Tanto el trato del personal, como las habitaciones, el colchón, la insonorización,las almohadas, el desayuno...Quizas lo que menos me gustó fue la zona del retrete de la habitación..un poco pequeño.. pero lo demás muy bueno... Gute, zentrale Lage nahe des Park. Zimmer ausreichend groß, Bett sehr bequem und super groß. Fenster gut isoliert, man hat von der Straße nichts gehört. Wir fanden es super, dass es eine große Bettdecke für zwei gab, das ist aber bekanntlich Geschmackssache. Frühstück sehr lecker und ausreichend. Wir würden dort definitiv wieder buchen. Lediglich Parken ist ein wenig schwierig. Wir kamen sehr spät nachts nach 16 Stunden Fahrt dort an und einer der Gründe für dieses Hotel war, dass es dort private Parkplätze gibt. Leider sind dies wohl nur sehr wenige und so mussten wir dann doch gut 15 Minuten einen öffentlichen Parkplatz suchen und nochmal ein ganzes Stück zu Fuß gehen.

Room was very clean and the property was quiet, we haven't heard any other guests form next rooms. Staff was very friendly, it's very convenient that you can rent a bike from the hotel. Breakfast was tasty but they can offer wider choice of hams and cheese.

This is a 3-star hotel. The bed was comfortable, but unfortunately, our shower did not work for 24 hours, and there was also a leak from the bathroom. The area on the left side of the street didn’t feel very safe or clean. Staff were not very friendly—when I asked about compensation for not having a shower for 24 hours, the response was dismissive (‘so what do you want me to do?’). Overall, the front desk and staff came across a bit rough around the edges. We ended up checking out a day early and returning to Barcelona. Breakfast was fine.

Hele mooie uitstraling met zeer vriendelijk personeel met goede hygiëne. Mooie kamer met een goed bed, rolluik en lekker uitgebreid ontbijt. Enkel de douche varieerde soms in temperatuur en we hadden pech met een lekke band van de fiets maar hiervoor kregen we 1 dag gratis huur dus netjes opgelost.

Hotel muy limpio. Tuvimos un problema con la ducha y nos cambiaron a otra habitación superior sin coste ni problema. El buffet del desayuno variado y rico aunque bastante caro. Autobús cerca para ir al centro o al oceanografic Si tuviéramos que volver a Valencia repetiríamos con el hotel.

Very good Hotel. The entrance / Lobby and the Restaurant is very nice and modern. Staff is super friendly and i was welcome in Italien. A big plus they speak more then one language! Rooms are nice , clean and in good condition.

The place was nice, accommodating, nice staff, they were very patient with other people making it difficult. Breakfast bar was great. Just unfortunate the street noise seeped through. Seems like there is no sound damping what so ever, even being on the side opposite the main streets i was hearing everything throughout the night. Especially motor bikes, from 1-3am. I expected some noise, but i also expected since they are located near a busier area they would have some sound mitigation.

Unimpressed & disappointed. Meant to have a queen size bed, but the bed was more like a single. Was given a voucher for a welcome drink but not able to use it. First night I thought I would try the restaurant was there early (for Spain), probably around 6:30 to 7:00, a waitress told me to “sit anywhere” as the restaurant was only 20% full. Ten minutes later while waiting to be served was told I couldn’t sit where I was and I must move. I was asked to sit in the back of the empty restaurant. So, I ended up having a really nice meal at a local restaurant. The next night I had plans but after dinner thought I would give them a second chance and have a (after dinner) drink at the bar. Ordered a beer and was told I could not use my welcome drink voucher as it had to be used earlier in the night only, not a welcoming gesture at all. Very small room. Hotel is a long way from old town area - a good 30-40 minute walk walk.

We didn't stay for breakfast. I was pleased by how they quickly handled my problem with, I believe, was a drunk person who thought my room was his, in the early hours, who was very persistent, trying the door and not taking no for an answer.I would have liked for them to just recap with me when I checked out to see how I'd slept after. Which to be honest wasn't great. The hotel we've used on numerous occasions, over several years . The staff are great, the facilities excellent. So I won't let that one incident colour my judgement of the hotel. In fact it was good to see how quickly they sorted it once I'd rung them .

It was not in a good part of town and required a long walk or taxi to anything we did. The hotel itself was not as nice as it looked online. The finishes were cheap. However, the restaurant and staff were great— thus 3 stars.

Gutes Hotel, ordentlich eingerichtet mit tollem Preis. Bus Station ins Zentrum (ca. 20min) in unmittelbarer Nähe, Frühstücksbuffet vor Ort für 14€/P buchbar. Zum Flughafen sind es öffentlich ca. 40min Wir würden wieder kommen.

I really enjoyed my stay in this Hotel. All staff were fantastic from receptionists to Bar and catering staff, Cleaning staff. Excellent menu and Buffet Breakfast. Hotel is well located near bus and metro routes. Loads to do in Valencia. Eventhough it was December the weather was lovely up to 23 degrees. Taxi booked by Hotel is 20 eur to Airport.

No nice hotel. Very clean and staff very friendly. Location is ok if you like to walk as it's 30mins from centre. Longer walk to the beach. You can take a bus which stops outside hotel. Only issue was the cooked breakfast which was cold. Other than that it's a good hotel.

Un très bel établissement dans lequel j’ai bien été accueilli. La décoration est magnifique ! Il y a aussi la possibilité de manger dans le restaurant de l’hôtel qui est très bon et abordable !
