Overall 4.5; good Buffet breakfast in addition to clean and cozy room. Clean, fast and plentiful elevators! Good value for the money.

The breakfast menu is very versatile and fresh! Front desk staff are courteous and helpful. Room is clean and daily service is very good! Air conditioning is very comfortable. I have no complaints about this hotel! Excellent and convenience located with mass transportation, metro and bus

This hotel was a wonderful surprise! It looks old but the rooms are remodeled to modern appearance and with the latest standards (e.g. bidet toilets). It is also well ventilated that you don't smell the musty odor like some old buildings due to Taiwan's high humidity. I expected high quality of service from their experienced and helpful staff (as this is an long established hotel), as well as delicious & good variety of breakfast (since I dine in their restaurants before). Those did live up to my expectation also. Best of all, their room prices are reasonable. Overall, I had a great experience.
