Nysa Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 by Kingston Hotels

Brand new hotel, very clean and well laid out. Stayed twice here in the past month and both times were great. Not a huge hotel but excellent facilities. Check in and out were fast and efficient. Excellent breakfast and top notch gym helped make this hotel my new favorite in Bangkok. Shout out to Tutor at reception. He is a great asset and should be offered a management position.

The hotel was in a great location and well run with large rooms and friendly staff. A very good breakfast too Only drawdown is that the pool area gets little if any sun during the day.

It’s a bit far from the shops but very nice facilities. Pool is quite small as well.

Overall this property was nice, not 5* but a decent 4*. However, a couple of watch outs to be aware of 1. The main pool doesn't get much sun on the sunbeds due to the surrounding buildings. If you go early at 10am, there are probably 3 beds that get sun and this declines over time. 2. It's a good 10-15 minute walk to Sukhumvit from this hotel, and during that walk you'll likely be harassed by people trying to push various substances your way. This unfortunately is the case for any hotel on Soi 11 but worth mentioning.

Très belle hôtel. Je suis resté une nuit mais tout était parfait. La salle de sport, le breakfast et la chambre était 5 étoiles. Je n’ai pas pu profiter de la piscine car le temps m’était compté. Je le conseille.

The hotel is so far from the Nana station. If you decide to walk back to the hotel from Nana, please be prepared that the road is so bumpy and a lot of ladyboys are along the way. Though there is shuttle bus service but it’s so low in frequency. Also, there’s an ant I found on my bed at night.

Room was spacious and very clean. Requests were dealt with expediently (initially hair dryer could not be switched on, replacement was sent to our room almost instantly). Reception was friendly and welcoming too. Hotel was also near 2 7-11s so it was convenient to get late night snacks as it was short 2min walk away. There were also many dining options nearby. Was not able to access the outdoor lawn on level 8, otherwise gym and pool were nice too but was not able to utilise them much during the trip. Would definitely come back, thank you!

Shower never got hot and after calling for help still not hot. Shower didn’t drain so our bathroom flooded. Also there is an odour to the whole hotel. I do not recommend staying here.

Cleanliness was slightly disappointing.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. The design, the service, facilities and most importantly the cleaning standards were not of a 5 star hotel. There was bloody snot on our pillow when we checked in. When I called the reception, they just sent someone with fresh pillows, no apologies. They also skipped cleaning on our second day until we called reception, and they sent someone to clean the room. The hotel lobby and the corridors smell awful and they spray too much perfume everywhere to mask the horrible smell. Service was very average too. The only plus was the location which was convenient.

As others have commented on reviews, the property and rooms feel brand new. Everything was in perfect condition.

Overall great hotel. Very comfortable, clean, spacious room, friendly and helpful staff. Amazing location with a short walking distance to the nearest BTS station, and if you do not wish to walk they have shuttle buses available which drives you to the station or Terminal 21. The only downside is the smell in the hallway.

Staff and the environment are great. Just the sound proofing of the room is really bed, I can even hear the next room switch off the light .

Poor sound insulation and noisy at 3am can be heard loud and clear

This was a pleasant surprise. Brand New Hotel. The rooms are modern. Great Wifi Good Aircon and The Managers and all the staff are 5 stars. The food is good quality and the gym is perfect. The pool is very big and beautiful. I extended another night because I loved the hotel and the staff so much.

Everything was wonderful about the NYSA hotel. Friendly and efficient staff and beautiful, spacious rooms. We stayed there for two separate nights in March and would highly recommend to anyone.

Das Nysa Hotel liegt in einem sehr belebten Quartier nördlich der Sukhumvit Road (10 Minuten von der BTS Station Nana). Das Hotel ist brandneu und deshalb ist alles in einem einwandfreiem Zustand. Die Zimmergrösse ist genügend, der Schlafkomfort der Betten ist gut. Das Badezimmer ist hell und frisch. Das Frühstück bot eine grosse Auswahl. Der Internet Anschluss im Zimmer funktionierte einwandfrei. Der negative Aspekt ist, dass die Standard Zimmer ohne Aussicht sind und direkt auf die Hauswand eines benachbarten Gebäudes geben. (Abstand zirka zwei Meter. Wir hielten die Vorhänge stets geschlossen. Die Preise im hoteleigenen Restaurant sind relativ hoch.

Additionally, amenities like poolside drinks were overpriced, offering poor value for money. The check-out process was also inefficient, requiring extended waiting times for room inspections.​ On a positive note, the room was comfortable, with effective air conditioning. The hotel's location is convenient, close to the vibrant nightlife yet situated in a quieter area.​ Overall, while the hotel's facilities and location are commendable, the subpar service and inflated pricing significantly diminish its appeal. I would rate this establishment as a three-star hotel and recommend that management invest in comprehensive staff training to enhance the guest experience.​

This was our second year staying at this lovely hotel after our long flight and before our onward journey. The same as last year, check in was faultless, quick and easy, the staff were very efficient and welcoming. The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our evening meal at the restaurant and would highly recommend it. The whole time we were there the staff were always friendly and helpful. Overall our stay was excellent and we look forward to hopefully repeating it next year.

Room was awesome, however staff could be unprofessional especially the room service.

The property is in a central location, easy to walk to many places and close to train stations as well as easy to pick up a cab or tuk tuk. I felt the staff wasn’t extremely friendly or helpful, especially for a “5 star” it was average at best. Hospitality was not very welcoming and in my opinion treated my husband a lot kinder and welcoming possibly because he’s Caucasian and my appearance looks like I could be a Thai local even though I was born in New York City and ethnically I’m Chinese. I felt the difference everywhere I went. I just didn’t expect to feel it at the hotel as well even though we checked in together and the reservation was in my name, not my husband’s.

Staff are amazing!! Unlucky my AC was making noices but they moved me to another room in 5min so also amazing.

NYSA has the finest staff of any hotel in Bangkok. Food and beverage manager Mr Tum, Yumi, Cici, Noheen are all top notch. Yuii, Khun, Sai, Dorothy and Tutor at reception as well as the housekeeping and concierge staff are terrific. Clean l, modern and well run are hallmarks here

Had noise issues. Staff was understanding and not only changed but also upgraded the room. Breakfast is amazing. Service is great.

Although the hotel is said to be a 5-star one, however the overall environment and its facilities should only quality it for a 4-star. Having said that, when considering it a 4-star hotel, it is a perfect choice. But of course you have to accept its a bit remote, some 10 to 15 minutes walk to Nana BTS Station. The staff are very polite and extremely helpful. A very pleasant stay！

The location is perfect! It’s so easy to get around on foot, public transport and taxis - take your pic. It’s also surrounded by restaurants, bars and cafes but tucked away down a quiet street so you don’t hear that noise in your bedroom. I felt super safe as a solo female traveller. Only thing I’ll say is if you’re looking to sunbath by the pool find another hotel. There’s a small corner that gets the sun and that’s for barely a few hours - it didn’t bother me but I know it’ll be important for some.

We had an amazing 10-day stay at Nysa Hotel Bangkok. The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly. The location is in a quiet street of sukumvhit 11 and far from the noise of all the bars but still close enough where you can take a 5 min. walk towards all the bar action. Nice clean rooms! Great location, no night clubs or noisy bars around and near of all the fun on Sukhumvit area.

We had a 3 night stay at Nysa, I would definitely recommend this hotel 100%. It’s close enough to the nightlife, if that’s what you like (we don’t lol). But you can’t hear any noise at all as it’s round the corner from the busy strip. The staff were soo friendly & accommodating. The room was really spacious, modern & super clean. The pool had really cool vibes with a DJ, towels available & plenty of seats. The breakfast was perfect, it had everything you could think of, you could order eggs, it had pastries, waffles, fruit, yogurt, thai cuisine, just everything. The hotel was also really close to a BTS station (Nana station) 10 minute walk back to the hotel, as traffic in the grab taxi can get quite bad. Absolutely perfect stay, if we ever get tge chance to visit Thailand in the future we will definitely stay here again.

The Nyso BKK location is inside of the street of Suhomvit 13, too much walking between hotel and Nana station and it does not has pedestrian road access, looks damages, with such hot weather, which is difficulty for tourist.

We were very pleased with our 3 night stay here at Nysa. Located off Sukhumvit 11 it was walking distance to 7-11 and many restaurants and bars. Terminal 21 and was just 10 minutes away for shopping. We arrived after midnight and check in was fast, the staff was super polite and friendly. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The room was also very clean. Breakfast was amazing they had a decent spread and an omelet station. We also dined at Kwan (their restaurant) The service was excellent and the food was awesome. We will definitely book this hotel again on our next trip to Bangkok.

I stayed here for a week and it was an absolute delight. For me, the highlight was the pool. I'm actually a lap swimmer, and the pool was passably large enough to get daily exercise. Really well maintained, always large fresh beach towels available. I've paid $200-$300 / night in Miami and not had the same level of service. The staff were impeccably dressed and conscious of their appearance. I regret not trying the restaurant fearing the prices may be too high, but I glanced at the menu on my last day and was shocked to see how affordable it all was, ugh I will be back for this. Oh also, one huge bonus for me was that lobby bar was very attentive to my requests. For e.g. I would bring coffee in from outside and ask if it could be heated, and they would do it with a smile. I wouldn't even risk asking for this back home for fear of the disapproving look and denial I would inevitably receive. Another bonus treatment I won't soon forget: the security guard would authoritatively salute me every time I made eye contact. I felt like a diplomat returning to my compound. I now wish I had gotten a picture with him. I would prize it more than my photo with the Queen's Guard.

This place claims to be a 5 star hotel but really it is not. First, the check in took an unreasonable amount of time. Then I got upgraded to a bigger room, which was a nice gesture, but the room smelled of cigarette smoke and there was also a giant stain on the mattress visible through the sheets which was gross. The sheets did seem clean though. The gym is very nice, and the area around the hotel is nice for dining options. The breakfast was underwhelming - the options were ok but everything tasted just …off.

We have stayed in the sister property next door for several years. Decided to try the new one and were not disappointed! A great new facility and kind professional staff. The breakfast was the best hotel buffet I have ever experienced. For sure we will return. Thank you

The secret gem of this hotel is breakfast! The best breakfast I've ever had in my life! Kudos to Sai from reception! The check in and check out were perfect!
