The location is unbeatable — right at the foot of the stunning Roman aqueduct, making it the perfect starting point to explore Segovia on foot. The hotel was immaculately clean. The lobby had a room area with comfortable lounging couches and chairs. The lemon water and fun little marshmallow candies were a nice touch. Our rooms were relatively simple and comfortable and warm. Good showers and the room service for cleaning was the best I have ever had in a hotel experience.

“The property is very well located, just a short walk from the Aqueduct of Segovia, which is incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The breakfast is excellent, with a standout feature being the coffee machine—great for starting the day right! However, the bathroom’s cleanliness left much to be desired. The bathtub was greasy, as if it hadn’t been cleaned properly, and there was noticeable mold in the bathroom. This was a disappointing aspect of an otherwise pleasant stay.”

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great location. Right next to the acueducto. We got the room facing the acueducto and it helped as well. Bed very comfortable. Wished a simple coffee machine could be present in the room, but not a deal breaker. Would choose the place again, definitely.

You can not adjust room temperature. It is to hot and the front desk only option is a small fan. After a long day, you do not have any option to adjust your room temperature to what you consider comfortable. It do not manner if you have a great staff, if they are not allow to help you to have a comfortable room temperature, after a long day.

This is a very quirky property - many split floors. The room type we chose was with a view. It was on the 2nd floor, but the only view was of the umbrellas of the restaurant below - which also made opening the window impossible because of the smoking. We were eventually moved to a room without a view on the 4th floor - much better!

Location is great, close to main attractions. The one staff member who was left to handle check in at the busiest time did very well and maintained her composure and sense of humour. Air conditioning was out of order which made for a poor nights sleep.

We have stayed at your hotel several times before and your service has declined drastically. No room service at all, you are very short staffed, they wanted to be helpful but not enough employees to service your guests. We wanted our laundry done and was told to fill out the form and bring our items to the front desk, we did so.and told they would be returned in the afternoon next day. They remained at the front desk unwashed, when I went down to pick the cleaned , supposedly cleaned laundry I was told that I had requested for them not to be cleaned. Which was a lie, I filled out the laundry form delivered them to the front desk as instructed and they just sat there. Breakfast wasn’t what we had experienced in previous stays. You need to improve it. Room service non exsistant, too short staffed in all departments. We will no longer be staying at the EuroStarr Aqueducto. Terribly disappointed with what management has done to your hotel

A great choice of hotel for exploring Segovia. It’s right next to the Roman aqueduct, and you can walk up into the city to see the other attractions. If you arrive at Guiomar station then the local 11 bus drops you off across the road from the hotel. The staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. The room I had was spacious. I was happy with my choice. Very good local restaurant just along the road.

The hotel is in walking distance to all tourist destinations in Segovia. The bus stop is right opposite to the hotel (bus #11 goes to train station -15 min trip). Hotel staff is very friendly and room is very confortable. I’ll definitelly stay in it again when visiting Segovia.

Amazing location. I asked for a room with a view of the acqueduct and got exactly that,well done to the allocator. Facilities were more than adequate, and secure underground parking was a real bonus. Plenty of restaurants available locally. Excellent selection for breakfast.

Was never a 4 star hotel. No kettle or coffee in room. We asked for kettle however, they said there was a communal kettle downstairs for health and safety reasons. However, they are happy for you to fill paper cups downstairs with boiling water and walk them up through the lift into your room. How strange breakfast was just average we stayed in two other four-star hotels on our stay and they were far superior in every way.
