This hotel is rated five stars; however, it certainly does not feel like a five-star hotel. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. Especially disappointing was the bakery inside the lobby. The staff were horrible, rude, and argued with customers. The hotel offers complimentary cake coupons, but when I tried to redeem mine, the staff looking for any excuse to add an unreasonable extra fee. I don’t know if this is a trick by the hotel—offering customers complimentary drinks, cakes, and coffee, only to add unreasonable charges when they redeem the offers to generate additional revenue. Just be aware and watch out for unexpected charges.

Good hotel and located in convenient location. I have stayed at this hotel several times because it's close to my parents' apartment. I liked to stay in this hotel, but I always feel that the staff are cautiously friendly. I sincerely hope to receive heart-warming welcome each time I check in.
