Peppery was under renovation, which was not known at the time of booking. Temporary reception & dinning set up. Access to rooms was from the outside via the basement. No elevators & steep circular stairs. Pavement outside was extremely uneven & as it was raining, lots of deep puddles & mud. Room was basic and set up like a dormitory style. The hotel is ranked 4 star and did not meet expectations at all.

Rummet 2 trappor upp var det inget fel på, städning ok. Fanns det man behöver. Tyvärr var det ju renovering (vilket vi visste) så inga hissar. Personalen i reception mycket hjälpsam så vi återkomner gärna när renoveringen är klar och ni bjuder på bättre väder .

This hotel did not match the price they are charging. The rooms are outdated and the bathroom was like something out of a bad movie.. tiles were old and dirty and and the toilet had stains. On top of this the room had a smell of sewerage. The bed was comfortable though. For the money you can do better.

Nice and clean hotel & abundant breakfast. The bathroom was very sterile and cold and the big tv did not really work (pixels were messy and sound cutting). Truck traffic outside of the main entrance woke me up early in the morning.

I really loved this hotel nice location outside town on an island and I could really see the sea from my own room :) bed was comfortable and aircon was effective :) hotel staff were so friendly and I really felt myself welcome there….that is highly appreciated in my standards :) breakfast was Very good :) and i would love to visit Vaasa again soon and i would recommend this hotel to everybody i will book this hotel again Next time :)

Nice and clean hotel & abundant breakfast. The bathroom was very sterile and cold and the big tv did not really work (pixels were messy and sound cutting). Truck traffic outside of the main entrance woke me up early in the morning.

Peppery was under renovation, which was not known at the time of booking. Temporary reception & dinning set up. Access to rooms was from the outside via the basement. No elevators & steep circular stairs. Pavement outside was extremely uneven & as it was raining, lots of deep puddles & mud. Room was basic and set up like a dormitory style. The hotel is ranked 4 star and did not meet expectations at all.

Fantastisk lång kö till baren på kvällen, för lite personal var upplevelsen. Sköna sängar hårda kuddar. Varmt ute men svalt och skönt på rummet. Ändå nöjd med vistelsen som var två nätter.

Room with a sauna all to myself was amazing. This property is undergoing some renovations and the staff clearly are pulling the weight of this hotel to make it quality. They are friendly, helpful and so accommodating. Location is waterfront, serene and quiet -particularly compared to hotels located within city center/square. Breakfast was very good. I highly recommend the orange marmalade!
