Very old hotel, needs to be updated ... Carpets needs to be changed.... Spa and swimming pool are nice only for that you can give a bonus...otherwise it's nothing to do around. The room looked very old. I would say hotel needs to be closed for renovation.

Our check-in experience at Vilnius Grand Resort was pleasant, and the front office staff was welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately, the room itself was quite outdated. We found cobwebs in the curtains, and every door squeaked loudly when opened or closed, giving the impression that maintenance has been overlooked. On our second day, our room lost electricity completely. Thankfully, the front desk handled the situation professionally and quickly moved us to another room, which we appreciated. Throughout the resort, it appeared that the restaurants, pool, and spa were understaffed. At the pool, I asked an employee how to get cold water from the shower, and instead of offering assistance, she simply said, "Just try," and walked away. It was disappointing and came across as dismissive. Breakfast offered a good variety of hot food, but the selection of fresh fruit was surprisingly limited. Overall, the staff at the front desk did their best to help whenever issues arose, but the property itself is in need of significant upgrades and better maintenance. With renovations, improved staffing, and more consistent customer service throughout the resort, Vilnius Grand Resort could provide a much better guest experience.

The resort is undergoing some amount of renovation. There is a newly constructed wing where the spa is located. As it is a newly constructed wing, the rooms are much more modern when compared to the previously existing building. While I think the existing rooms are fine, they are certainly dated. The spa facility is excellent. It is really nice that the facility has a section where the babies/toddlers can enjoy as well. This is the highlight of our stay and the reason why the facility gets five star from me.
