The Silk Lakehouse, Shangri-La Hangzhou

Hotel is a little older but very clean and comfortable. Staffs are very nice and helpful, highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent local delicacy during paid breakfast. Excellent service and trip planning. We had some good experience entering destinations skipping the queue.

The corridors look a little rundown but the rooms are fine. We had a balcony on the front of the hotel. The breakfast is top-notch and the breakfast room has a view of West Lake. The hotel is relatively secluded but in a perfect location by West Lake. There are lots of pictures in the hallways of famous people who stayed at the hotel like Vladimir Putin and Nelson Mandela.

good service and excellent location.Very convenient to take a walk to xi hu .The hotel outside looks a little bit old,but inside is very and comfortable,we enjoyed staying here and definitely will come back if we will come to Hangzhou again
