Meon Valley Hotel, Spa & Golf

a) La personne de l'accueil n'a même pas pris 5 mns pour m'expliquer ou était la chambre qui était un peu perdue (on aurait dit un supermarché) b) accés aux spas et autres est finalement payant en soirée et cela n'était pas précisé au moment de la réservation : le problème n'est pas que le prix c'est que ça n'est pas fuide (il faut réserver puis payer etc..) c) au niveau du restaurant c'était la catastrophe, il y vaiat 2 personne pour servir 60 ou 70 clients : elles faisaient ce qu'elles pouvaient mais leur management aurait du prévoir Sinon l'hotel est trés bien situé et dans une zone agéable.

Un hotel qui devait être de qualité mais qui a vieillit. Les alentours sont très beaux si vous aimez la campagne. Le restaurant de l'hotel n'est vraiment pas terrible.

Nice welcome and the room was good, a bit of a walk through lots of doors and stairs but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was alright although the quality wasn’t amazing. Th £5 charge for a poor gym and alright pool was frustrating…

Nice hotel. Lovely room. Shame about other guests shouting and using foul language outside our bedroom window before breakfast Which woke my 5 and 8 year old up. Then the police turned up. But the damage was done with the comments. My daughter was a bit upset that a light was broken in the pool and looked like it had become loose and fallen on the pool floor. I would use the hotel again for some golf. As never managed to use those facilities. Staff came across very pleasant and polite, helpful. Etc. mainly dealt with the front desk and the lady in the golf shop. Both very helpful. we didn’t eat dinner at the hotel as could not find a menu anywhere. Which we could not risk with two young kids, not knowing if they would like the food. We did ask but got told it was a buffet. A buffet of what we didn’t know.
