Solid 5-star property in every way. Hotel and grounds are stunning. Spa is the best I have ever seen. Rooms are huge with sleeping area, living area with sofa and large outdoor veranda. This property grounds are manicured to perfection with a stunning variety of local plants. The restaurant is truly gourmet with both indoor and outdoor seating. With 70 years of history, this property is wonderful! Perhaps on of the best in Mexico.

This property grounds are manicured to perfection with a stunning variety of local plants. The restaurant is truly gourmet with both indoor and outdoor seating. This is quite possibly the best hotel experience we've ever had. The grounds are beautiful, everything is immaculate, the service is personal and warm. The dining experience was wonderful, the food delicious and the house wine is very good. We also enjoyed the outdoor bar and its craft mezcal cocktails. We also took advantage of the pool area, which was well-attended with both food & beverage service and cleaning. It was the perfect place to relax. Next time we'll give the spa a try. Oh yes, and we loved the macaws and the peacocks/peahens. The room itself was spacious and the bed comfortable. We had everything we needed. No matter when we set out the sign for housekeeping, it was always taken care of almost immediately. It was such an amazing stay. We can't wait to visit again.

This is a true pradaise and it’s worth every penny you pay for it. The hotel, gardens and SPA are perfectly maintained. The rooms are beautiful and personnel are kind and efficient (Dulce and Karla at the front desk are excellent staff). Captain Gerardo is also very kind and efficient. We will definitively be back!!!!

Loved this place, will definitely go back! I was recommended this place by a person in Texas and it did not disappoint. Over exceeded my expectations. Front desk checked in to make sure we were still coming. Restaurant and bar stayed open even though we arrived a bit late due to flight delays. Hospitality was exceptional!

If you're looking for a dream getaway, this is it. My husband and I have wanted to stay in Las Mananitas since we were first married 50 years ago. We finally made it and it did not disappoint. Absolutely marvelous experience. Peacocks, parrots, tortoises, flamingoes - the grounds are a marvel. Put this marvel on your bucket list.

Excelente servicio de Luis del area de restautantes, deben poner mas atencion el realizar la limpieza del las habitaciones, nuestro servicio lo hicieron hasta las 4 de la tarde. Sin embargo fue una excelente estancia, sin duda regresaria.

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y amplias, el baño tenía tina, un poco incómoda porque esta a nivel del suelo y no sobre él, se que en cualquier lado puede suceder, pero me tocó una cucaracha enorme en el baño, en general el hotel es bonito, el personal es muy amable y en el restaurant el gerente de nombre Luis es muy servicial y atento, tiene buena ubicación caminando muy cerca del centro y los lugares de atracción

El hotel es muy bonito, La comida cara, pero muy buena, Los jardines estan muy bien cuidados. El servicio excelente, El unico problema fue el colchon de la cama, que resulto muy incomodo, Pienso que ya esta viejo y requiere de un cambio.

I loved the personnel and their kindness, the place is great and the bed comfortable. On the downside I have a light sleep so even though the room has noise reduction windows, I could hear music from an adjacent event, as well as the peacocks early in the morning

Nos toco una habitación que se puede interconectar en ambos lados, se escucha a los vecinos cuando hablan, urge aislar las dos puertas. En general el hotel, restaurante y spa son buenos…el lugar es un clásico en Cuernavaca, recomendable. Gracias

Service was great. Room was excellent and we got an upgrade for free which included a spa treatment which was very nice. We booked with breakfast included and the breakfast options offered were delicious. The room was very quiet, spacious and comfortable. Could have used some better lighting and the coffee offering in the room was not to my liking, but then we are not into pods and that seems to be what all the hotels offer now. Overall an excellent stay, our best by far during our stay in Mexico where we stayed in 8 different hotels.

No permitieron hacerme un reembolso segun Expedia, ya que por motivos de emergencia de salud no pude asistir a la reservación. Me parece una falta de criterio tanto del hotel como de Expedia. Si necesitan comprobantes sobre el accidente y emergencia de salud por tal motivo se los puedo hacer llegar. Pero fatal su consideración y aprovechamiento de la reservacion pagada. Terrible gestión de Expedia y del hotel.

No permitieron hacerme un reembolso segun Expedia, ya que por motivos de emergencia de salud no pude asistir a la reservación. Me parece una falta de criterio tanto del hotel como de Expedia. Si necesitan comprobantes sobre el accidente y emergencia de salud por tal motivo se los puedo hacer llegar. Pero fatal su consideración y aprovechamiento de la reservacion pagada. Terrible gestión de Expedia y del hotel.

This is a true pradaise and it’s worth every penny you pay for it. The hotel, gardens and SPA are perfectly maintained. The rooms are beautiful and personnel are kind and efficient (Dulce and Karla at the front desk are excellent staff). Captain Gerardo is also very kind and efficient. We will definitively be back!!!!

We visit Las Mañanitas several times a year from San Francisco California. The staff always remembers us and makes us feel at home. The hotel and food are exquisite, as are the gardens and accommodations. We can’t wait to return!

Loved this place, will definitely go back! I was recommended this place by a person in Texas and it did not disappoint. Over exceeded my expectations. Front desk checked in to make sure we were still coming. Restaurant and bar stayed open even though we arrived a bit late due to flight delays. Hospitality was exceptional!

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y amplias, el baño tenía tina, un poco incómoda porque esta a nivel del suelo y no sobre él, se que en cualquier lado puede suceder, pero me tocó una cucaracha enorme en el baño, en general el hotel es bonito, el personal es muy amable y en el restaurant el gerente de nombre Luis es muy servicial y atento, tiene buena ubicación caminando muy cerca del centro y los lugares de atracción

Nos encanto, súper bonito lugar, tranquilo... no salimos de la propiedad. El servicio en restaurante, spa, todo el personal (valet parking) , lobby, súper amables y todos serviciales. Muchas felicidades. El spa excelente, habitación limpia y bonita. Sin duda regresaremos.

Solid 5-star property in every way. Hotel and grounds are stunning. Spa is the best I have ever seen. Rooms are huge with sleeping area, living area with sofa and large outdoor veranda. This property grounds are manicured to perfection with a stunning variety of local plants. The restaurant is truly gourmet with both indoor and outdoor seating. With 70 years of history, this property is wonderful! Perhaps on of the best in Mexico.

Todo super bien con el Hotel, solo al hacer la reservación y poner 2 adultos y un niño, como no pueden incluir la comida del niño, se nos cobro el desayuno del niño, eso fue lo único incomodo

This is quite possibly the best hotel experience we've ever had. The grounds are beautiful, everything is immaculate, the service is personal and warm. The dining experience was wonderful, the food delicious and the house wine is very good. We also enjoyed the outdoor bar and its craft mezcal cocktails. We also took advantage of the pool area, which was well-attended with both food & beverage service and cleaning. It was the perfect place to relax. Next time we'll give the spa a try. Oh yes, and we loved the macaws and the peacocks/peahens. The room itself was spacious and the bed comfortable. We had everything we needed. No matter when we set out the sign for housekeeping, it was always taken care of almost immediately. It was such an amazing stay. We can't wait to visit again.

El hotel es muy bonito, La comida cara, pero muy buena, Los jardines estan muy bien cuidados. El servicio excelente, El unico problema fue el colchon de la cama, que resulto muy incomodo, Pienso que ya esta viejo y requiere de un cambio.

Service was great. Room was excellent and we got an upgrade for free which included a spa treatment which was very nice. We booked with breakfast included and the breakfast options offered were delicious. The room was very quiet, spacious and comfortable. Could have used some better lighting and the coffee offering in the room was not to my liking, but then we are not into pods and that seems to be what all the hotels offer now. Overall an excellent stay, our best by far during our stay in Mexico where we stayed in 8 different hotels.

La comida del restaurante en comida y cena ha bajado. La sopa de cebolla es bastante mala, y las quesadillas ni siquiera las hacen en una tortilla recién hecha, son malísimas. La comida sin sazón.

I love this hotel because it exudes Mexico. The staff at the hotel are helpful and accommodating. Just a lovely place to use while visiting Cuernavaca or a destination by itself.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and had always enjoyed it, which makes this review especially disappointing to write. The gardens are absolutely beautiful and the spa is quite good, but unfortunately the overall experience this time was terrible. The rooms are extremely outdated and poorly maintained for a hotel at this price point. The bathroom lighting is awful, and the general condition of the rooms feels old, neglected, and far below what you would expect from a property that markets itself as luxury. What completely ruined our stay, however, was the hotel allowing a wedding event with music so loud that at 1:00 AM the windows in our room were literally shaking from the noise. It was impossible to sleep. We ended up having to pack all of our belongings in the middle of the night so they could move us to another room, except the “solution” was sending us to a house outside the hotel grounds where there were even dogs barking through the night. A hotel of this cost and supposed caliber should never allow late-night events until 2:30 AM that so severely impact the guest experience. We left incredibly disappointed and, sadly, after many stays here, we will not be returning.
