Great location next to two malls for shopping and restaurants. Near to walk to Old Town. Carol in the restaurant was amazing! The pool was the only disappointment, looked better in the pictures but was tiny in real life. Breakfast assortment could improve as well but good enough.

1) No Room service! Terrible! 2) Very poor quality of housekeeping 3) No spa, health club, swimming, or jacuzzi. Zero. They claimed the health club was 'under repair.' Unacceptable! 4) The front lounge has ugly and greasy sofas. 5) No tour service desk; no concierge 6) No garden to walk in. 7) The property is old 8) The shower area has no slip resistance flooring 9) The shower area has no grab bars, no place to keep soap! 10) Rooms were small. Not enough space to keep luggage. 11) Very poor restaurant service. The only good part was that Reception was helpful to some extent. Also, the breakfast was good.

Comfortable bed, large room, got the option on checkin to choose between 1 large or 2 smaller beds. Breakfast is good, better than others I've tried recently in Vilnius. Biggest drawback is the gym. Machines not working, and very limited selection of free weights. If this is not important to you, it is well worth it's price.

Bien atendidas pero el servicio que limpia las habitaciones ha sido algo regular. El primer día no limpiaron y los dos posteriores dejaron la cama mal hecha. El desayuno buena variedad aunque le faltaba leche vegetal para quien no tolera la leche de vaca y el café de la máquina bastante malo. Si querías uno de la cafetería que está en la zona desayuno había que pagarlo a 3,5€. La piscina cubierta con el agua bastante fría. la sauna bien, bastante calor dentro. No hay nada en el baño de cepillo dientes, bastoncillos y otros amenities, solo jabón. La bañera está en alto, lo que es peligroso sobre todo para salir de ella. La localización buena.

+ Trevlig personal, ok frukost, parkering 10€/dygnet precis utanför entrén kanon, rena sängkläder ok säng, gångavstånd till Old Town - Gym o pool i uselt skick, kändes smutsigt och jag använde inte. Rum med heltäckningsmatta och ett badrum som sett sina bästa dagar... Ingen lobbybar, restaurangen stängd kvällstid.

La camera era priva della cassaforte e finanche del minibar: in un quattro stelle e assolutamente inaccettabile. La moquette dava l'impressione di non essere stata pulita a dovere (tant'è che io ho cominciato a starnutire ...) e dietro la tv a parete ho trovato (e fotografato) una ragnatela che doveva avere almeno un paio d'anni per quanto era grande e spessa. Dopo una sola notte abbiamo lasciato l'hotel e ci siamo trasferiti in altra struttura. Giudizio pessimo.

The hotel takes you back 30-40 years. It has a deep Soviet feel and, while it has facilities for a 4 star, it lags behind even 3 star in terms of look and feel.

Piuttosto deludente il check in quanto non trovavano il pagamento della seconda camera che avevo preso e nonostante sia intervenuta la responsabile di turno abbiamo dovuto aspettare parecchio tempo, Alla fine per fortuna sono riusciti a combinare ma per il disguido e l'attesa prolungata non ci hanno offerto neanche un drink.... Breakfast was very good, lots of choices. Staff were friendly and efficient. Comfortable room with everything we needed. Only slight downsides were lack of handrails at top section of each flight of stairs (lifts were available), and bath side a bit high for older customers to climb over. But overall a really nice hotel.

Good and abundant breakfast and clean room. Very close to the White Bridge and not far from the city center. The staff speaks English. Currently, there are several constructions in this part of Vilnius and outside the hotel, which, in my opinion, will improve greatly the area once they are finished.
