Its right at Shinjuku JR station. Just exit from the South Gate and walk down the large pavement from eggslut to starbucks and shake shack. The hotel provides trolleys for our luggages. There is no bottled water, but you can have a free flow from the water dispenser at every level near the elevator. There is also an ice dispenser. The airport limousine bus comes directly to the hotel. Its so convenient. There is Takashimaya and Tokyu Hands just opposite the hotel, no need to cross any road..just a wide pavement/bridge, which u can access from level 2 of the hotel. Its very suitable for those with mobility issues.

The room and reception staff were great, however the hotel lacked amenities for being a 4 star. The bar was almost nonexistent, the restaurant team was surprised to even see us asking for it!

This is a very well located hotel. Rooms are fine, but bathroom can do with upgrade a bit. The scenic view hotel looks towards Tokyo night - very nice. No big amenities, no gym (but there's one close by for a daily fee).

Convenient location. Close to the station. Lots of shops and restaurants. Clean, spacious rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast. The only thing I didn’t like is the fact that you have to take 2 elevators. Lobby is on the 20th floor.

Very nice hotel. The location was close to the train station, the room was a nice size with plenty of amenities, and the view was incredible (from the room and restaurant). The lobby is located on the 20th floor and includes a 7-11 and Shake Shack in the tower. The breakfast buffet was fine.

We loved the fantastic breakfast buffet and the views from the restaurant. The room was nice and quiet and had plenty of room for the 3 beds. The view from the room was also exceptional. The only criticism we had was that the room was too warm. We would turn on the air conditioning but it would regularly change to a warmer setting. The fan they gave us helped significantly.

TL;DR: you're paying for the view ROOM (2.5/5): ~Room size was great, but layout was strange so had to find best spots for our suitcases ~Everything was very dated in the room, like the carpet, bathroom/shower, fixtures, lighting, couches, paint ~The view was stellar, which is really what you're paying for ~Mini fridge, safe, closet, drawers, kettle, and toiletries were available ~No mirroring capability for the TV ~No water is provided in the room which was unfortunate, but they have a filtered water station near the elevators ~Bed was on the firmer side ~AC in our room did not get as cold as I would have liked, but personal preference SERVICE/STAFF (4/5): ~Check-in and Check-out was easy ~Staff was very friendly and allowed me to keep my bags there for an hour after check-out as we waited for our shuttle ~Room service comes every day HOTEL (2.9/5) ~Location is wonderful - quick walk to Shinjuku station (even have a walkway connecting the hotel area to the bus station terminal) ~One annoying thing is that you need to take 2 sets of elevators to get to your room ~First elevator is from the street and you take it to the 20th floor where the hotel lobby is. The rooms were very spacious (especially for Tokyo) with plenty of space for personal belongings and luggage. The bathroom was small but standard for Japan. Furniture is a little dated but the room is very clean and housekeeping has to clean the room at least every 3 days even if you put a do not disturb sign but they do warn you. We were up on the 31st floor so could barely hear the street noise however the extract air in the bathroom was very noisy even with the bathroom door shut. Throughout the night it didn't stop and the wall controller in the bathroom didn't do anything. You get used to it but that's the only downside. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. Right next to Shinjuku station with plenty of restaurants nearby. Yoyogi station is 4 minute walk so very convenient either way. Would stay here again on future Tokyo visits but we will book the Panoramic room!

The staff was excellent. I thought I hurt my back after we arrived. The next morning I asked a lady at the front desk if she could help me find a clinic to have it looked at. She was so fast. Pulled out a binder and called for me. They weren't open but an hour later she had an appt for me within 30 minutes. I found out later it was a kidney stone. I would not have known where to go without their help. Greatly appreciate the staff. Would come back again!!!

Sure, you can find hotels with more modern bathrooms and so on, but the amenities, views and the extremely polite and helpful staff at this hotel is world class. I wish more high end hotels around the world were like this one.

First hotel when I have landed in Tokyo. My request has been fulfilled, they have keep my parcel in good condition and answered all my enquiries promptly. The hotel staff are friendly, the environment is clean and an accessible hotel with just minutes walk away from shinjuku station, I will recommend to my family and friends coming to Tokyo to stay with them

The hotel is in a great location—next to the Shinjuku Station entrance, with excellent transportation connections within and out of Tokyo. The room has a fantastic view of the city. It is clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities needed. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Ide San at the reception was extremely professional when I asked to have my luggage sent to a different city. He went out of his way to explain all the details and contact the other hotel to be sure that everything was taken care of. Highly recommended stay for family.

Very convenient and friendly hotel. The entire staff speaks English and are more than willing to answer questions, bring extra amenities to your room etc. The hotel itself is very close to Shinjuku station and lots of shopping and restaurants. Huge plus for having a conbini downstairs, we went there every night for snacks! This was our second stay at the hotel and I’m sure it will be our first choice on our next trip to Tokyo also.

The location is fantastic. However, I did have an issue contacting the hotel over phone. In short, if you don't speak Japanese, whoever answered the call just hangs up. I had called many times over different days.

The location is fantastic. However, I did have an issue contacting the hotel over phone. In short, if you don't speak Japanese, whoever answered the call just hangs up. I had called many times over different days.

we were in Tokyo for two weekends and traveling in between. We ended up coming back to this hotel on the backend weekend because we loved it so much. Staff was wonderful. Check-in was a breeze. The room is spacious. Don’t hesitate to book. Great location.

Its right at Shinjuku JR station. Just exit from the South Gate and walk down the large pavement from eggslut to starbucks and shake shack. The hotel provides trolleys for our luggages. There is no bottled water, but you can have a free flow from the water dispenser at every level near the elevator. There is also an ice dispenser. The airport limousine bus comes directly to the hotel. Its so convenient. There is Takashimaya and Tokyu Hands just opposite the hotel, no need to cross any road..just a wide pavement/bridge, which u can access from level 2 of the hotel. Its very suitable for those with mobility issues.

The hotel is in a good location and the main lobby area and reception are nice. The breakfast cost was rather high compared to other hotel breakfasts that we had in Japan, so we chose not to have it. There was a good breakfast option nearby outside of the hotel that we enjoyed. The room was smaller than we thought it would be. It was the smallest room that we stayed in during during our Japan trip. We were only there for two nights so it was functionally fine.

You know when you read a review and they say it’s the best hotel they’ve stayed in and they’ll be sure to be back? I’m usually a bit sceptical but this time I have to agree. First class ambience from the 20th floor lobby upwards, and unmatched location atop a new office tower right next to Shinjuku station, Tokyo’s transport hub. Malls including major department stores; lots of dining options nearby, 7-11 on the ground floor of the tower and plenty of touristy areas within walking distance. The knockout feature though is the view. The Panoramic rooms are huge by city standards, and the wrap-around vista of Tokyo has to be seen to be believed. Day or night. I’m going to have to come back to Tokyo just for the experience of going to bed with the metropolis at your feet!

Extremely well located. There is no gym on site and although there is access to an offsite gym, it is 3500 yen. For us, the room was damp for our whole stay. The room is due for some updating. The views are great. The bed is firm. The tv isn’t a smart tv. Room was quiet. Service was great.
