Good location. Spacious and well laid out. Could do with more crockery. Pool small but ok. Sofa bed slightly small. Reception (Craig) was v helpful.

List as a 3.5 Star accommodation. It's below 3 stars. Very worn-out apartment. No oven, vacuum cleaner. Communal washing machine and dryer. Steps up to unit were too narrow and flimsy handrail would not prevent a fall. Not very safe. Shower screen panel literally held on by sticky tape. Slow internet, and TV must be over 20 years old.

Perfect overnight apartment with off street parking. Very clean apartment with all needs catered for and friendly staff too. Will definitely be staying here again.

Bed was terrible. Noise from restuarant next door kept us awake. Stairs to apartment were hard to negotiate.

Room was excellent with a quality bed. Even without aircon in the bedroom it was comfortable. Mid summer it may not be as nice though.

Aircon is very smelly and rotten and room is smells like mould. No plug in bathtub.

Nice and clean room close to all major attractions (golf courses !!) Comfort was good.

Firstly, when we got into the room, a huge bad smell was thrown to us even though the ceiling fan was on. Secondly, we have three people and not enough bad; finally found a folder bed outside of the walk way, set up a bed by ourselves. Thirdly, the lights in the room are so dark, like living in a prison! The bad sewerage smell had last almost whole night and made us had to had our dinner outside. The facility looked like very old and they are seems at lease 10 or 15 years ago. During the night, it seemed a drunk woman spoke very loud outside. It made us even couldn't sleep. We had to leave the place in the early morning. After complained to the owner, but the owner doesn't care and refused to refund or even half refund. The owner also does not care about the bad comment and encourage me to provide any comments I like. I have been traveling a lot but I haven't seen such owner doesn't care about the business. If so, I encourage everyone whoever is looking for a nice accommodation, don't need to even think of this one, just drive pass by, otherwise, you will be regret hardly!

Be aware while smoking isn't allowed inside it is allowed on balcony so the rooms smell of cigarette smoke. It's outdated and shower has mould. Only sheets provided for very uncomfortable pull out sofa bed. Which is a thin mattress with springs that protrude into your back. I won't be returning.

Beautiful river view. The only thing we don’t like about this property is the bathroom.

Great position for a short stay but they seriously need to supply some decent pillows!! We wished we’d taken our own because sleep was impossible with those flat-as-pancakes pillows 😔

Well appointed apartment right next to the Maroochy River. This is the third time I've stayed here andwill do so again. The staff are soo welcoming.

A great little apartment, perfect for a few days stay. A great location on the riverfront, very friendly & helpful staff.
