I will recomend this hotel. Very central and high quility. I didnt have the breakfast but i higfly recomend this hotel in the city centre. The only thing that i have an issue with was parking. It was occupied and I have to park the car 350 m from the hotel at G9. I paid 26 euro for 17 h.

Leider ging der automatische Check-in nicht und die Rezeption war eher klein und nicht rund um die Uhr besetzt sodass es zu Wartezeiten kam. Das Zimmer war schön, aber die Möbel bzw. Einrichtung allgemein ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort sehr begrenzt und wenn dann sehr teuer. Schönes Hotel wenn man den Weihnachtsmarkt besucht oder sich ausschließlich in der Altstadt aufhält. Alles in allem würde ich wieder dort schlafen.

Fantastic hotel in an ideal location, right opposite the stunning cathedral. Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. My room was amazingly spacious and had all the amenities I wanted.

We would have given it an excellent, but the shower was small. The bathroom was tight for two people. The rest of the room was roomy. The staff was very supportive. The location can’t be beat!! The restaurant was very good.

Чудное местоположение с красивым видом, просторный номер, но маленькая ванная комната. Wifi и ТВ в норме, завтрак на высоком уровне, богатый выбор и все вкусно. Стойки регистрации нет, все произошло по телефону и почту чтоб попасть в комнату. Оператор регистрации не говорит по русски. Паркинг очень маленький, но есть зарядка для электротранспорта Type2. Счет за проживание пришлось 2 раза запрашивать по почте и 2 раза звонить - безобразно работают ответственные лица!

Stayed 5 nights. Was able to get the same room for 2 bookings--one with tour group, then extra night on our own. The restaurant and its workers were nice and the outdoor patio is lovely. The Cathedral Square is literally across the street, so you are well positioned to view and visit this amazing city. The parking at this hotel is awful! The underground garage has 8 spaces but absolutely No room to maneuvre the car into and out of the space. It was also 30 Euros per night, which seems very high. The reception staff were all young locals and all seemed to have an attitude. One young man even seemed gleeful when I initially asked about getting a parking space and he said 'it's all full!' with a big smile on his face! I did communicate with the hotel several times through hotels.com and they were good about responding quickly, so if you want to use their parking services, best to arrange this well in advance! Our room was not serviced at all during our stay, and 1 of the elevators was not functioning. The hotel was full, so there was a lot of waiting for the 1 working elevator.

The hotel is not clean. Bathroom was really disgusting, the nightstand dusty and there was a brown stain on the bed comforter. The toillet with was stained and the shower covered with mold. As a cherry on the cake, the elevator was out of service. The only advantage of this hotel is its location. You need to be aware that there's no staff at nights, so the service is going to be by phone.

Room was not as on the pictures of the booking, we got a room with very old furniture. Room had a really strong unpleasant smell, probably because of the furniture. Bathroom also had a different bad smell and the ventilation in the bathroom did not work.

Ancak, hareketli bir bölge olduğu için, özellikle ana caddeye bakan odalarda trafik gürültüsü olabilir. -Personel nazik ve yardımcı idi. -Ana sorun: Odalar bakımsız, halılar kirli, mobilyalar eskimiş. Hotellet har tranfser, kunne ikke hente 4 personer i bil fra hotellet. Bestilte 2 taxi til som hentet oss. Ble ikke sendt kode til døra og innsjekk selv ved flere henvendelser til hotel. Var en person tilstede ved ankomst som ikke talte engelsk. Etter mye frem og tilbake kom vi på rommet som var bra Vi var der i 5 dager òg rommet og badet ble ikke rengjort ,tross vi henvendte oss nede i redepsjonen hver dag og det grønne skiltet for ønsket rengjøring hang ute fra kl 9. De kom med rene håndkleder og tømte avfall de 4 dager. Frokostsalen var ikke rydder border eller vasket . Flere tomme fat og manglende bestikk. Vi opplevde et personale som var lite service innstilt og sure. Vi har reist mye i verden men aldri opplevd noe dårligere på et 4 stjernes hotel. Kan ikke klassifiseres som 4. Stjerner. Dette hotellet bør hotel com se etter hvilken service det ytes.

Had a late checkin. No one was there to help us since they had a self service solution. We did not recieve our checkin code because they claimed we had not paid city tax – A Weird thing to not just add to the full payment i the first place. While we tried to find out what to do we had a beer at their restaurant. We met a sign that said "please wait to be seated". There we did stand for around 5 minutes even through the waitress saw us three times and the place was empty. She did not smile at all and was more focused on wash their windows and tables instead of just show us to a table. Then we just went to the bar and asked if we could sit down. When we finaly got the code to the room and got to checkin it was bot clean. All the towels were dirty, the sink was clogged and There was some bugs in the bathroom. The location of the hotel was superb and the beds were nice. Also we like the size of the room that had plenty og space.

Rummet var stort med stort badrum. Fräscht. Tyvärr inget fönster, inget som framgick vid bokningen. Oerhört varmt på rummet. Termostaten gick inte att ändra o då inget fönster för att släppa in frisk luft var tråkigt. Kuddarna var platta o tunna o det fanns inga alternativ att byta till. Fick stå i kö till frukosten. Ont om personal al vid frukosten. Mycket tog slut o fylldes inte på. Läget var perfekt. Nära till Åse gamla o nya delen av staden. Lite konstigt med ett mail med en femsiffrig kod istf nyckelkort. Lärde inte oss koden utan fick öppna mailet varje gång. Lite omständigt.

Pictures reflected on the site are opposite of how the room looked. Our room was dingy, had stains on the carpet and room smelled misty and of cigarettes. Was unable to get the thermostat to work. There was also lack of communication when it came to the check in process. I had reached out at 15:00 since I had not received my access code and it took them 2 hours to get back to me. Once I did pay the city tax, I still did not receive the access code and had to call several times upon arrival to receive it.

Didn't like the check-in. Took ages to check in. The only hotel we stopped at on our explore holiday that wanted credit card and passport details. We had booked an additional night at same hotel after our organised group tour. I was told we could have same room, but we were then locked out on second day. We were given a new code after we paid tax, this could have all been sorted on original check-in. Our room wasn't cleaned or towels refreshed. Entering code into room door was tricky as the lights were on motion sensors in the halls and the light went out before the code could be entered. Breakfast was very good.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Beim Einchecken war leider mein Zimmer nicht fertig, obwohl es bereits 15:00 Uhr war. Ich musste noch eine halbe Stunde warten. Auch mit der Zimmerreinigung war ich nicht so zufrieden. Der Zeitraum ist zwar angegeben bis 18:00 Uhr, aber gerade bei schlechtem Wetter hält man sich ja nicht jeden Tag bis 18:00 Uhr in der Stadt auf und so war ich auch manchmal nachmittags auf meinem Zimmer und in der ganzen Woche, in der ich dort war, ist mein Zimmer dann auch nur zweimal gereinigt worden. Die Qualität der Reinigung war sehr unterschiedlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut allerdings hätte ich mir etwas mehr Abwechslung gewünscht. Es gab jeden Tag das gleiche Angebot. Ich war bereits vor fünf Jahren einmal in diesem Hotel und muss sagen, dass ich finde, dass die Qualität insgesamt nachgelassen hat.

Hade problem med incheckning eftersom vi kom efter kl. 23. Hotel skickade inte oss koder så att vi skulle ha kunnat komma in i hotellet och i vårt rum. Vi fick ringa hotellet via ett nummer och de fick betalt 8 euro (dold utgift) för att bara ge oss dessa koder. Nästa dag försökte de leverera oss mat trots att det inte var vi utan någon annan som beställt mat. Det värsta var att maten stod på golvet framför rummet där alla går och där det är smutsigt. Personalen i receptionen gör inte sitt jobb ordentligt. Läge av hotellet är utmärkt, nära till allt, förutom till flygplatsen. Beställ inte flygplatstransport via hotellet eftersom de tar 25 euro och med Bolt kostar det ca 7,5 euro. Frukost var fantastisk med färsk apelsinjuice och trevlig personal. Det var rent och rummet såg bra ut.

Hotel is in a good location and easy to get to, This is advertised as a 4 star hotel which I would disagree with. Hotel is clean but rooms are old wooden furnature and in need of updating. Bed was not comfortable and a small pillow. No room cleaning during our 3 night stay. Now here is the best bit, I get home to 129 euros being taken out of my account for mini bar usage,we never touched the minibar. Shocking error on behalf of this hotel. Im in the process of contacting the management awaiting for the response. Meanwhile im stuck with a large bill. If you stay here I hope you do not recieve the same treatment we did, what a let down to the great time in Vilnius by a so called 4 star hotel. I will never return or recommend it.

Amazing central location right next to the bell tower and cathedral! Super easy check in and check out. No key cards (they text you your room code) so no need to worry about having it on you all the time. Room was very clean and bed super comfortable. Lovely towels and chocolates on the pillow. Bottle of water each provided free of charge. Really useful to be able to store our luggage in the luggage room on the last day as we had a late night flight.

Overall I have a good review of this hotel, the location is perfect, near all the sights and in front of the Cathedral. At the beginning there was a small problem, the room we were given smelled of cigarettes and we asked for a change. The receptionist immediately assigned us another room but the problem was I could never find my scarf and gloves I left in that room (also a couple of snacks that I have brought from my country were missing) Despite our stay in the hotel for more than 10 days (from the 29th September to 11th October - 12 days) and my claims to the receptionist I wasn't allowed to check in the previous room I was given, to see if my belongings were still there...In case you have found them recently, I kindly ask you to let me know as soon as possible, my son lives in Vilnius and will arrange for the picking up. Really lovely hotel, perfect location, great breakfast, lovely rooms and staff. Check in was a bit strange but once we'd been sent the info we needed it was easy enough. We extended our check out to 12pm with no issue and no extra payment required. The only thing we would have liked was a price list for the mini bar, we didnt have anything from it because we didnt know how much it was. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
