Nice big family room. Big bathroom, good shower. We were on the 7th floor and the view of the city was lovely. Check in staff weee friendly and could speak English. Parking was interesting! There’s a garage to the right of the main door which opens as you approach. We drove in and a member of staff greeted us there. We then had to use the car lift to the lower floor (that’s a squeeze!!) and park in an allocated spot (€14.50 a night). Convenient to park, but bring your best parking skills with you! Near lots of cafes and supermarkets and the basilica. Only downside is no tea and coffee making facilities.

Chambre familiale avec lit king size et deux lits simples. Chambre neuve très propre. Les matelas étaient excellents. Il manquait juste un oreiller par personne pour que chaque personne en ait deux, et une poubelle dans la chambre en plus de celle de la sdb. Ce sont des petites améliorations faciles à mettre en place. Petit déjeuner très copieux et personnel trilingue trés compétent. Merci.

Our window was frosted, I'm assuming because it probably looked out onto a brick wall. But it's a little depressing when you can't even look out the window of your hotel room. The bathroom was OK. Overall, what I expected for the price.

Very bad experience, not sure why it’s on your list, no fridge, no iron, no locker in the room. They don’t open the air conditioner system until June although the temperature was 24 degrees in May.They told us to open the windows for air. There was so much noise that you cannot sleep. I need my my money back from Hotel.com

Only problem was it said it had windows that opened in the rooms but the window had a bar on it so you could only open it a couple of inches which is not enough to get decent ventilation.

La estancia ha sido agradable. La atención del personal de recepción, de lo mejor, todos muy educados, simpáticos y con gran interés por ayudarnos. La ubicación inmejorable, en pleno centro de la ciudad. Es verdad que el aparcamiento hay que pagarlo, pero es imposible estacionar en los alrededores, por lo que es un gasto necesario. La limpieza también magnífica. Leí algunos comentarios negativos sobre la estancia, pero considero que algunos clientes quieren lo que no pagan. No se puede pedir más para este tipo de alojamientos, donde ofrecen todo lo que se necesita para pasar algunos días.

O hotel é razoavel, localizaçao não gostei, fica um pouco mais longe do centro do que outros hoteis, café da manha bem basico, deixou a desejar, poucas opcoes. No quarto nao tinha frigobar, nem uma mesa grande apoio, somente um travesseiro na cama e tive que pedir as cobertas que nao tinha. Mal iluminado, era bem escuro, quase nao se enxergava as coisas na mala. Nao voltaria, nao vale o preço.

O hotel é razoavel, localizaçao não gostei, fica um pouco mais longe do centro do que outros hoteis, café da manha bem basico, deixou a desejar, poucas opcoes. No quarto nao tinha frigobar, nem uma mesa grande apoio, somente um travesseiro na cama e tive que pedir as cobertas que nao tinha. Hotel con buena ubicación. Buen desayuno. Habitación muy básica. Las camas muy duras. Almohadas finitas. No hay tetera ni cafetera. La TV es un monitor. Necesitan un mantenimiento urgente como pintura en las paredes y modernización del baño. Hay solo un cesto de basura en el baño por lo que no se pueden separan los elementos para reciclar. He estado en otros Ibis y han sido buenos. No es este el caso.

Haha, I only stayed as a stopover for 10 hours. But it was nice and well located to restaurants and bars. They do know how to party in Zaragoza! Good food recommendation from staff. Good price for the stay.

The web site states, bar and restaurant And parking The parking is in a public car park , for 19.5 euro a night there is no bar and no restaurant, if i had known i would not have booked it ! In fact i will never stay in an ibis hotel again !,
