Der Empfang war äusserst freundlich, sogar mit Sightseeingempfehlungen, sowie Restaurants die wir besuchen sollen. Sehr schönes Zimmer, aber sehr geräuschvoll vom Gang. Leider keine Barkarte, dieser Bereich ist sehr bescheiden.

The NH hotel chain understands how to please it’s guests. Very pleasant experience at check in from a young lady who really made us feel like they appreciated our business. The facilities are very clean and well appointed. Even the parking garage looks like it’s been recently painted. The room was basic but very nice and clean with sufficient toiletries and towels. It even had a tissue dispenser and tissues. That is a rarity in European hotels it seems. Check out was equally very good with the young lady happily providing us with additional tourist advice. Breakfast was busy but the food was plenty and lots of choices. Staff in the restaurant were busy cleaning tables and assisting guests. No dislikes other than the entrance to the parking garage is a bit of a challenge as one feels as though they’re driving on the train tracks to get to the parking garage. Would definitely stay here again.

This is an adequate property in an excellent location -- near the basilica, the mercado, and Tubo. Unfortunately our initial room had black mold and water damage. The staff was helpful and moved us to another room promptly. We have enjoyed great stays in NH properties and hope this is a rare exception.

The location of this hotel was perfect. It was located within minutes from most major attractions. We had a beautiful room overlooking the river. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing was the room wasn’t as clean as we would have hoped. We had to ask for new pillow cases when we arrived because ours were stained and had holes.

Very nice hotel in a great location close to the cathedral and a tram stop out front. Customer service from reception to restaurant staff was friendly and excellent. Really good quality breakfast buffet with a delicious hot dish option available within the price. Very clean and eco friendly. Recommended

Great location, very clean, friendly staff and a good breakfast selection. The “single” rooms are a very reasonable size, with a good sized bathroom. Only issue is that the bathroom gets rather humid. The “gym” is very modest so I used a commercial one nearby.

Muy limpio, espacioso y agradable. La ubicación es inmejorable, perfecto para recorrer Zaragoza a pie, justo delante de la Pilarica. El personal fue muy atento y amable en todo momento. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

The hotel is in an excellent location, and if you can, I highly recommend booking a room with a balcony. Our only objections was that the bed was too hard for our liking, and the bar was not really open often compared to most other hotels.

Avrebbe potuto essere 5 stelle ma ho avuto un disguido rientrando all'una di notte perché il portiere non mi ha fatto entrare nel parcheggio nonostante avessi il diritto. Comunque la mattina successiva il personale ha riconosciuto l'errore ed abbiamo risolto.

Nous avons réservé cette chambre dans le cadre du programme de fidélité hotels.com et en tant que membre Gold. Nous devions avoir à l'arrivée une attention spéciale (bouteille de vin dans la chambre) et nous voir proposé un surclassement... Rien de tout celà n'a été géré par l'hôtel. Nous en avons fait la remarque à l'équipe de réception, sans aucune écoute de leur part. La chambre était quelconque, avec l'une des pires vues disponibles dans l'hôtel. Autant dire que le programme de fidélité hotels.com n'a aucune valeur dans cet hôtel.

Hotel comodo al centro con fermata del tram che taglia la città proprio davanti. La stanza non è tanto grande ma ben dotata e con un bagno molto bello con doccia enorme. Una menzione speciale alla colazione, c'è praticamente di tutto,frutta fresca,jamón,formaggi di qualità e non la solita fontina,tapas e parte dolce ok.

L’hôtel est très bien placé! Mais c’est tout… chambre très petite, pas confortable.. parking très cher (21€ la nuit) et qui n’inclue pas la recharge de la voiture électrique, en sus par un opérateur externe alors que la majorité des hôtels offrent la recharge si on paie le parking. Le « restaurant » est à éviter, le lieu est sans âme (c’est la salle du petit déjeuner) et la nourriture est vraiment très mauvaise! Le rapport qualité/prix est très mauvais! Il y’a bien mieux dans les environs bien que cet hôtel soit le mieux placé si on veut être dans le centre.

Hotel comodo al centro con fermata del tram che taglia la città proprio davanti. La stanza non è tanto grande ma ben dotata e con un bagno molto bello con doccia enorme.
