Fantastic large apartment. Great pool and across the road from the beach . 4 mins drive to sunshine plaza . 10mins to sea life .

Spacious, well equipped kitchen, water views, lush garden & nice pool/Spa/Bbq area. Walk to beach, helpful reception.

Very roomy apartment in great area, well located for restaurants and access to all areas of the Sunshine Coast. Great to have a lift and basement parking. Our apartment did have stairs to access the ground floor, reception and also the pool however.

The room and staff were great but the accessibility to the room left a lot to be desired we had a superior room with kitchen facilities but taking luggage and anything else up 48 steps from the garage was quite a strain for 4 -70 year olds , knew they didn't have a lift but would have reconsidered staying there if we knew how had it would be beforehand

Beautiful clean, modern and spacious. Everything at your finger tips. Plenty for the kids to do, tennis, ping pong, games room, swimming (heated) and spa. I’ll definitely be be taking another holiday there….and very budget friendly

This was a greay property. Parking was difficult at times as with a luggage pod on our car roof we were unable to fit in the undercover parking. Very spacious and close to everything.

Quiet location, easy access to collect keys as we arrived late. Excellent pool and bbq area.

We felt so welcomed and our unit was beautifully decorated, spacious & comfortable. Also for us so good to have secured under cover parking.

Would not stay here again. Mould spots on the bathroom ceiling, cockroaches and small black bugs in the apartment. Cupboard doors falling off in the kitchen.

This unit was spacious and in a good location. The pool area was nice and the games room was also a welcome addition. However it was very dirty. The shower had mould, there were dead cockroaches in 2 rooms upon arrival, the blankets in the cupboards were very dusty, the walls were dirty, the kitchen was dirty. The doors were difficult to open and close due to hitting the door jam, the blind in the kitchen did not open.

The apartment was clean, tidy and very well maintained with the kitchen being very well appointed. The Units are directly across the road from the beach and there are shops, cafes and restaurants close by.

Location was very good and secure parking was provided. Bed was comfortable and shower was very hot. However there was mould on the bathroom ceiling, no aircon for bedrooms - and the ceiling fans were in the rooms were very loud if you used them on a high setting. Also there was crease dripping from the cooktop exhaust fan.

Would recommend this place to stay. The apartment we had was fantastic, overlooking the pool. The gardens are beautiful. It is close to everything. Very clean, everything you need in the kitchen. Great size TV .Comfortable bed..

This property is in a great position opposite the beach and easy to walk from . It is in a very convenient position . It needs a little TLC in the accommodation , we cleaned the air con filters on arrival . Fixed the toilet seat so it didn't fall off . The couch hadn't,t been moved in so long . Grapes were under the cushions on the couch and we didn't have any grapes . The filter falls out of the dryer . the draws in the two single beds rooms are falling apart and the sliding doors on all cupboards and to the outdoor balcony need new runners Having said that it suited our stay with our three grandchildren . The building is old but the gardens are amazing. The kids loved the pool .

. My daughter ended up with scabies. Had to pay for doctor appointment, treatment and then a medical report. Complete waste of my time. There were live cockroaches were in the cupboards over the dining plates. Dead cockroach on carpet. Do not stay here is my advice!

Everything was to our satisfaction, although the bed could do with replacing as very saggy and we both ended up in middle, so not comfortable

The apartment was simple but had all you needed including 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, smart TV, air con, fans, washing machine & dryer. You have to provide all supplies (eg. Washing detergent, dishwasher powder, toilet paper after initial roll runs out). The apartment was over 2 floors, with a second set of stairs down to the garage. They kindly provided a baby gate to block the stairs as we had a curious toddler with us. A travel cot was also provided which was great. Check in & out process was easy, and good communication throughout as needed. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants and the beach.

The apartments are right across from the beach and have many nearby dining options which are within walking distance. One could walk to Nando's, Macca's, Cafe Venice for breakfast, Goodslice Pizza for lunch or dinner and to the Alex Surf Club for meals. There is also a general grocer around the corner. The deluxe 2 bedroom unit looked like it had been recently renovated with beautiful wooden floors. The bedrooms had block-out blinds, which were great for sleeping in. There was only one aircon in the lounge area. The washing machine and dryer were super handy. Unfortunately none of the two bathrooms and the separate toilet had an extractor fan, which left the bathroom fogged up. The bathrooms and bedrooms had very low ceilings and if you are any taller than 1.8m, then you may struggle. I had to be cautious of not hitting the ceiling with the hairdryer, every time I needed to dry my hair or not lift up my arms to get changed near a light or a fan. The lighting throughout the apartment was very poor/dim. A simple light fixture change with an LED light will be a quick fix. My skinny, 35 kg child complained that his bed was very uncomfortable as the mattress was sunken in. We stayed in Unit 17. The underground carpark was tight and stressful to navigate a support pillar, metal ducting and solid brick walls. Walking up to our unit which was on the second floor was ok, but walking down, I had to continuously lower my head to not hit my head on the low concrete ceiling.

Had an enjoyable stay at Kalua. After hours check in and out was easy. Two entrances to the beach just across the road and walking distance to either Alex or Maroochy lifeguard supervised beach sections. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, with a nice little view of the ocean. Was a quiet area. Would happily stay here again, affordable rates for a comfortable apartment right near the beach. Thankyou!!

The location is great, easy walk to Mooloolaba and into Maroochydore. The apartment was spacious and extremely well equipped.

We had 2 small children, the table & chairs were to high for them to get up & down from. Air con not in bedrooms so was very hot in them all night.

I hate to be picky but when we first entered the property the doors leading out to the pool were closed but unlocked and the cutlery, cups, pillows were dirty with stains on them. Also when I opted to pay at the property which I thought was when I ‘check in’ the payment had already been taken out of my account that morning and not onsite as I thought that was to happen. Also the online check in page they sent did not work either I didn’t get a code via email or sms and I called to give them my 24hour notice as the app requested no one answered the phone and no call back. It wasn’t till I emailed them that day they replied the day of check in. The reception staff were friendly.

This property was lovely and modern, plenty of space in the one bedroom apartment. 2 minute walk to the beach. Lots of dining options within very close distance also. Spoke to the manager a few times and she was always kind and accommodating.

Manager was amazing upgrading our room as we were staying for 2 weeks. Great place everything was neat tidy and safe. We will definitely stay here again

Fully self contained & spacious, close to beach, cafes, restaurants, interstate bus stop & convenience store.

The location is great, easy walk to Mooloolaba and into Maroochydore. The apartment was spacious and extremely well equipped.

The apartment was clean, tidy and very well maintained with the kitchen being very well appointed. The Units are directly across the road from the beach and there are shops, cafes and restaurants close by.

There is major building construction being conducted in close vicinity of apartments, therefore noise is a problem during the day. Location is close to major shopping centre and in good weather is walkable. Would recommend once construction completed.

Great location with plenty of places to eat at nearby and very close to the beach the grandkids especially loved the pool
