Amazing view! To access the beach you have to go outside the hotel and take the main road down hill, read the signs and go down some stairs (about 4-5 flights of stairs). The beach is small but you can swim and see the amazing rocks! The breakfast is great and the restaurant views are stunning! We also had dinner there and is very good, prices are ok (average price) in any affordable restaurant in Capri (worth it for the stunning view)!! Hotel is clean, and staff is friendly! I wished the hot pool stayed open for longer than 6:30 pm, so you can enjoy the city and arrive at the hotel and relax at the pool.

This hotel is one of the best you can get at this price point on Capri. Located just above Marina Piccola, it is just a few minutes walk down a flight of stairs to the secluded beach. The pool and hot tub overlook the ocean which is beautiful and our room had the same view. They offer pickup and drop off from Marina Grande on the other side of the island where ferries come in for a very low cost. They also offer free shuttles to Capri center which is incredibly convenient and run every 10 minutes. Our only complaints were the WiFi was not very strong (we struggled to load anything on our devices outside of texting and calling), and the showers were a strange setup. There is almost no way to shower without flooding the bathroom. You have to be very careful with where you place the shower head. Overall, it was clean and all the staff were attentive. We would stay again if we were in Capri.

This hotel looks over the beach and coast on the south side of Capri. The views are amazing. Our room had a private balcony with a view of the Faraglione Rocks. There is a restaurant on the property. Elevator to the rooms. Room was spacious and clean. Extra pillows were available. The hotel has a free shuttle into Capri town that runs all day. The shuttle stop is on Via Roma, 5 min walk west of Piazzetta di Capri, where other shuttles stop. The hotel offers a pay shuttle to the Ferry Port that you can schedule. The staff was very helpful with everything, and they spoke English. We were able to leave our luggage there before our check-in time.

Excellent view, breakfast, location, amenities. Their shuttle is a life saver but so popular sometimes you cant get everyone in and you have to wait for the next one. Only real negative is the comfort of the bed. They need better mattresses

Best place to stay in Capri! The Weber Ambassador is perfectly located in Marina Piccola—steps from the beach and with easy transportation to the town center. The restaurant is outstanding (special thanks to Cotaldo and Donato), and the pool is the perfect spot when you want to relax without heading down to the beach. The poolside food and drinks are excellent—Michele takes amazing care of guests there. Inside, Juan is fantastic at the bar and always helpful with anything you need. And at the front desk, Antonio truly is the “King of Capri”—he knows all the best spots in town and makes your stay unforgettable.

Fantastic location... Looks exactly like it does in pictures. I was a little iffy about selecting this hotel. I am so glad I did. The service was excellent. The beach was very crowded but awesome. Go early morning or late afternoon. The restaurant and bar/pool service were very good and reasonable. nonstop included shuttle service to Capri is fantastic. The only thing that was a little lacking was the room itself. It is outdated and somewhat tired looking. You won't be in room long enough to care. We hope to be back.

Der untere Bereich des Hotels war gesperrt und somit auch der Strandzugang. Es gibt keinen Privatstrand. Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen im Restaurant. Praktisch ist der Shuttle-Service in die Stadt. Sehr freundliches Personal außer der Barkeeper an der Hotelbar.

My wife and I travel a couple hundred days/yr. This hotel shocked us. Views were literally beyond description. Service was impeccable. Very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked fantastic and that’s a “big one” for us. We like to sleep cool. Food was fantastic! Pool was nice. Complimentary shuttle service every 10mins until 2am!

The only good thing about this hotel is the view. The rooms were filthy and staff members were rude. Upon check in into the room the sink was clogged with hair, the bidet was visibly filthy and had hairs in it, the toilet brush was stained with urine and hair, the room smelt like mold which they attempted to mask with air fresheners, the showers were filled with green dirt buildup and hair, we also had an ant infestation in the bathroom. The beds have no comforters just a sheet and dirty thin blanket on top. We also found a few bugs in the bed. This hotel is definitely not worth the money and there are several better accommodations for the same price in Capri.

We loved this property! If you are looking for modern updates rooms this is not the place for you. But the view from our deck was outstanding and it was clean and quiet! We also really enjoyed the breakfast. Transportation takes you to and from Capri where you can then take a taxi or bus elsewhere on the island. They will also pick you up from the Marina and drop you off on check in and check out days

The views are absolutely breath taking. Had breakfast included with our stay which was wonderful. I liked everything about this property except some of the staff. Our room cleaning staff were very friendly along with some waiters. But front desk staff needs to work on friendliness and acknowledging guests. Never greeted with a hello/good morning. Literally not even smiles. This really adds to your stay when in a hotel.

Best location … the views of the Fraglioni Rocks from our room were amazing. Staff was top notch! And I have to give props for cleanliness. Actually saw a housekeeper on the floor cleaning the groves of the elevator landing. Appreciate the details I saw and the staff going above and beyond. Staff at restaurant were also fantastic. The free shuttle to the center and to and from the ferry was a huge plus! There’s a lot more I can say. Definitely a hotel I recommend and would return to.

Hotellet står ikke til 4 stjerner og bildene i annonsen lyver. Vårt rom var skittent og ikke rengjort, også flere ting som var ødelagt. Fikk beskjed om at han som jobbet i resepsjonen ikke kunne gjøre noe for det var ikke hans ansvar og vi måtte vente til neste dag før vi fikk snakket med rett person. Vi forsøkte å kansellere oppholdet, men hotellet holdt oss igjen mot vår vilje og det var uforenlig med kanskje det viktigste når man driver et hotell: nemlig service.

One of the worst hotels we have ever been.Hotel is old and outdated not what we expected for $800 a night.We booked two rooms one superior we paid $800 with balcony and one standard $600and let me tell you standard room was like in horor movie.It was old and musty had mold in bathroom,ant infestation,stains on bedding,dirty bathroom and it felt like you are in basement.Staff at this hotel don’t have any customer service we were not greeted once by any of the staff..Reception staff are the worst even when we arrived it was more give me your passport and this is your room no welcome or would you like some water while you waiting to check in on 40 You can tell that this hotel is run by the staff and there is no management. One day we had one guy serving us breakfast than we saw him working by the pool and in the evening he was driving shuttle bus. Anyway I would rate this hotel as 2* the most.

The initial room we had for the sea view room was on the ground floor and the view was mainly of a wall and street. We asked to be moved and was moved to the forth floor- the view was spectacular. Overall the room was average, a bit outdated. The breakfast was ok and service was ok. I felt that this hotel was quite pricey for what it was but we also visited at peak summer times and Capri is an expensive island. The shuttle service was a must, but it doesn’t run every 8 mins as advertised and the shuttle vehicles some are a bit dirty inside.

I couldn't have been more pleased with my room and my own private terrace with a stunning view of the Faraglione rocks! The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. Special thanks to Cataldo for his help with recommending a driver for me as I continued my journey to Ravello.

This hotel is one of the best you can get at this price point on Capri. Located just above Marina Piccola, it is just a few minutes walk down a flight of stairs to the secluded beach. The pool and hot tub overlook the ocean which is beautiful and our room had the same view. They offer pickup and drop off from Marina Grande on the other side of the island where ferries come in for a very low cost. They also offer free shuttles to Capri center which is incredibly convenient and run every 10 minutes. Our only complaints were the WiFi was not very strong (we struggled to load anything on our devices outside of texting and calling), and the showers were a strange setup. There is almost no way to shower without flooding the bathroom. You have to be very careful with where you place the shower head. Overall, it was clean and all the staff were attentive. We would stay again if we were in Capri.

We picked this being unfamiliar with Capri thinking this would be a great experience. Upon arrival we checked in and shown our room that we were charged about $380 per night. The room was oddly shaped due angle and barely enough for 2 adults to move. AC barely worked and water in faucet smelled. However staff were friendly.

The property location and overall views are spectacular. The staff (mainly front desk) is horrendous, snotty and condescending. The breakfast was absolutely terrible and incredibly overpriced. Their website claims they are the only hotel on the island completely covered by free wifi. Our wifi did not work and after many reminders they let me know it's not their fault, but the fibre was not working. They also claim they lend fishing rods and reels, also a blatant lie. My son asked and they scoffed and said taht is not offered, maybe an update to the website would be good if they can get their wifi working. The front desk attendant Tito was pompous and arrogant, ruined the experience for us. The cocktails are terribly overpriced. Stay here for the views and location as well as convenient shuttle service, but go elsewhere for meals and drinks.

Hotel was ok, dated and just average… not sure if it was worth the price. Hotel wait staff were great. The shuttle service was great. Hotel front desk staff were not informative or helpful… unfortunately. All ferries were cancelled for the day, they did not inform us of this (we would have stayed another night). We arrived really early to the property before the 2 pm check in. They stored our bags offered to let us change to use the pool and have the breakfast they offer. Very friendly, very informative very pleased with the service throughout our trip. We have plenty of questions and they did not hesitate to answer them all and went above and beyond. The staff is the best, I’ve paid a lot more money stay and more expensive hotels with half the quality of service. I would return and I would recommend it. Thank you Hotel Weber Ambassador!!

Staff was very nice and funny. One staff from Brazil, I cannot remember his name, he was really helpful and funny. Saverio, one of the drivers would go above and beyond to make sure you'd get to the Molo di Capri /Naples on time.

Estavamos com uma expectativa elevada com esse hotel. A vista é realmente incrível e o lugar maravilhoso, porém o atendimento da recepção e dos garçons do restaurante PÉSSIMO! Outro desconforto foi com um dos motoristas da van que nos levava ao centro, uma cara de nojo e muito mal educado. Um dos dias ele me mandou sair da van como se eu fosse um cachorro… ridiculo. O atendimento do hotel estragou completamente a nossa estadia em Capri, infelizmente.

We had a fantastic experience and the location couldn’t have been better, we look forward to go back, the entire staff was great, but Antonio from reception was unique and made our experience really fun and also yeni the hotel manager was beyond great and made us left promising to come back! Hotel is on south end of island. Hardly any food options around the area. Views from hotel are remarkable. Rooms are outdated. Has pool and hot tub but not in use during off season. Restaurant available on site- dinner is okay, ravioli caprese I would recommend and they have room service- take advantage since waiters in restaurant get greedy for tips especially if they know youre American. Bartender Michele is kind at lobby bar opens at 1730-0000, speaks lil english but makes delicious drinks and has a generous pour. Shuttle to town frequently for free but only drops at port on check out

What a beautiful place with ocean view, we stayed there three nights we love everything about it. Their breakfast is amazing also the food at their restaurant is incredible, and you walk down 30 seconds and you’re on the beach. The hotel has an amazing view, superb staff, and is definitely customer service oriented. The shuttles run constantly to and from different parts of Capri and make travel and shopping easy. By far the best stay during our 2 weeks in Italy. Highly recommend!!!!!!

If you’re staying in Capri, this hotel is not to be missed! Close to marina, Anacapri and Capri square. The staff is beyond helpful, the room was nice and clean with beautiful views. The restaurant was not hotel quality food, they have made this a culinary experience. We will be back!

Amazing view! To access the beach you have to go outside the hotel and take the main road down hill, read the signs and go down some stairs (about 4-5 flights of stairs). The beach is small but you can swim and see the amazing rocks! The breakfast is great and the restaurant views are stunning! We also had dinner there and is very good, prices are ok (average price) in any affordable restaurant in Capri (worth it for the stunning view)!! Hotel is clean, and staff is friendly! I wished the hot pool stayed open for longer than 6:30 pm, so you can enjoy the city and arrive at the hotel and relax at the pool.

A beautiful hotel. Rooms were clean, only 1 pool and it wasn’t heated. Shuttle from pier was a great perk however they add a surcharge on your bill. We thought was included. Bar staff in lobby was very slow but friendly.

Blood stains on pillows and need the first day of arrival. Silverfish the second day. Staff and manager not very understanding and generally did not feel sorry. Won’t come back
