Friendly, helpful staff. Decent sized, clean rooms, and a pretty decent location - only a few minutes walk into the town centre. Parking is pretty limited, but I was able to find free street parking very close by. The receptionist actually offered to move her car if we were unable to find a spot, so really nice staff. And the final touch was the complimentary bottle of wine in the room….The one I have been promised multiple times by hotels.com, but which never actually appears. Hotel Lowengarten is the first place to actually deliver on that, so top marks.

Nach der Zimmer Reinigung war plötzlich die Fernbedienung vom. Fernseher verschwunden. Da es auf dem Zimmer kein Telefon gibt um mit der Rezeption zu telefonieren, muss man halt persönlich vorstellig werden. Sonderlich verwundert war die Rezeption bzgl Fernbedienung nicht, es gab schnell eine weitere Fernbedienung. Personal sehr sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Hotel an sich etwas weit vom Schuß.

Ein sehr sauberes Hotel im Herzen von Speyer. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber, gut temperiert und bieten einige Annehmlichkeiten (Nespressomaschine, Minibar, Föhn, Kosmetikprodukte etc.). Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich mit frischem Saft, Birchermüsli, Obst und einer leckeren Käseauswahl. Die Inneneinrichtung nebst Teppichen hat den Hauch vergangener Zeiten und ist Geschmacksache. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel.

We stayed for one week with the whole family of 5. We enjoyed it. The location is great, the staff are super friendly and attentive. Our only feedback is that the cleaning crew was not up to speed. I think Management is aware and addressing this already.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Löwengarten, it exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded to one of their apartment rooms and it was really nice. It has a huge spa bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette including a Nespresso machine. The room was waiting for us with a complimentary sparkling wine cooling in a bucket. Staff were super friendly.

Ein sehr sauberes Hotel im Herzen von Speyer. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber, gut temperiert und bieten einige Annehmlichkeiten (Nespressomaschine, Minibar, Föhn, Kosmetikprodukte etc.). Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich mit frischem Saft, Birchermüsli, Obst und einer leckeren Käseauswahl. Die Inneneinrichtung nebst Teppichen hat den Hauch vergangener Zeiten und ist Geschmacksache. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel.
