se de um edifício medieval muito bem recuperado. O quarto e a casa de banho estavam limpos e eram funcionais. O pequeno-almoço bom e variado. Hotel muito bom para uma estadia na cidade.

We had a number of issues with our room: the main one being the lack of soundproofing as we had the mechanism for the lifts right next to us on one side so heard them every time they were used; and the shower cubicle for the next door room was actually built into a corner of our room so those guests might as well have been showering in our room. Even just talking next door we could hear them clearly. We also felt that there should have been somewhere to get coffee or tea as there were no facilities in the room. The painters were in whilst we stayed so care was needed in the stair area and this should have been highlighted on booking. On the plus side breakfast was very good.

The room was in wonderful shape and the views from the 6th floor were just stunning. Only downside was being able to hear others in their room, but this was a small bother. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was impeccable. Each and every receptionist greeted politely whenever I walked past and were most kind during every interaction. Location was fab and the dark alleys felt fairly safe. The hotel breakfast got the job done. All in all, great experience and I'd definitely stay here again!

Quietly located setting, slight uphill walk to Plaza Mayor. Reception staff really friendly and spoke excellent English. Helped us with our departure taxi. Rooms are on the darker side, need more lighting.Breakfast 10 Euros per person sufficient choice.

El hotel está bien situado pero al tratarse de una casa antigua se trataba de un lugar con acceso complicado y con muchas plantas. Mi habitación era extremadamente oscura pues tenía una ventana que daba a un callejón y como iluminación artificial sólo había un par de lámparitas de mesilla y otra en la mesa con muy poca potencia, así que no podía ni leer.

La calefacción estuvo encendida toda la noche y no pudimos regularla, tras llamar a recepción por la noche debido al calor asfixiante nos dijeron que el radiador estaba estropeado y no podíamos cerrar la llave para que dejara de funcionar. Solución que nos dieron o dejarla puesta (imposible dormir) o abrir la ventana (esa noche fue la nevada más grande en años en Segovia) esa de la ventana abierta fue la opción y la verdad que imaginar como estaba la habitación de caliente que mantuvimos la ventzna abierta toda la noche y dormimos bien y sin frío y eso q estaba nevando. Muy mal señores de EXE CASA LOS LINAJES porque ustedes ya sabían del problema y no se me avisó y pagué por una habitación en condiciones óptimas para descansar.

We got a room on the first floor near the elevator with a view on a tiny courtyard and 3 huge pipes. There was no natural light at all. The room was ok, but the bathroom was too small. Soundproofing is the next problem! We could clearly hear other guests in their rooms, people walking along the corridor, up and down the stairs, work of the elevator and water pipes. We asked for a parking spaсe beforehand and received a refusal on the day of arrival at the hotel. Overall, the cost was huge for such a low level of service, would never recommend it!

The two times we stayed at the reception they couldn't find our reservation and told us it hadn't been made and the hotel didn't honor the room we rented. Both times we had chosen a room with a balcony and they didn't give it to us and told us it wasn't like that!

When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation and it was unpleasant. And the room we booked they insisted that the photos on Expedia were different and that you couldn't know exactly which room you were assigned to. That had never happened to me before!

Café da manhã muito bom Decepção com a funcionária do período da tarde por ser grosseira e não dar atenção para o problema de saúde que enfrentava. Praticamente desligou o telefone na minha cara e fiquei sem assistência. Chovia muito em Segovia e mesmo mal tive que sair em Buda a de alguma refeição pois ela se recusou a ajudar. Porém ressalto a boa limpeza e o fato de ter estacionamento próprio que ajuda muito numa cidade como Segovia.

Tres bon sejour agréable en centre ville , petit déjeuner extraordinaire personnel sympathique. Le point negatif se situe au niveau du stationnement des vehicules: que ce soit les quelques places dont dispose lhotel dans le parking de la cathedrale ( non disponibles lors de notre sejour) et le Parking public encore plus éloigné les 400 metres qui separent ces parkings de lhotel sont une pente vraiment abrupte.

Charming 3 star hotel with a quick 5 minute walk to Plaza Mayor or an 8 to 10 minute walk to the Alcazar. We had a roomy triple with separate room for our son. Would absolutely recommend to other families.

A charming spot in a quiet part of the old quarter of Segovia. It was easy to arrive walking from the bus station. It was easy to walk to all of the historical parts of town (Plaza Mayor & Cathedral, Alcazar, Aqueduct). The rooms are pretty and comfortable and charming although not super modern. I would definitely stay again!

Our room was beautiful and the views unimaginable. The only problem was carrying our luggage up and down, since there is no elevator access from the hotel front desk to the elevator on the 1st level. That was extremely inconvenient for us. You can walk about 5 min and you’ll be in plaza mayor with dining options. I didn’t like the breakfast. You can find something better somewhere else.

Hotel is within the walled city , which means very close to everything.. easy to reach everything walking.. The room is very small, and I don't even know if there was a way to adjust the AC.. They must have had the heat on the night I stayed, because it was a little cold outside yet. yet ended up being very, very warm in the room.. had to open the the window to sleep. parking was included with the price that were on my, which was nice.. biggest complaint was breakfast.. That was also included, in hindsight, I wish it was not.. would have much rather paid for a decent breakfast.. first time I have not liked Iberian ham .. That quality was horrible.. the quality of the home breakfast was horrible.. service was very slow.. as I said before, I think it is better they do not offer breakfast, or if they do charge people and let them get decent food..
