Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Upgrade gebucht. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, abgenutzt und ohne Safe. Nach der Reklamation haben wir ein weiteres Upgrade bekommen. Das Zimmer war dann Ok aber in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und nicht wie in anderen Hotels (Wurst, Speck, usw.) sondern viel Israelische Küche.In der Lobby gabs immer Kaffe und Eiswasser, was wir sehr gut fanden.

The best part about this hotel was Natalie, who works at the front desk. She made my stay worth it. I was upset upon arrival about the construction on Ben Yehuda St in front of the hotel. This was not listed in the booking. I was also upset about the "sea view" which was blocked by the high rises. Natalie helped make my stay better, as she let me have breakfast during my stay. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection. I also enjoyed the hotel gym, which has a wonderful view of the sea. Other then that, the rooms are small and very basic. The hotel needs to be updated as well. I wouldn't stay here again, but was very appreciative of Natalie's kindness!

Small, nice and clean hotel. The main problem - no parking. The parking lot nearby charged us 360 NIS. Really excessive price

The property lacks any unique features. The photos are misleading; for instance, the gym appears well-equipped in the pictures, but in reality, it only has two cardio machines and three dumbbells at most. Additionally, the sauna is often out of service, making it unavailable when needed. To make matters worse, construction on the only access road to the hotel creates significant inconvenience, especially when arriving with luggage, as there is no assistance provided and no car access.

Breakfast was impressive! Great complimentary coffee in reception. Gym cardio stuff was good but could do with some free weights or a cable machine

Point négatif : la rue Ben Yehuda est en travaux et les ouvriers travaillent TOUTE la nuit. bruit de camions et de chantier incessant. Si vous souhaitez dormir, ne prenez pas votre chambre côté rue. Nuit blanche assurée ! L'hôtel devrait le signaler , vu le prix par nuit, ce n'est pas honnête de leur part. Nous avons alors changé de chambre. Nous étions dans une chambre spacieuse pouvant accueillir 4 personnes, La MANAGER nous propose une chambre plus petite côté cours ne pouvant pas accueillir 4 personnes ou bien d'ajouter une somme pour plus grand. ( pas très honnête aussi). Une somme qui a été doublé 1h après , on ne sait pas pourquoi. Pas honnête du tout. L'impression de m'être fait volé tout ça parceque j'ai accepté de payer une différence. On lui temps la main, elle nous arrache le bras . On vous indique un prix de parking en face qui n'est pas le bon, qui est lui aussi doublé lorsqu'on récupère la voiture. La MANAGER nie en bloc avoir donné ces informations et ne veut pas être tenue responsable, et cela, alors que l'hotel possède 15 places de parking tout le temps libres. Il a fallu que j'insiste fortement pour garer ma voiture de location dans leur parking alors qu'un geste de leur part aurait été plus correcte et réglo mais ils ne connaissent pas ce sens de l'hospitalité. A part ça, l'hotel est propre, le petit déjeuner raffiné et le garde de l'hôtel très gentil et accueillant.

Su ubicacion, zona de trabajo en el lobby y el cafe de cortesia, ademas de la terraza, gym y sauna estan bien. El baño muy pequeño.

Location is great, just a very short walk to the beach, and good restaurants The room I felt was a good size, I found the bed itself quite uncomfortable and hard, and it was on wheels and would move if I sat upright. The bathroom very helpfully provided hair conditioner, but the shower is open and level with the floor so the whole bathroom gets very wet when you shower. The hotel itself is great, I like the design, the staff were very friendly, they also offer online checkin to make the whole processes quicker, and they helpfully looked after our luggage at check out so we could do more sightseeing. The best thing was the nespresso machines, they offer free coffee and have a lovely seating area in the lobby, which we loved. There is a gym, sauna and two balconies with views of Tel Aviv. Overall I would recommend, if it wasn’t for the bed I would have given 5 stars.

Trop bruyant - inondation dans sdb du 11 eme etage. Apres nettoyage, odeur persistance de moisi. Aucune compensation, je ne recommande pas du tout cet hotel. Au 11 eme, infiltration d'eau visible dans mur terrasse, murs gonflés eau aussi....

Das Gute vorweg. Die Lage ist super! Man ist in 3 Minuten am Strand aber auch in der Dizengoff Straße, wo es viele Restaurants und Bars gibt. Zum Bahnhof Hahagana (Zug zum Flughafen) kommt man bequem mit Bus Nr. 4 in ca. 20 Minuten. Wir hatten eigentlich ein Terrassenzimmer im 3.OG. Aufgrund der Lautstärke und des Zustandes vom Zimmer wechselten wir in das 11. OG. Der erste Eindruck, wenn man die Lobby und Zimmer sieht ist gut, bis man die vielen Schäden (Schimmel, Baumängel, Rost) und die mangelhafte Reinigung sieht und erlebt. Insbesonders das Housekeeping ist unterirdisch. Die Reinigungskraft saß auf unserem Bett und hat telefoniert und so sehen die Zimmer auch aus. Toilettenpapier wurde z. B. nicht aufgefüllt, Handtücher in den 9 Tagen unseres Aufenthalts nicht getauscht. Der kleine Kühlschrank im Zimmer konnte nicht genutzt werden, da dieser gefroren ist und sich Die Temperatur nicht einstellen lässt. Das hochgelobte Frühstück anderer Bewertungen können wir nicht teilen. Die Qualität ist gut aber die Auswahl gerade bei einem längeren Aufenthalt recht einfältig und fad. Es gibt 1-2 Bedienungen die sich Mühe geben, der größere Teil ist aber eher schlecht gelaunt und ein "good morning" sollte man nicht erwarten. Fazit: Wir finden den Preis (knapp 200 Euro pro Nacht inkl. Frühstück) nicht angebracht und werden uns beim nächsten Mal für ein anderes Hotel entschieden. Das Management sollte sowohl beim Personal als auch beim Thema Instandhaltung dringend aktiv werden!!

Hôtel propre et confortable, bon petit déjeuner, personnel gentil et serviable. Bien situé, mais dans une zone avec beaucoup de travaux et compliquée pour l'accès aux taxis et aux piétons. La fenêtre de la chambre était cassée et ne fermait pas, il a fallu la condamner. Et le service n'a pas été fait lors de notre séjour.

The room was not as advertised in the pictures, and was SUPER small compared to my friends "same style" room. I was not happy with the room being unclean on the floors and bathroom... But the size of the room and the having 2 beds pushed together instead of separate was NOT what I asked for. The staff are great and friendly, but the rooms and facility in general is lacking. For the price, I would have gone to many other options.

Great value hotel just a block from the beach. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Clean room. Top notch breakfast. Highly recommend.

At no fault to the hotel, there is construction right outside. Rooms are clean, beds are just okay. A king size bed is 2 twins with king size sheets...a bit misleading. Room was FREEZING COLD.

This hotel needs an urgent makeup. The first room they have given me I coulden't believe they sell those room for those prices. Afetr I complained they gave me a slightly better room.

Séjour agréable au BY14 TLV. Très bon accueil lors du check in. La vue de mer depuis le 7ème étage est très occultée par les immeubles hauts du front de mer... Notre chambre pas trop grande mais finalement suffisante. Le matelas en revanche mérite d'être remplacé. Salle d'eau minuscule, et davantage encore en comparaison de celle de la chambre voisine... Petit-déjeuner agréable, mais la clim dans la salle de restaurant est vraiment trop fraîche. Nous avons failli emprunter un vélo gracieusement mis à disposition par l'hôtel, mais y avons renoncé après l'essai... J'énumère ici quelques points négatifs, mais au global nous avons apprécié notre séjour. L'hôtel est très proche du front de mer, nous apprécions sa localisation, 3ème séjour en 6 ans. De plus, lors de la Gay Pride, un buffet fierté LGBT était organisé dans le lobby, jus de fruits, vins offerts ainsi que des biscuits et friandises. Sympa :) Noys reviendrons !

Great location very clore to Tel Aviv beach. many places to eat close by. The bed is very good, the room is clean, breakfast is OK, but some renovations are needed, specially n the room I stayed in.

Location is great, just a very short walk to the beach, and good restaurants The room I felt was a good size, I found the bed itself quite uncomfortable and hard, and it was on wheels and would move if I sat upright. The bathroom very helpfully provided hair conditioner, but the shower is open and level with the floor so the whole bathroom gets very wet when you shower. The hotel itself is great, I like the design, the staff were very friendly, they also offer online checkin to make the whole processes quicker, and they helpfully looked after our luggage at check out so we could do more sightseeing. This property was super unorganized and inconsiderate. They did not make up for their lack of service. Additionally the beds were incredibly uncomfortable and the lighting in the rooms were awful. I checked out the same day I checked in and booked another hotel.

Check in was fast, friendly and really appreciated they allowed for late check out!

El hotel es agradable y esta muy bien ubicado. Tuvimos un problema en la habitacion con la luz y el aire. 2 de las 4 noches que estuvimos, creo que fallo el sensor de la habitacion y todo se apagaba (Luces y Aire acondicionado) cada 30 minutos haciendo que dormir fuera molesto. La persona de la recepcion nos prometio un reembolso de esas noches al hablr con su gerente, pero nunca nos hicieron el reintegro.

FANTASTIC receptionists. Nothing was too much, got a lovely breakfast to go on our early tour, helped accommodate us with showers etc. despite being checked out. Great clean & modern rooms. Only downside was the constitution outside the hotel and too firm beds (which is a standard in Tel aviv)

The service was excellent.I was transferred to another hotel because they were closing and the manager carried my luggage to the new place. In addition, they let me stay at the new hotel until midnight.

Good location near the beach and lots of restaurants options. Hotel decor and condition were excellent all staffs were friendly and helpful. Only drawback was the street in front of the hotel under construction noisy in the early morning hours and challenging to walk on the sidewalks. But I think this is only temporary.

The hotel is located ideally. Bus connectivity is great and it will improve with the start of the tram which is being constructed.

Great Boutique hotel near beach and market. Good hotel for Canadian standards. Pay the small extra for breakfast it is so worth it large prepared breakfast and drink

Der Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt! Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Man ist in unter 10 min am Strand und trotzdem sehr zentral. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück fantastisch. Wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen.
