This hotel is a boutique gem in a brilliant location in Songshan. The service is superb, every request met with a smile, the breakfast excellent. But what is truly remarkable is their two hour ‘happy hour’ with a rich buffet of food and drink on the house. Just a great place to kick off every evening in an exciting part of an exciting city. Do note the entrance is along a narrow drive and most taxi drives don’t know it’s there and may not easily find their way. Hence aiming for the Mövenpick cafe is a handy landmark Will definitely return.

The property was beautiful and very conventiently located (just down the street from a major subway station and walking distance (WALKING DISTANCE!!!! Where else in the world can you walk to your hotel from an international airport? It took me about 18 minutes) from Songshan Airport. There were a few minor facilities issues like the shower head being slightly loose and drippy, but otherwise this place was great!

The food and drinks during daily happy hour were great, but the room interiors look rather dated, especially the bigger suites which have a lot of wooden furniture that look old. The gym is very small, only has 2 treadmills and 1 bike, but otherwise the stay was great, location is perfect, right next to train station.

This is the second time I stayed here. The property looks and feels much older than 4 years ago. Carpets were torn, AC smells moldy, and breakfast wasn’t as good as last time. I’ll be staying in newer properties next time.

Been staying here for past 20 years. Location is excellent and value for money. However, the hotel is now very tired & desperately needs upgrading & refurb. The breakfast food was below average but the happy hour food was good. I found the staff lacking in training & language skills this time. Overall, with the competition in Taipei now, this hotel needs to up their game!

酒店最好的是地點方便，員工有禮友善。可惜房間老舊，而且光線一般，設施亦有待更新進步。最不方便的是當你用床頭控制關燈時，所有電源均斷掉，手機於是便不能充電。另外房間清潔度一般，有一股味道。早餐食物選擇尚可，但香腸很難吃。有下午茶供應，但必需早點去，因為5：20pm便不再添加食物，連提子汁也不添加，真的不夠大方，影響入住感覺。

Nice place and wonderful staff BUT seriously hard to sleep! The hotel controls the room temperature even though each room has its own thermostat. They don’t let you put the aircon below 24C or 75.2F. Just miserable for us to sleep in that temperature. The windows also don’t open. Breakfast was just okay. Again, great staff and nice hotel BUT if you want to sleep in a room colder than what I said above find another hotel. Funny that the lobby and restaurant were nice and cool.

日本語が通じ、スタッフのホスピタリティが素敵です。滞在中、妻の誕生日当日、サプライズにびっくり！ Mさん、大変お世話になり、ありがとうございました！今回は利用しませんでしたが、台数限定のポケットWi-Fiが無料でレンタル可能とのこと。ハッピーアワーは、台湾ビール缶・赤白ワインそれぞれ2種が飲み放題、軽食とは思えないメニューの多さと味のクオリティで、4泊しましたが、朝食・軽食ともに一部のメニューが毎日変わり飽きることはありませんでした。朝食の卵料理は、具材が選べるオムレツか卵焼き(卵2個)が選べて出来立てがサーブされます。中華トッピングの種類が多くお粥が美味しく、パンは食べきれない種類が豊富。最寄駅出口から徒歩1分もかからず、途中にサンメリー・ファミマ・ダイソーあり。部屋のドライヤーはパナソニックのナノケア上位機種でした。徒歩5分くらいの小籠包美味しい安くて美味しい中華料理店を紹介していただき、今回4回目の台北訪問でしたが、最高の時間を過ごすことが出来ました。

ハッピーアワーがある等、サービスが素晴らしいのは勿論ですが、今回は非常対応に助けられました。子どもと初めての海外旅行だったのですが、帰国の前日に突然3度の発熱。帰国出来ない可能性がある為、病院を受診したいけれども既に土曜日の夕方。困り果てた所でフロントに連絡した所、ホテル近くに緊急医療で24時間受付している「大安病院」を教えて頂き、即時タクシー手配をして下さいました。直ぐに大安病院を受診し、英語対応可能な医師が常駐している為、血液検査・コロナ/インフルエンザ検査・点滴をして頂きました。病院スタッフも外国人対応に慣れており、スマホの翻訳アプリを使って対応してくれます（医師は口頭での英語or 中国語対応のみ）トラブル時の対応も周辺環境も素晴らしく、子連れ旅行には迷わずオススメできます。

Stuff is well trained, everyone speaks English. Breakfast and seating area is nice. Location is fantastic, quiet but easy to access to metro or bus. But the stuff working in the the front desk was not helpful or a bit cold. I arrived late with 2 heavy suitcases and had difficulty to open the heavy door by myself. Two stuff who stood in the frout desk was staer at me without coming to help until I was failed to open the door twice. Either the hotel change the door to auto version or trained the front desk stuff better.

My wife and I stayed at Les Suites for four nights in January 2025. This was our second visit to Taipei, and we stayed at Les Suites both times, as we liked the hotel so much the first time. Everything was again perfect; great rooms that have everything you need, great location, very good breakfast, and wonderful staff. It doesn’t matter too much where you stay in Taipei, once you are close to the MTR. Les Suites is 50m away from the Nanjing Fuxing station, where you can hop on the Metro. All-in-all, a great place to stay in Taipei!

The hotel location is amazing, right next to MRT which is super convenient for all our travelling needs. The staff were all wonderful. It would have been good if the hotel offered dinners but there are many restaurants nearby.

I arrived early and left the luggage at the concierge before I headed out to shop. When I went back , my luggage and a box of pre order items were already nicely placed in my room. Breakfast (&coffee) was good yet they start rather late 7am and wish it could be earlier.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Staff was amazingly helpful when my husband left his wallet in a taxi and I needed a medical clinic. Breakfast and happy hour food options top notch. Clean comfortable rooms with very nice amenities like nespresso machine, Dyson hair dryer, robes, slippers, work desk amenities like stapler, white out, ruler etc. I wish all hotels were like this.
