We loved our stay here, the roof top bar and pool was a great chilled area to relax. Our room was spacious and the facilities great including a gym. Close by to the sights we easily walked to the local highlights. Would highly recommend. We were a family of 4 travelling with 2 teenagers.

Area in front of hotel has major building and road repairs being carried out so access to hotel is limited. Rooftop bar and pool are closed. Dined in hotel one evening and despite the restaurant being COMPLETELY empty we were seated at a table next to the entrance for a conference which was being held that evening with a constant flow of staff and patrons entering and leaving. All in all a disappointing experience Had we been made aware of rooftop being closed and the repair works being carried out we would not have booked the hotel.

Our stay was only for one night as we were heading home to VLC via Bordeaux. Initially somewhat difficult to get to, as we encountered heavy rush hour traffic @ 18.00. The public parking garage which is both secure and well appointed is almost directly opposite the hotel. There is no onstreet parking directly infront of the hotel. The hotel is nicely appointed and refurbished nicely. Rooms are spacious and modern. However in room 123, the shower door seals lower down, are not effective and water seeped out onto the bedroom floor. Luckily, towels were aplenty. Beds were super comfortable and the bedding both clean and high quality. The mini bar was both free of charge and very much appreciated, as it was hot in the centre during the late afternoon. A good central location, a mere 10 minutes walk down to the cathederal in the main plaza. Enjoyed the restaurant located on the roof level (11th floor) offering panoramic views over the city and the windmills in the distance. Unfortunately, the roof top swimming pool was out of commission. The restaurant menu itself was simple but nicely presented and the dishes well prepared. Overall, very happy with our stay and would definitely consider staying again. Asked for and recieved a business invoice with the appropriate details with no issues whatsoever. Thanks for a welcoming stay.

Good location. XL loft room very big and comfortable, breakfast good. No onsite parking but hotel can arrange public underground parking nearby. Old Town, Cathedral, restaurants - all close by. Aljaferia Palace well worth a visit. (20 mins walk)

Lovely hotel overall. To my delight I was able to check in a little early which was fantastic. Rooms are great, spotlessly clean, although did feel a little dark at the back of the property. Pool is very nice but make sure you are given a band at check in as I had been there for some time before being called out Infront of the entire rooftop for not knowing anything about it, which was a little embarrassing. The restaurant is fantastic, food was amazing. Highly recommend the steak! Location is great, very easy to find.

On vous prévient 1 semaine avant par mail que la rue est en travaux. La chambre vue sur rue n’a plus la même saveur. Non signalé une partie de la façade de l’hôtel avec échafaudages. Une douche défectueuse au bout de 30 sec l’eau s’écoule jusqu’au sous la porte d’entrée. Chambre inondée. Pour une étape d’une nuit de 3 personnes c’était pas formidable au vu du montant réglé… déçu de Meliá.

The hotel staff was very friendly and provided excellent information of places of interest. The hotel location is perfect, at walking distance of local attractions. The hotel room was big, however the distribution of space and facilities can be improved; example: the badroom and the beds area are only divided by an almost transparent curtain thats does not provides any privacy.

Nice enough hotel, reception staff are friendly, cleaning staff also friendly but some of the restaurant and breakfast staff are more interested in chatting to each other than taking care of the customers. Also the breakfast cook has an amazing way of not seeing people waiting to order, even though i was in her line of sight multiple times, it appears she’s too busy to deal with customers. Apart from that, rooms are nice, modern and clean

We booked this hotel without being informed that the building is undergoing major renovations, along with the adjacent street and parking area. The entire façade is covered in scaffolding, and construction workers are constantly moving around right outside the windows. Street work starts early in the morning with loud jackhammering, making it impossible to sleep in—we were literally woken up by the construction crew. While we understand that renovations are sometimes necessary, the hotel failed to communicate any of this in advance or provide any instructions to help navigate the situation. The entire street is blocked, and we had to walk over 100 metres from the nearest parking area. There is no convenient access for cars or taxis, which would have been good to know before arrival. Check-in was painfully slow, and the staff showed no friendliness or sense of urgency. That said, the rooms themselves are nice and comfortable—but overall, the experience was disappointing due to the lack of transparency and poor service.

Lovely room and most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Food in restaurant was great, although we were the only people in there! Only downside is the huge amount of building work directly outside the hotel makes it hard to find and you have to park in a public multi storey and drag your cases round the corner to get there

We had a wonderful stay and the front desk let us know about Holy Week activities. The front desk was amazing! The room was nice and large and clean. Would highly recommend this hotel. Note the outside is under construction so we could not pull up in front of the hotel.

Un vrai bonheur, tout y est, de la literie hyper confortable au petit-déjeuner à tomber, en passant par la piscine sur le rooftop et la propreté immaculée de la chambre. On a passé un moment incroyable. Tout est pensé avec soin et décoré avec goût. Seul bémol peut-être, les heures d'ouverture de la piscine (11h-20h). Sinon rien à redire !

Loved the room and the location..... Staff was wonderful. Restaurant (after we made reservation), was just awful.. questioned if we had a reservation (we showed proof by our e-mail), place was almost empty, yet we felt disrespected by having to prove our res. Food was not great, and service was terrible.
