Only stayed one night, but reception desk was very helpful, and the breakfast was good. I especially appreciated the REAL coffee, not one of those machines that makes lots of coffee options, but it's just bad coffee. The room I reserved was with 2 twin beds, but it would have been tight for 2 people and their suitcases. The bathroom was very small with NO room to put things. There are stairs to get to the elevators, so that's inconvenient with luggage or for those with some limited mobility.

There were renovations going on by my room and the noise started at 08:00. Otherwise a decent breakfast and a comfortable bed in the heart of downtown. The staff were wonderful.

Veldig varmt rom, personalet kunne ikke gjøre noe med det. Takket ja til tilbud om en vifte, men den fikk jeg aldri. Middels bra frokost, men fasilitetene er underdimensjonert. Maten står inne i et kjøleskap, med kø og mye kløning og søl som resultat. Stadig tomt for tallerkner, glass og bestikk. Bitteliten heis med knapt plass til én person med bagasje og derav mye ventetid.

Ottimo hotel a quattro stelle in pieno centro a Salonicco. bollitore per tè e caffè in camera. Ascensori non sufficienti specie al momento della colazione, ma immagino che gli spazi a disposizione fossero quelli. Molto intelligente l'orario della colazione fino alle 11.00.

Otel merkezi ve yeri çok iyi, kahvaltı gayet güzel. Oda klimasında ısıtma olamadı, fakat portatif ısıtıcı verdiler. Ayrıca Otel yanındaki renevasyon nedeniyle 9-15 saatleri arasında biraz gürültü vardır, fazla rahatsız olmadık. Genel olarak iyi bir otel.

Three nights. First two nights awoken at 7:30 by construction happening on 8th floor, and even though we were on third floor the noise was as if we were in a construction side (noise, shouting by workers etc). They did move us to first floor on third nignt. Service is always top here. Never complaints for staff. Amazing people.

The room gave us on the first floor (105) had a very bad odor like smoke. Eventhough they said all the rooms were non-smoking, we couldn't stand it. The next day they changed the room to 4th floor and it wad OK. Hotel looks new from outside but rooms definitely needs some upgrade. Friendly stuff, perfect location.

Great location in city center close to the water front. Breakfast uninteresting and we always had to wait for clean glasses/bowls. Biggest issue was light coming through the air vents and the airconditioner set to blow directly on the bed - which caused a bit of discomfort as it was necessary to keep going during the night for keeping the room cool.

The location is perfect. Shops, cafes restaurants etc within meters. The hotel breakfast is yummy and more than enough. Staff very polite and accommodating. We were 3 adults and the room was super small. The bathroom was built for dwarfs. No room for luggage. The air conditioning works well and there is a balcony. The staff asked if we wanted to change room which was nice.

Breakfast had the basics as a buffet. Location was good as it walking distance to restaurants. There was some work going on outside my window which woke me up. I stayed only one night as had a fight the next day.

Good location but upgrade was "I have no knowledge of that" quickly followed by "Unfortunately we are full" but pushed using the spa. Front desk didn't have any info about bus to Meteor but manager who did would call me (didn't happen but excuse would be that I wasn't in). Travelling solo so left papers on table at breakfast to save table but staff threw them out and made no effort to look for them or to apologise. Put the Do not Disturb Sign on my door but person came into my room anyways and sign disappeared.
