・アクセス松山空港からとても近い。地下鉄まで歩いて数分で便利でした。・周辺コンビニやドラッグストアが近くにあるので水や軽食の調達が楽でした。雙城街夜市まで徒歩で行け、近くに公園もあり子どもも喜んでいました。・フロント、設備チェックアウトのときにだけ日本語可のスタッフの方がいました。屋上に出られ、朝は気持ちが良かったです。キッズスペースもあり少しの時間ですが子どもの気分転換になりました。・客室ゆとりがあり綺麗でした。シャワーを浴びている間にバスタブにお湯を張ってゆっくり入れるのがいいですね。アメニティがないとのことで事前の連絡などでも何度も案内がありましたが、歯ブラシとカミソリくらい気をつけていれば、あとは普段の旅行でも用意するものが多いので特に困りませんでした。子どもが疲れてしまうので、昼頃一度部屋に戻りまた夕方出かけるパターンにしていたのですが、夜戻ったら、あれ部屋が整ってる…？とびっくりしてしまいました。調べてみたらターンダウンのサービスなんですかね。泊まり慣れてなくて知りませんでした。

This definitely felt like a five-star experience. The upgraded deluxe room was more like a junior suite. The bathroom was awesome - shower wet room and tub with neck pillow. They have courtesy shoe shining, I put them out in the hall and they were literally done in 10 minutes. The staff was fantastic. Taipei is very hot this time of year and they had water at the front door that was flavored with fruit - grapefruit, lemon and lime. They also had filtered cold water stations at every floor by the elevators so you can refill water bottles. The rooftop terrace was okay; fitness room was nice. My wife is a Francophile and ate at the French restaurant and said it was as good as anything she's had in Paris - many places in Paris don't serve souffles anymore because it requires a special oven and their souffle was phenomenal. Overall a very nice property and a fantastic value - we paid $152/night.

Solid hotel, great service, super clean with amazing beds. Its decor is slightly dated but the facilities are maintained very well by a super professional team. The room are smaller but the bathroom and the rain shower is immaculate. It is a bit far from Taipei 101 and the heart of Taipei (10 minutes taxi ride). We did walk it one time which was beautiful. Tons of amazing cafes and bakeries around. 3 minute walk to the metro station.

We had the family suite and had a wonderful time. Everything was managed well, the rooms were very clean and refreshed daily. They even folded my sister's pajamas that were on the bed! The staff was delightful and helpful. We didn't go to any of the restaurants so I can't speak to that.

We were in a connecting room for 2 nights. Rooms were very worn out, dirty and dusty. We even found a stain of blood (looked quite fresh) on one of the bed sheet. Carpets had all kind of stains here and there. Air con vents were full of dust. This connecting rooms had no view at all. Small windows looking at some kind of dirty back alley and windows of other rooms. We have paid over TWD 11000 for a night. Though not a very high price but the rooms were very much below standard. Reception staff were neither friendly nor attentive. We did get late check-out for 1 hour. But it felt like it's a very big mercy from the hotel and it's something we needed to beg for. The only good thing from this hotel was the concierge. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would not recommend this hotel and will never stay there again.

This is a misrepresentation of a 5 Star property. Not in the part of town you will want to stay, the property is aged and badly needs and updated, the linens and towels are not the level you would expect, and the cleanliness was not appropriate. This is a 3 star hotel at best, I have reported to hotels.com

道路沿いで防音がいまいちなのでとにかくうるさい。車の音、通りで騒ぐ音、上下左右の部屋の音。建物自体は古く、少し古い匂いが最初気になるがすぐ慣れはした。スタッフは丁寧な応対だったが、チェックインに時間がかかりすぎかと思う。朝食時明らかに通路のような席に案内されてしまい、変えてもらわないといけなかった。

My room was old and outdated with questionable design choices and drab colours, made worse with yellowish lighting that made everything look sickly and depressing. The view outside overlooking a playground was nothing to shout about either. The property is sorely due for a refresh! Please at least make the corridors brighter, they are so dim they feel like walking through a dungeon to my doom. Not pleasant at all! The staff tries their best to take care of the guests despite the disappointing environment but there's only so much they can do. Either renovate, or shut down the building entirely.

Fantastic 5 star hotel that’s well located. We got a large family connecting room and enjoyed having 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room. Only the carpet needs replacement like other reviews have already stated. Would stay again.

Very mediocre. Size is good , a little bit dated. You can tell 15 years ago it was once a nicer hotel. Anyways since it was pride week most hotels was fully booked. The gym was ok on the roof, clean . Bed was not super comfortable. But room was def spacious enough.

Clean but small. The walls and doors are thin so you can hear activity outside. Amenities were few including lack of a coffee machine or Nespresso machine. Location is not central and there is lack of tourist friendly areas nearby. Also a bit of a ways from the MRT station. We thought the stay was OK for the price but probably won't stay again.

交通の面では、桃園空港からも1840ラインで行天宮で降りて、すぐでした。また、他のバス停は目の前にあるので、観光するのにも便利だと思います。歩いて行ける距離に夜市もあります。小さいですが、空いて良かったです。セブンイレブンも近くにあります。施設は、掃除も行き届いており、快適に過ごせました。日本のそれなりのホテルと遜色ないと思います。あと、近くの天外天という火鍋やおすすめです。生ビール飲み放題です。次回も利用したい宿です。

友人３人と滞在しましたが、サービス、立地とも、とても良かった。古い建物だけど広い部屋に（二つの部屋が扉で繋がっている）グレードアップしていただき最高でした！屋上の眺めも満喫、松山空港に降り立つ飛行機が大きく見えてびっくり！ドアマンがタクシー呼んでくれるので変なタクシーにも当たらずでした。地下鉄からも近いし、近くに美味しいお店も夜市もあるし、最高に楽しい旅ができました。コスパもめちゃ良い！！！日本語のできるスタッフもいらっしゃり、またこちらに泊まりたいです！ありがとうございました！

타이완에 와서 3박을 했는데 직원들이 너무 친절하고 매사에 관심을 가져주는 좋은 것이었습니다. 다만 타이베이 메인역과 조금 거리가 있어 야시장 방문을 하려면 택시를 이용해야하는 부분이 조금 불편 했으나 타이완의 택시비가 무척 저렴하여 큰 부담은 아니였습니다. 아울러 타이완은 외곽은 택시잡기 힘드니 우버 앱을 꼭 깔고 오셔야 합니다. 숙박시설은 좋았습니다

This is my 2nd stay a week apart from my 1st. I stayed at the suite & standard room. Coming with a lot of lugagge, the standard room seemed not big enough from the pics but actually it left enough space to walk with one bag spread open on the floor. The bathroom was narrow, not cramped but cannot fit 2 people, there is no double sinks in either the standard or suite. If you need room, the standard room is enough, because the suite doesn't give much more room besides the sofa area. The breakfast didn't have a lot of food options and everyday seemed the same. During 15 day stay only got to experience the a la carte menu on 3 days. At a hotel rated 5 stars I would've expected least an omelet station and expresso. They didn't provide to go breakfast option, would ran out of food by 9am & the food would be cold by that time. The only good thing about the bfast was the weekday manager who would greet me & be very attentative and remember u by name. Tian Shang Lo was horrible, don't go, not up to the Michelin. 45 mins for a dish and no taste. The front desk lady sometimes was not helpful, not the best attitude. The bell men were the most polite of all. They always opened the door & greeted when coming back & helped with the luggages into the car which other hotels don't do. The bellmen & bfast manager are the reason I'd stay again. Maybe 4 stars hotel, some areas to improve like front desk and bfast options. But great value and location, still recommend.

The room met my expectations but not so happy with breakfast. Guests were asked to choose main besides self service bar, and there was some confusion between kitchen and waiters/waitress… anyway my order finally arrived after about 20 minutes later. During the wait a couple of service people asked me if my coffee needed refill until I really made a direct complain about my order. Too bad I loved La Brasserie…
