Perfect location in the heart of St. Moritz. Two minute walk to the Corviglia funicular, bus stop to Corvatch, Diavolezza or other ski areas across the street. Nice breakfast set up, didn't try their dinner menu. Bar allows smoking.

Fantastic location for a ski holiday! Right in the middle of town, shopping and great restaurants (incl in the hotel!)! Across the street from the funicular, so super easy access to the Corviglia mountain. Staff was super friendly, included breakfast was great! Accommodations were comfortable, clean, and a hot sauna after skiing every day was fantastic! Only complaint is that you can't adjust the thermostat in your room, it seems like its managed centrally, so had to sleep with the windows open because it was so hot, but it could be pretty loud outside and get diesel fumes.

For a 4* property in St. Mortiz, this hotel is excellent. The staff are so friendly and the service is excellent. The photographs of the gym do not do it justice. The gym is excellent and far more extensive than it appears. The rooms are basic, but comfortable. The location is superb in the centre of town. A most enjoyable stay.

Hôtel très bien placé en plein Coeur de St Moritz. 100m du funiculaire. La junior suite est très propre et offre de beau volume. Lit un peu ferme Ménage 2 fois par jour. Booked a classic double and it was a very nice room. Housekeeping does an amazing job - very pleased! There was turn down service in the evening. Check in was a little less than warm and welcoming, but the staff at reception were helpful. Breakfast was fabulous - great staff in the breakfast room!! The hotel is well managed. Mini bar is complimentary. Robes and slippers, amenities are great. Hotel is quiet - very nice. Only complaint were the very soft pillows - difficult to sleep with, hardly any stuffing. Overall though very pleased.

Personeel is super! zeer vriendelijk en gedienstig. We hadden een superior kamer, mooie grote badkamer, met apart bad en douche. Minibar was gratis: bier, sinaasappelsap, rivella, water en coca cola. Elke dag aangevuld. bedcomfort vonden we niet zo goed. Turndown service elke dag: super! spijtig dat er geen nespressomachine en waterkoker voor thee op de kamer aanwezig zijn, en ook geen strijkijzer.

Great place in the middle of St. Moritz and it's shopping district. Room was nice and spacious with comfortable bed. Rooms on lower levels have a lot of street noise, and since the room had no AC that we could find, we had to leave the windows open, therefore the noise.

The hotel is located up the hills from the train station , so we took a taxi (overpriced) to get ourselves and Our luggage to the property. We were Then told at the desk that there is a hotel shuttle that will come to pick you up . It would have been nice To know that ahead of our arrival. Our room is comfortable, but there is a choice of keeping the window open and heating constant tra fric noise or closing it and getting too warm . No AC in the rooms makes for an uncomfortable summer visit.

Absolutely fantastic stay - we wish we could have been there longer! It was a short one night stop where we arrived in the evening from Liechtenstein ready to take the Glacier Express the following early morning from St Moritz. The staff gave us a warm and helpful greeting, and quickly got our key for our room. The room was beautiful, we loved the free mini bar and beautiful decor. We ate in the restaurant where both the food and service were exemplary. Our only reason to return to St Moritz would be to stay at this wonderful hotel again - but for longer next time!

Buen lugar y buena ubicación céntrica y con buenos accesos. Lo recomiendo al 100%, fueron muy amables siempre !! Todo excelente, lo único que no había leído que te pueden recoger de la estación si se pide con 24 horas ,aunque caminando está a cinco minutos del tren ! Es un detalle que tengan servicio de recogido y te pueden llevar también . Gracias por todo a los empleados del hotel por hacernos la estadía agradable !!!

Great place in the middle of St. Moritz and it's shopping district. Room was nice and spacious with comfortable bed. Rooms on lower levels have a lot of street noise, and since the room had no AC that we could find, we had to leave the windows open, therefore the noise.

Todo excelente, lo único que no había leído que te pueden recoger de la estación si se pide con 24 horas ,aunque caminando está a cinco minutos del tren ! Location is excellent! 2 min walk to ski lift. Ski school and ski rent with equipment storage are next buildings to ski lift. Restaurants and shopping of any kind 1-2 min walk. Hotel parking: across the small street. Breakfast is wonderful and included. Staff is polite and professional. Ask to arrange your activities: restaurants, train tickets, ski instructor, ski lift pass and they will help all the way with minimal effort from you. Sauna, steam room and much more perfectly operational, well done and included. Rooms have everything needed with connecting doors for families if needed. Prices are very competitive. Minibar with free refills daily with water, soft drinks and beer. Awesome place! Would go again!

Love how close it’s to the ski lift base. The hotel also offers ski pass at discount which is really great. It’s also close to town and all the shopping and actions. The staff is super helpful from the pick up, throughout the stay and drop off. First class.

St. Moritz was lovely and everyone at the Crystal hotel was delightfully helpful. They will even transport you from the train - although we did not know this until we had already hoofed it up the hill with our bags. The breakfast was also a nice way to start our adventures each day.

O hotel é muito bem localizado e tem serviço de Transfer da estação de trem, o quarto é pequeno mas é exatamente como consta na foto, então para viajante solo ele é perfeito, a cama é muito confortável e a decoração é toda em madeira, o que deixa o quarto muito acolhedor. O hotel também tem serviço de open bed, que fazia muito tempo que eu não via. O café da manhã é muito bom. Gostei bastante.
