Hôtel bien situé, nous y retournons régulièrement. Les chambres sont confortables ( bonne literie, frigidaire, Tv, corde à linge) et bien entretenues. Petit bémol cependant : la moquette des chambres n’est pas très hygiénique. Retrouvons avec plaisir les « anciens » du personnel. Les nouveaux sont moins aimables… mais avec le nombre de cars de touristes qui défilent, ils sont très accaparés et la salle de restaurant (devenue plutôt cantine) est très bruyante (et les ascenseurs très chargés) pour le petit déjeuner.

Over the past 40 years I have stayed at the Grand Beach Hotel on numerous occassions and have always returned because I have found it comfortable, convenient and the kosher catering has always been good. The hotel rooms appear to have recently undergone redecoration though the furnishings are unchanged and a bit worn. On this occassion, I found that there were a number of new younger staff members at reception who I found to be very impersonal and less friendly and did not seem to take interest in the guests. The one older gentleman in reception who I have come across on previous visits was friendly and good mannered as previously experienced. I am not sure whether it is because the hotel caters to many organised tour groups which only stay for a day or two, but I still feel that the reception staff should pay more attention to friendly good manners and be more attentive to guests, especially recognising those like myself who usually stay for a week or more at the hotel

From our room, there was an amazing view of the beach, easy access to main areas and the beach, buffet breakfast had many options. Wifi was generally OK and could be accessed from the rooftop pool area, that also had plenty of shade to avoid the hot sunshine.

En revanche, la salle de bain de la chambre n’est pas super bien équipée le séchoir ne fonctionner pas et la douche n’était pas super propre. The hotel was nothing like the pictures. I expected for it to not be the BEST but it was awful. very outdates, not clean and the staff was not friendly when I tried to upgrade my rooms for a better quality. We ended up leaving and finding another hotel because we were so disappointed.
