Surrounded but nature and very restful. Nothing around the resort, however they offer in-house activities for both children and adults. Food selection was good and they happily accommodated some alternations of menus.

Very cozy and ecologically friendly place for stay. A great beach front which unfortunately is not walkable at this time of the year due to rough sea, beautiful lagoon walk made the whole stay amazing.

Checking was disaster. They never informed I need to carry passport and visa in email. So I have to search and gets docs. Also very less beach area with rough sea, so not good. I felt like a forest space than star hotel. Rooms are under like a cave. Charges are very very high for all dining. Pool is not st all deep for adults and only one pool for guests. I was in resorts in Puetoricco and Aruba (Hilton Gardens). Compared to those this is at a low standard. Also you need to cross public road to get access to other beach side area which makes it uncomfortable. Didnt like it. Wont go again.

This is not a 5 star property. It is 4 stars maximum and some aspects I would rate as 3 stars. The pool is badly in need of retiling. The tiles would come off under fingers and toes and they are very sharp. I’ve only stayed at one other Taj property and it was amazing. This one is terribly overpriced for what it is. The staff are doing their best and were very attentive but given I stayed at 2 Hyatts in recent weeks, this place really comes up short and I felt terribly ripped off.

I stayed here for a night and WiFi sucked. After charging more than 20,000rs it sucks that WiFi is old fashioned. Staff didn’t take care much! I won’t stay here again.

Wonderful staff who provide every assistance whatever the query or issue may be. The property has a unique aspect and a private beach which makes for a peaceful experience of the Indian Ocean. The food is wonderful. Never feels crowded. The complimentary morning yoga was a treat.

We have been to this resort several times and always have a wonderful stay. Breakfast is amazing - looking out over the pool to the sea never gets old - and the service and items available at breakfast are fantastic. Reception is good and helpful, the gym is good (if a little too warm) and all staff are very friendly. The only minor gripe is that we always stay in the deluxe suites 402 this time, but the other ones on other ocassions (which are all very comfortable) but none of the fridges in these rooms are cold enough. Our friends stayed in one of the other rooms and their fridge worked properly.

However the hosts at the restaurants are extremly pushy and annoying sometimes. The key is to stay alert and available if needed not hovering over the guests the whole time. There is a difference. Their restaurant "bait" needs major renovation and wasn't inviting due to old and broken furniture. There are not enough dining options in the area so youre forced to eat at the property. The fact that i was told that the oven only starts at 7pm and grilled food is unavailable was disappointing. I guess i expected more from Taj.

We found the Jasmine Bay restaurant to offer high quality food and exceptional service. Assistant restaurant manager Abhishek was a pleasure to meet and took great care of us as did the cook. The rooms itself are small and dated and charge is high (750$ a night) for quality as compared to equivalent resorts elsewhere which are new and have better comforts for lower prices. The landscaping is excellent and property is safe and the high yea and sunset views are phenomenal.

This property has my heart. A tropical paradise made perfect with monsoon weather. The staff is excellent. The front desk staff Jasmine walked us through the property amenities and necessary details. The staff at the breakfast area, valet are all very pleasant and welcoming. Overall, I loved the stay and will visit again with family.

Very calming as relaxing experience. Staff is very friendly. Especially Abhishek and Sujith took good care of us. The general manager also was checking in on us daily at the high-tea. The views are quite serene and the whole place has a very peaceful & relaxing vibe. Waah Taj!

チェックイン中に蚊に刺され手を掻いていたら、すぐに痒み止めの薬を持ってきてくれたり。チェックアウトの時も家族写真を撮ってくれたりと気遣いが素晴らしい。ホテル内でスタッフの方とすれ違う度に微笑みと挨拶をしてくれてとても気持ちの良いホテルでした。
