We greatly enjoyed our stay at the San Antonio. The property is beautiful and the food at the restaurant excellent. Plus, we had a car and the parking was easy, though they should just weave the parking fee into the hotel price. It always feels cheap to charge for parking afterwards. Great location. One thing to watch out for, the walls are surprisingly thin and you can hear your neighbors clearly. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

A beautiful rustic hotel an easy ten minutes walk from the main aqueduct and another 5/10 minutes to main square and 5 minutes further to the 'disney' Castle. Segovia is stunningly beautiful. A very pretty outside courtyard within the hotel to have a few drinks and take in the building which retains many original features of the monastery. Breakfast very good. Easy parking directly in hotel grounds but email ahead of your stay to ensure your parking spot is guaranteed, 12 euros, would 100% recommend staying at this hotel.

bon hôtel confortable situé au calme, à env. 10 minutes à pied du centre en longeant l'aqueduc qui est juste à côté. Chambre de taille normale et buffet pt déjeuner correct mais les viennoiseries m'ont semblé industrielles. stationnement payant 12 euro/ jour mais juste à l'extérieur de l'enceinte c'est gratuit et sécurisé a priori, Beaux espaces communs. Accueil normal sans plus.

San Antonio El Real ligt op wandelafstand van het centrum. Ongeveer 20 minuten maar dat is geen straf. Al snel loop je langs het aquaduct van Trajanus naar het levendige centrum. Parkeerplaatsen ( afgesloten met een slagboom) zijn naast het hotel gelegen. Kamers zijn prima.

Such an interesting hotel with a great deal of history. Lovely room for two with minibar and tea making facility. Bar open until 11pm. Room service until 10.30pm. Very clean and very helpful staff. We did not book until 9pm and all was accommodated and ready for our arrival. I do not have anything negative to say, just a 'thank you' Can highly recommend.

El personal amable y correcto en todo momento. La única insatisfacción fue con la opción para carga coche eléctrico. Habíamos elegido este hotel por esta opción y nos sorprendió que la tarifa era superior a los cargadores de calle. Hubiéramos entendido que no fuera gratuita, pero si esperábamos una tarifa más razonable.

호텔의 분위기도 고전적이고 깔끔하며, 직원들의 응대도 매우 훌륭한 곳입니다. 걸어서 수로교 및 세고비아 성당에 도착할수 있습니다. 다만 고전적인 건물을 개조한 숙소이기 때문에 침실에서 약간의 냄새가 있기는 하지만 크게 신경이 쓰일 정도는 아닙니다.

We stayed 2nights, same 3 paper cups, towels on first day were thick and new.. we took shower 2 times bec it was very hot day walking around, the replacement towels were thin and worn out edge. On the positive side is the air conditioning, not noisy, beds comfortable. Breakfast is okay... no vegetables. Good side too..quiet.

Lo único que no me gustó fue los vasos que utilizamos nunca lo recogieron ni lo cambiaron, la hielera no la retiraron de la habitación al otro día a pesar de que solo había agua ahí (hielo derretido) después todo estuvo muy bien

Historic converted 15th century convent situated a comfortable walking distance from the centre of Segovia old town. Easy to find from the motorway and paid parking was a bonus and right outside of the main building. Lovely welcome from the reception staff and the public areas are well presented and comfortable. We had a room in the cloistered area and as you would expect have been converted from the original building, this does make the rooms feel slightly small and quite dark as they only have a small window. The bathroom was well fitted and the shower excellent, hot and powerful. The downside with the rooms are the poor soundproofing, we could plainly hear our neighbours speaking and coughing during the night and presumably they could hear us! Also the bathroom had the same sound issues. Breakfast was decent, coffee from the machine was ok but we prefer fresh. We had a burger in the bar in the evening and it was very good, restaurant menu looked extensive. Overall a decent hotel with nice staff at what was a very competitive room rate, a good stopover probably would try elsewhere next time due to the lack of soundproofing.

Es un hotel 4 Estrellas pero el baño está sucio con manchas de hongos negros en las orillas. Quizá la administración me dirá que por qué no lo reporte al llegar. Mi respuesta es porque yo soy un huésped no un supervisor. Deben haber normas y procedimientos para que un hotel 4 * no las tenga en funcionamiento

Were it not for the sad, very dated decor, the heavy draperies impossible to move to allow light into the room, I might have found this hotel satisfactory. As it was, I couldn’t wait to check out.

L’Hôtel et son cloître ont un indéniable charme. A 2 minutes de l’Acqueduc et 10 du centre historique, il constitue un bon choix pour découvrir Segovia. La chambre était spacieuse et dotée de tout le confort nécessaire.

El hotel, aparentemente está muy bien. El problema es que no tiene nada de insonorización en las habitaciones. Hasta el punto que se oye a la gente de las habitaciones hablando. Tal fue el punto, que no podíamos dormir porque en la habitación de al lado una persona roncaba muchísimo, juro que se escuchaba como si estuviese dentro de la habitación. El personal, por su parte muy bien. Nos dio otra habitación libre a las 4 de la mañana para que pudiéramos dormir.

Lovely and well done conversion of a monastery with thick walls. Why then were we able to hear our neighbours having a conversation and snoring loudly at night? Would have been a 5 Stars if there had been a kettle for tea or coffee in room. Much closed and further from town centre for a cup of tea!

Lovely converted convent/monastery in an easily accessible area of Segovia but only a short walk into the centre. Quaint area in cloister for relaxing with a drink. Comfortable room and a good nights sleep. Walls are thin so other guests can be heard, the shower tray and screen was inadequate therefore each day the bathroom floor was saturated making it dangerous underfoot and unable to use the hair dryer .

Ok hotel med bra läge! Men Ac sätter dom inte på trots 25+ grader. Var 2 nätter och badade i svett på natten! Karta över staden finns inte heller! Inte acceptabelt för ett 4 stjärnigt hotel. Skulle inte rekommendera detta hotel till mina vänner! Skärpning!

Pasamos una noche en el Hotel de paso hacia otro sitio y fue un grato descubrimiento. El Hotel es muy bonito, el servicio muy atento y encima está justo pegado al inicio del acueducto, lo que hace que puedas seguirlo hasta el centro en un precioso paseo de apenas 10-15 minutos. Le pondríamos 5 estrellas si no fuera por una pega importante que nos sorprendió para un Hotel de 4 estrellas. Y fue que a las 3 de la madrugada nos despertamos por los ruidos de la habitación de al lado. Parecía como si la pared fuera de papel. Se les escuchó todo. Hablar, tener relaciones sexuales, ducharse, la TV... Acabamos durmiéndonos de nuevo al cabo de una hora. Pasamos una noche en el Hotel de paso hacia otro sitio y fue un grato descubrimiento. El Hotel es muy bonito, el servicio muy atento y encima está justo pegado al inicio del acueducto, lo que hace que puedas seguirlo hasta el centro en un precioso paseo de apenas 10-15 minutos. Le pondríamos 5 estrellas si no fuera por una pega importante que nos sorprendió para un Hotel de 4 estrellas. Y fue que a las 3 de la madrugada nos despertamos por los ruidos de la habitación de al lado. Parecía como si la pared fuera de papel. Se les escuchó todo. Hablar, tener relaciones sexuales, ducharse, la TV... Acabamos durmiéndonos de nuevo al cabo de una hora. Whilst the hotel looks nice (being an old monastery) the service and rooms were disappointing. Many staff members are rude, the pillows are very uncomfortable, and the walls are thin so I could hear the guest in the room next door snoring loudly and making other unpleasant noises all night. I selected this hotel due to the VIP benefits but had a very poor experience. Regarding the staff, on my first night, I had to spend an hour arguing with the rude receptionist regarding my VIP benefits despite availablility. The next day I was able to change rooms but it was very obvious that she was not happy about that. House cleaning started making a lot of noise early in the morning outside my room. When I asked if she could keep the noise down, she was also very rude. Limited options for dining and waitress in the restaurant was also rude, telling me off for sitting down at a table when the place was empty and there was no one at the entrance. I think some members of staff should attend "Customer Service training".

Receptionist was unfriendly and didn’t want to give us the VIP benefit. I insisted till she decided to check our reservation. I felt discriminated. Then she had to give us the parking. Then the conditioned air didn’t functioned. Next receptionist told us that we had to inform reception to switch between heating and conditioning air. First time that I heard something like this. At least she was friendly. Breakfast was ok but coffee machine was only one for too many people. I think hotel is good but need some adjustments.

Lovely hotel set within a historic building. Staff were excellent. So was the breakfast. Short walk to the centre of Segovia and a short bus ride from the AVE rail station. It also boasts a gourmet restaurant however due to other commitments we weren't able to take advantage of it.

The history of this beautiful property is honored and maintained while also being modern and comfortable. The bed and linens were so cozy and our room was historic with the most refreshing modern rain shower. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Dinner in the restaurant was delightful, and drinks in the lobby were a highlight of our evenings. I was very well taken care of as someone with celiac disease (no gluten). Historic converted 15th century convent situated a comfortable walking distance from the centre of Segovia old town. Easy to find from the motorway and paid parking was a bonus and right outside of the main building. Lovely welcome from the reception staff and the public areas are well presented and comfortable. We had a room in the cloistered area and as you would expect have been converted from the original building, this does make the rooms feel slightly small and quite dark as they only have a small window. The bathroom was well fitted and the shower excellent, hot and powerful. The downside with the rooms are the poor soundproofing, we could plainly hear our neighbours speaking and coughing during the night and presumably they could hear us! Also the bathroom had the same sound issues. Breakfast was decent, coffee from the machine was ok but we prefer fresh. We had a burger in the bar in the evening and it was very good, restaurant menu looked extensive. Overall a decent hotel with nice staff at what was a very competitive room rate, a good stopover probably would try elsewhere next time due to the lack of soundproofing.

San Antonio El Real ligt op wandelafstand van het centrum. Ongeveer 20 minuten maar dat is geen straf. Al snel loop je langs het aquaduct van Trajanus naar het levendige centrum. Parkeerplaatsen ( afgesloten met een slagboom) zijn naast het hotel gelegen. Kamers zijn prima.

Our reservation came with parking which was good, as I feel the parking fee was a bit high. The restaurant on site closes from 3 to 8:30 which was unfortunate for us. The one waiter at dinner was very curt, but the food was good.

This was amazing. To be staying in a 500 year old monastery was remarkable. The history was awesome. We were in an amazing suite with all the luxuries you could want. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. We would certainly recommend this hotel.

As a former monastery, this is a really cool place to stay. It is very close to the beginning of the aqueduct as well which takes you down to the central core. Easily walkable to all the interesting sites. The history and ambiance is something to experience. The menu in the restaurant was awesome with good service. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Happily stay again.
