Wonderful lounge and seating areas in the lobby and a nice and quiet outside courtyard. Our room was very basic and not newly renovated like the other areas.

The property is in town center, but if you have a car the access is difficult, there are works on the area, and some streets are closed. We lost a lot of time to get the hotel and parking.

Beautiful, extensive common space. Feels like an art gallery. Breakfast up in the 5th floor was delicious and had a nice view. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is nice and helpful. Right in front of the streetcar stop. Loved it!

El hotel estaba bien con una habitación y un baño limpios y amplios. Disponía de aparcamiento cerca pagando 15€. El comedor donde podías acceder con tu mascota ( cosa de agradecer) era muy agradable. El desayuno Continental estaba bueno. El hotel estaba céntrico a 10 minutos andando de la Basílica de El Pilar y la zona de picoteo.

Le parking privé sous terrain où quelques places sont réservées pour l'hôtel, est difficile d'accès. Mais SURTOUT nous l'avons payé 2 FOIS : une fois à l'hôtel et un deuxième fois à la caisse du parking pour pouvoir sortir.

Hotel in a fantastic area and staff were kind and patient with our lack of language skills However the room was a real disappointment bed was hard but sagging in the middle and pillows had no loft aircon barely working and no airflow stuffy room thankfully it had a large window Would have liked the option of tea and coffee and minibar in the room missed having ice cold water

Very beautiful decorated Hotel in the middle of city. Everytime walked in to you can smell the very good room fragrance. One thing was there was no drinking water or water kettle in the room that was the minus point for me. I think they should give atlease once complimentary drinking water to guests who stay for the first night that make more impress for me.

Está muy céntrico, al lado del mercado y a 4 minutos de la plaza del Pilar, zona de pinchos...Parada de tranvía justo enfrente y parking con acuerdo con el hotel de 24 horas. 15€. La decoración del hotel de 10. Habitaciones amplias con todo lo necesario, colchones y almohadas cómodas. Limpieza de 10.

La bañera tenía roña. Imaginad la situación, desnudas a tu niño pequeño de 2 años para meterlo en la bañera y cuando ves la suciedad que tiene, no lo vas a meter. Son las 22:00 de la noche. Al día siguiente lo decimos en el check out y en lugar de pedirnos disculpas o algo parecido, nos dicen que teníamos que haberlo comunicado y nos hubieran cambiado a de habitación. En fin, una vergüenza.

Personal muy amable y diligente, y las zonas comunes con un diseño de interiores muy bonito, Wifi aceptable. Como otros usuarios en los comentarios, nuestra habitación tenía manchas y moho en el plato de ducha y con mal olor, la música ambiente de la planta baja se metía de lleno en la habitación de la primera planta 121, las camas bien y el tamaño de la habitación bien, sin embargo el mobiliario antiguo y escaso. No creo lo vuelva a visitar ni recomendar.

Hab. 322: El secador no funcionaba, la ducha con mucho moho, tanto el aireador del baño como el del aire acondicionado llenísimo de polvo; por otro lado encima del armario habia como envoltorios de galletas o comida de algún huésped y que el personal de limpieza no revisó. Lo peor fue el colchon de muelles que se te meten en los huesos al dormir de lado o hacia abajo. Lo que mas me gusto fue el trato del personal y la rapidez del agua caliente en la ducha. Entiendo que la habitación no ha sido reformado, eso lo sabía de antemano, pero nada impide solucionar todo lo que he dicho, no es una inversión de dinero, excepto comprar un secador nuevo.

We staryed three nights over the weekend. The location is excellent being close to the tourist centre of Zaragooza. The hotel staff were fine, and the room was adequately sized. The problem? Noise. Not the noise from the streets, which we were worried about due to the hotel's location but noise from other rooms - sound insulation is non existent in this hotel. You can hear the person in the next room flicking the light switches and when someone flushes the toilet, it sounds like there is a waterfall just outside your room. When people on the floor above or two floors above comes back to their room, it sounds like a herd of elephants on a stampede. I am not exaggerating - I have stayed in many hotels in Spain during my 12 or so visits to the country in the last six years but this hotel has the worst sound proofing of all the hotels I have stayed in. It probably didn't help that we stayed at the weekend as people were coming back from their nights out at two, three, four AM in the morning which is quite normal in large Spanish cities. It was relatively quieter on Sunday night.

This may not be a concern for everyone, but coming from a cooler climate, an air conditioned room for sleeping is highly desired. The air conditioning in our room was barely detectable. The rooms were quite spartan and a little disappointing considering what the room shown when we booked looked like, but the hotel has minimalist decor and we were just there to sleep and shower. Location was convenient and rooms were quiet and clean. Breakfast was nice.

The location is great as it is right next to the tram, and a short walk to some of the major sites in Zaragoza. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. The rooms themselves are very simple and small, but if all you need is a clean and quiet place to stay that is convenient, this is a Very good choice.

This was a great stay. The staff were excellent and helped us when I had made a mistake with a booking - thank you!. A really good location, great staff and the breakfast was also very good. Definitely recommended.

The location is great as it is right next to the tram, and a short walk to some of the major sites in Zaragoza. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. The rooms themselves are very simple and small, but if all you need is a clean and quiet place to stay that is convenient, this is a Very good choice.

El hotel estaba bien con una habitación y un baño limpios y amplios. Disponía de aparcamiento cerca pagando 15€. El comedor donde podías acceder con tu mascota ( cosa de agradecer) era muy agradable. We staryed three nights over the weekend. The location is excellent being close to the tourist centre of Zaragooza. The hotel staff were fine, and the room was adequately sized. The problem? Noise. Not the noise from the streets, which we were worried about due to the hotel's location but noise from other rooms - sound insulation is non existent in this hotel. You can hear the person in the next room flicking the light switches and when someone flushes the toilet, it sounds like there is a waterfall just outside your room. When people on the floor above or two floors above comes back to their room, it sounds like a herd of elephants on a stampede. I am not exaggerating - I have stayed in many hotels in Spain during my 12 or so visits to the country in the last six years but this hotel has the worst sound proofing of all the hotels I have stayed in. It probably didn't help that we stayed at the weekend as people were coming back from their nights out at two, three, four AM in the morning which is quite normal in large Spanish cities. It was relatively quieter on Sunday night.

Hotel in a fantastic area and staff were kind and patient with our lack of language skills However the room was a real disappointment bed was hard but sagging in the middle and pillows had no loft aircon barely working and no airflow stuffy room thankfully it had a large window Would have liked the option of tea and coffee and minibar in the room missed having ice cold water

Hôtel très bien situé proche du marché central et des transports en commun. On peut sillonner la ville à pied à partir de l'hôtel Avenida. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et excellent ( au 5ème étage avec vue sur la ville) La déco est trendy-chic. Je recommande!

The rooms were quite spartan and a little disappointing considering what the room shown when we booked looked like, but the hotel has minimalist decor and we were just there to sleep and shower. Location was convenient and rooms were quiet and clean. Breakfast was nice.
