Jättefint, fräscht och vackert hotell. Mycket bra läge i den gamla delen av Zaragoza. Tyst och lugnt men ändå centralt. Trevligt bemötande av medarbetarna. Parkering i mycket närbeläget parkeringshus till rabatterat pris. Vi blev uppgraderade till ett större rum. Lyxigt. Frukosten var nog det som var det sämsta. Den var bra men inte lika bra som förväntat med tanke på allt annat som var brs. Frukosten serverades dessutom i källaren vilket var trist. Om vi skulle återvända till Zaragoza skulle vi definitivt bo här igen.

Location, Location…. East walk to the Pilar and Roman Wall. Very clean and staff always friendly and helpful. I only took away one star because parking is a 10 min. Walk. Drop off your bags first and then park in a. Very tight parking area directly below the Pilar. I recommend, especially if ur tight on time and want everything right at your doorstep.

We stayed for one night, we are 2 adults and 2 kids. PROS - rooms are good size, kids love the bunk beds, bathrooms are fully equipped. This nicely updated hotel is in the middle of the historic city. CONS - Parking is far away especially when you have luggage for family to haul, drop off area can be taken already and GPS might not work probably due to road closures.

I loved the location of this hotel though parking and drop off of the luggage was a nightmare. I would suggest promoting the option of the specific location of parking overnight reduced rate on the site as going to the wrong parking and then carrying luggage is a nightmare.

The hotel is a beautiful historic building and we loved the location for its convenience. Unfortunately, we arrived during the Festival of Pilar and roads were closed for driving and we were turned in multiple circles to ultimately find parking before walking 10 minutes to the hotel.

Great location in old town ,especially for the visit to Our Lady of Pillar. Very easy walkable city. Be prepared to park car in Public carpark 20 euros per day . Would definitely return to this hotel

The hotel was in a great location yet quiet, the bed was comfortable and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. My only negative with this hotel is the cleaning staff. At first glance, the room looked clean but after my shower I walked around the room for a bit before putting on shoes, and by the time I did, my feet were filthy. Also, the cleaning staff didn’t wait for a response but opened the door on the second knock.

At check-in we were given a room next to the fitness room which was completed isolated from the rest of the other rooms. The room was terrible and the bathroom mouldy. We asked to change the room which the hotel did without hesitation. However I can’t think of a reason why we were given such a terrible room? Was it because we booked only one night?

The hotel was centrally located and walkable to many cafes, bars, and cultural sites, and the river. Loved the room/suite that we had— nice desk and seating area and balconies in each room. Very clean and modern, but with plenty of Catalan charm. Wasn’t busy at all and very peaceful.

L'hôtel est remis à neuf, le personnel est avenant et disponible. Excellent petit déjeuner, choix varié, produits frais pour toutes les nationalités ! Les chambres sont confortables. Mais seules 2 prises sont disponibles dans les chambres, et le wifi est si faible qu'il est inutilisable (à peine mieux dans le lobby). Dommage pour un 4*.

This is not a 4-star hotel. It´s more a 3-star. That said, if you go when it´s not summer, they have the A/C off for the entire hotel and the rooms are warm. You can either leave the window open - at it is super noisy outside until 5am - or you can keep the windows closed and be hot all night. The staff at the front desk were cordial, not friendly. They helped as needed. Parking at the designated garage is super tight (as most are in Spain) and it fills up on weekends so it is not guaranteed. Breakfast was ok.... no service, but food was decent. Could have more variety. Personally, I would not stay here again. Plus... I hate beds that don´t have fitted sheets so the bottom sheet keeps coming untucked. ;)

We had a superior room, a penthouse that really exceed my expectations. It had a combination of rooms providing lots of space for working or relaxing. The bathroom was huge with a jetted tub and a skylight window. This specific suite was perfect, private and romantic. I have no doubts that other rooms are equally pleasant.

The hotel is well located steps away from popular attractions, restaurants and shops. Our room was clean, comfortable and equipped with all expected amenities. There is no on-site parking and one has to park in a nearby public garage. The windows of our premium room faced another building in a small, smelly street behind hotel. Our otherwise pleasant stay was spoiled at checkout on 9/27/23 when a receptionist refused to accept a high-denomination euro bill from me as cash payment for our stay saying that “he hasn’t seen one in over two years”. Instead, he suggested that I look for a bank in the neighborhood that could give me change (I am almost seventy and there are no easy to find banks in that neighborhood) or pay by credit card. May I suggest some customer relations training and an investment in a pen marker that checks the authenticity of local currency, something that most hotels and other businesses do. The same euro bill was accepted without any questions at another (better) hotel in our next Spanish city a few hours later. Laziness and cocky attitude should have no place in a hotel of that caliber.

Hicimos el checking on line para abreviar el proceso, a pesar de ello, cuando llegamos el recepcionista nos volvió a pedir la documentación para hacer la entrada de nuevo, no fue para nada amable y puso en duda que lo hubiéramos hecho. Si se dio cuenta de su error en lugar de disculparse se puso soberbio. Las habitaciones son antiguas y nuestra sorpresa fue abrir el balcón y encontrarnos un montón de heces secas de pájaros que ya llevaban tiempo ahí. Eso sí, Expedia nos regaló un copita de bienvenida y nos pusieron un benjamín para los dos.

Nice clean hotel in town, great location. All the staff was great , except the gentleman That checked us in, very rude and snotty, didn't need it after a long day of travel and very little sleep. So rude! He caught me so off guard I didn't read his name badge. We are polite people that great in Spanish and ask if people speak English in Spanish, maybe I offended him

What a great hotel, in a great location! The man at the front desk spoke fluent English, Spanish, and French (maybe more, but that's what I heard while we were there). The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very large, by European standards. We were able to easily walk to everything we wanted to see. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel that is historical yet had modern necessities inside. It was the most perfect spot facing a courtyard with an old church and fountain, plus bar at night. Very quiet even though within blocks of main corridor of shops and restaurants. Within walking distance of all attractions and amenities. Well worth the price.5 star all the way🇨🇦

Catalonia El Pilar is a shirt walk to shops, cathedrals, and El Tubo. It's far enough away to be quiet at night. The rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable, and the view from the window is the top of the cathedral- is beautiful at night.

The hotel is kind of ok, but nothing fancy. Breakfast is only 2 stars. Simpel and nothing extra. In the elevator there is an advertisement for the breakfast with a pancake, but there was no pancakessemi cooked bacon, dry bread and so i can go on. Best about breakfast was they served faked M&M. When we took a shower the bathroom got flooded and even we told it to reception, it just kept on getting flooded every time we took a shower. And someone smoked in the hall, outside our room, so very smelly. The area is full of bars so a lot of party people everywhere. If you get up early there is dirt, garbage and puke everywhere and its noisy.
