This hotel entrance is welcoming, modern and comfortable. The staff are professional, helpful and friendly. The hotel location is convenient and walkable to shops, restaurants and places of interest. Self Parking is available in the hotel garage. We were here in November and there was NO A/C in the room, we opened the windows but, the loud noise from the street made it impossible to sleep. The room is modern, clean and comfortable, the pillows are oversized and hard, not comfortable at all. The towels are a good size; however, they feel a bit scratchy. The breakfast buffet was not excellent, I wished the coffee machine offered better coffee.

Hôtel très bien situé dans Saragosse. Chambre très confortable et propre. Personnel très serviable. Petit déjeuner très bon. Facilité de garer sa voiture au parking public situé sous l'hôtel (prix du parking compris dans le prix de la chambre). Par contre l'adresse du parking pour le GPS est différente que celle de l'hôtel... Se garer d'abord au parking puis accéder à l'hôtel par l'ascenseur pour le check-in.

Excellent location for ‘old Town’ & tourist interests. Easy to find. Parking under the hotel (although one way system to navigate)-17€ per 24hrs. Room was adequate with spacious shower/toilet. On 5th floor, but no real view! Air con was effective & welcome! Plenty choice for breakfast although bacon & scrambled eggs were NOT hot!

Well positioned modern hotel. Large comfortable rooms with air con and safe. Parking underneath hotel (paid). Breakfast weak. "Hot" food was stone cold and whereas even small bars provide freshly pressed orange juice, here it was not. Staff at the front desk were particularly helpful. Would stay here again.

We only stayed one night at this hotel but had a very nice experience. Staff was very kind and helpful and provided recommendations for places to eat and walk around. The location made it very easy to park the car in a garage for the night and walk around the area for sightseeing and dinner. Breakfast was very good - no complaints. No concerns about connecting to WiFi. The shower was one of my favorite things about our stay here - best water pressure of our trip! I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to or through Zaragoza.

La habitacion era muy simple,en las camas el somier sonaba muy fuerte con solo girarte un poco y te despertaba continuamente, el baño tenia la alcachofa suelta con lo que se caia y los colgadores de la pared estaban sueltos , el water tenia rastros de oxido y no habia ni espejo para maquillarse , aparte las toallas pequeñas y sin albornoz.

Clean, comfortable room. Overall the property was inviting and professionally run. Located right at the southern edge of the Old City, so access to the main restaurants as well as the Cathedral is a super easy stroll. 10-14 euro taxi ride to the Zaragoza train station.

This is a beautiful property with modern decour, but you can hear when the people around you are taking a shower or using the toilet. This is a deal breaker. I couldn’t get a good night sleep because of that.

Great stay at this property. Excellent design with lighting, power and phone outlets, places to put luggage, towel hook in shower, counter space in bath, all well thought out. Bathroom was roomy. Beds were comfortable. Only issue was a/c wouldn’t get cold enough and we were a bit hot. Our safe was broken and couldn’t be used. And we would have liked an in room coffee maker.

以前1ブロック先の別の四つ星ホテルに泊まったので今回こちらにしてみたのですが、一言で言うと残念でした。というのも、広くて清潔なのですが、何もないのです！！手洗い石鹸はかろうじてあったのですがエコ仕様なのか全く泡立たず、石鹸置きもなく。Expediaの写真にあった別添えのシャンプー類もなく、ポットやコップ、お茶やお水ももちろんなく、極め付けは夏だったからかベッドがシーツのみで寒すぎました。朝食も簡素です。広くて綺麗で立地がいいくらいかな。

This is a perfect location for tourists as everything is walkable. Our only complaint is that this property- like many other throughout Spain- turn hvac system off in the spring so you must open the thick sound-proof windows onto the noisy streets.

Uncomfortably hot room. On a 27C (~80F) day, we were told that the air-conditioning has been switched OFF for Winter, and forced heat has been put ON. There was no option to turn OFF the heat either. Our only choice was to sleep with the window wide open. Unfortunately, with the room facing a busy street with high traffic and noise until late into the night, it made our stay quite unpleasant.

Excelente habitación, amplia y con luz. En el corazón de Zaragoza, muy bien localizado. Teniendo en cuenta el precio pagado y siendo un 4 estrellas es alarmante la falta de personal en recepción, van estresados y no pueden atender bien. Reservar plaza de parking indispensable quién vaya con coche. Como anécdota, pedí una aguja e hilo para coser un botón y me dijeron en recepción que no tenían. Reservaria este hotel de nuevo dependiendo del precio, una muy buena habitación con un servicio pobre.

The hotel is functional - not friendly. The poor desk reception employee was overwhelmed, working alone to handle a large number of guests. He could not assist with the basics and was frazzled. He was trying his best but the hotel is badly understaffed.

Estrella at check in was very helpful. All front desk people were. Parking was close but streets were confusing. We were given a map that helped immensely. Beautiful lobby that had a huge window that gave you a street view to “people watch” or just read. :-)
